Is Lukki casino legit? Licence and owner
Lukki names its operator clearly, which is a point in its favour. The terms identify Dama N.V., registration number 152125, at Scharlooweg 39 in Willemstad, Curacao, and the same company runs Rooli on a shared terms template.
- Licence: the terms cite the Curacao Gaming Control Board, licence OGL/2023/174/0082. We have not matched that number against a public register, so treat it as the casino's own claim for now.
- Regulator actions: we found none published against Lukki or Dama N.V.
- Testing: no testing lab or fairness certificate is named on the pages read.
- Payout figures: none found on the pages read.
So, is Lukki casino legit? It is a named company operating under a stated offshore licence. It is not licensed by any Canadian province, and the missing lab certificate and register link mean less independent checking than at casinos that publish both.
How to check the licence yourself
- Scroll to the footer of the site and find the licence seal or licence text.
- Check that the company named there is Dama N.V. and that the number matches OGL/2023/174/0082.
- Open the seal and see whether it leads to a validation page on the regulator's side, not just an image.
- If the company name, number or seal differs from what the terms say, ask support why before depositing.
Bonus terms: the 40x default
The bonus terms archived in February 2026 set one general rule: bonus money, and winnings from free spins, must be wagered 40 times unless a specific promotion says otherwise. Wagering applies to the bonus amount, not to the deposit plus bonus.

Deposits and withdrawals: what to check in the cashier
No Lukki payment methods were captured: the banking details sit behind the geo-block. We therefore cannot confirm Interac, Canadian-dollar accounts, crypto, withdrawal times, limits or fees. Before you deposit, check these points in the cashier or the payment terms:
- Whether Interac is offered for both deposits and withdrawals, or only one.
- Whether the account can be held in C$, or whether conversion fees apply.
- The minimum withdrawal and any daily, weekly or monthly cap.
- The pending period before a withdrawal is processed.

Each point protects you from a different surprise. A casino can take Interac deposits and still pay out only by bank transfer or e-wallet. Support and French
No live chat hours, email address or phone number were captured, so we cannot rate how support works. The one confirmed point is language: in 2025 Lukki ran a French-Canadian version of the site, and its terms were available in French, which is useful for Quebec players. Whether agents answer in French is not stated.
Signing up and logging in
The terms ask players to be 18 or over, or the age set by their own jurisdiction, which in Canada means 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. They do not exclude any province.

Lukki's responsible-gambling tools were not on the pages we could read, so we cannot list its limits or self-exclusion options. Ask support what is available before your first deposit, and set a deposit limit if one is offered.

Lukki Canada: where it can be played
Lukki Canada is the same offshore site for every province. Canada is not on the restricted-country list in the 2025 terms, and there is no province clause. We found no Ontario- or Alberta-registered Lukki site.
