This Ruby Slots casino review looks at a US-facing casino that runs RealTime Gaming software, banks only in US dollars and is licensed in Anjouan. Its terms do not list Canada among restricted countries, so Canadians appear able to register, but the cashier has no Interac and no Canadian-dollar option.
Ruby Slots also sets a higher age bar than any province: you must be at least 21. The site blocked our location, so the pages below were read through a United States connection on 23 October 2026: the terms, the banking page, the About page and the homepage. One warning before you search: a Spanish-language look-alike page on a different domain uses the Ruby Slots name with its own offer and player reviews we could not verify. It is not the casino reviewed here.
Ruby Slots casino review of the welcome offers
The homepage banner carries two offers, quoted here exactly as they appear:
- "250% Bonus No Playthrough - No Max Cashout - Min Deposit $30".
- 25 free spins: "Slots & Keno Only - Low Wagering Requirements, Win up to $1,000 - Deposit $30+ - Redeem 1x Only".
Read literally, the first promises a 250% match with no wagering and no cap on winnings. In dollars, if the banner holds:
| Deposit | 250% bonus | Balance to play with |
|---|---|---|
| US$30 (the minimum) | US$75 | US$105 |
| US$50 | US$125 | US$175 |
| US$100 | US$250 | US$350 |
| US$200 | US$500 | US$700 |
No upper limit on the bonus was shown, so the larger rows may not apply in practice. The banner does not give a maximum bonus amount, a bonus code, an expiry date or a maximum bet, and the full promotion rules sit behind the promotions page and the login, which we could not open. Until you have read those rules in your account, treat "No Playthrough" as a headline rather than a confirmed term.
The free-spin offer is clearer about its limits. It is restricted to slots and keno, can be redeemed once, and winnings are capped at US$1,000. "Low wagering" is not given a number.
Other promotions
The homepage also points to a VIP programme, a refer-and-earn scheme and a page for no-deposit bonuses. None of these came with terms we could read, so we cannot say what they pay. VIP level matters for one thing we can confirm: it raises the weekly withdrawal limit.
| Term | Main site |
|---|---|
| Offer | homepage banner: 250% Bonus No Playthrough - No Max Cashout - Min Deposit $30 (+ 25 free spins offer: 'Slots & Keno Only - Low Wagering Requirements, Win up to $1,000 - Deposit $30+ - Redeem 1x Only') source |

Ruby Slots games: RealTime Gaming only
Every game asset on the site is tagged RTG, for RealTime Gaming, and no other provider is named. Ruby Slots games are grouped into categories that include table games and video poker alongside slots, but the casino publishes no total count.
Titles the homepage promotes include:
- Crimson Castle
- Treasure Sparks
- Fu Long Treasures
- Winnie the Piggie Las Vegas
- Liberty Rockets
- Olympus Thunderhold
- Bass Baggin Bounty
A single-supplier lobby has a clear upside, a consistent style and interface, and an equally clear downside: if you want live dealer tables or the studios found in larger lobbies, they are not listed here. No live casino category was named on the pages we read.
On fairness, the About page says "Our RNG and games have the TST seal of approval", referring to Technical Systems Testing. No certificate link was published with that claim, and no payout percentage is given. As with any casino, the house edge means long-run play returns less than it takes.
- Table: table games and video poker categories source
Providers: RealTime Gaming (RTG) source
Titles the casino features: Crimson Castle, Treasure Sparks, Fu Long Treasures, Winnie the Piggie Las Vegas, Liberty Rockets, Olympus Thunderhold, Bass Baggin Bounty source
Ruby Slots casino instant play on phone and desktop
Ruby Slots casino instant play means exactly that: the games run in a web browser, with no download. The homepage lists no app for iOS or Android, so on a phone you use the mobile browser.
- Nothing to install, and no store listing to look for.
- One website, with the same terms and cashier on every device.
- Any file offered as a Ruby Slots app is not one the casino itself links to.
Because the site checks your location, it may refuse to load from some countries, as it did from ours. If you travel, expect access to depend on where you are.
Deposits: crypto, cards and US dollars
The banking page lists amounts in US dollars, and the terms describe currency conversion, so a Canadian card or crypto wallet pays in USD:
| Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | US$30 | US$100,000 |
| Litecoin | US$30 | US$100,000 |
| Ethereum | US$30 | US$100,000 |
| Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover | US$30 | US$1,000 |
| Changelly (buy crypto) | US$60 | US$200 |
There is no Interac, no Instadebit and no Canadian-dollar account. Cards are for deposits only: the banking page marks them as unavailable for withdrawals. For a Canadian player that usually means two conversions, into US dollars on the way in and back on the way out, with whatever rate your bank or wallet applies. Fees are not listed on the banking page.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Min | Max | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin source | Yes | Yes | deposit $30; withdrawal $50 | deposit $100000; withdrawal $2500 | – | – |
| Litecoin source | Yes | – | $30 | $100000 | – | – |
| Ethereum source | Yes | – | $30 | $100000 | – | – |
| Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover source | Yes | No | $30 | $1000 | – | – |
| Changelly (buy crypto) source | Yes | No | $60 | $200 | – | – |
| Bank Wire Transfer source | No | Yes | $100 | $2500 | – | – |
| Check Transfer source | No | Yes | $20 | $2500 | – | – |
- Pending time: approval within 7 to 10 business days after the request; payment within 7 to 10 business days after approval source
- Withdrawal limits: weekly limits start at $2,500 per week (raised by VIP level); $10,000 per month, or $5,000 per month if balance is at least 10 times total deposits; minimum withdrawal usually $100 (as low as $20 for select methods) source
Withdrawals: two waiting periods and weekly caps
This is the weakest part of Ruby Slots. The terms (clauses 5.1 and 5.6 to 5.8) set out how a payout moves:
- Your request is approved within 7 to 10 business days.
- Payment follows within another 7 to 10 business days after approval.
That puts the stated worst case at 20 business days, about four weeks, before the money leaves the casino.
Only three withdrawal routes are listed:
- Bitcoin: US$50 to US$2,500.
- Bank wire: US$100 to US$2,500.
- Check: US$20 to US$2,500.
The terms describe the usual minimum as US$100, with some methods as low as US$20.
The caps
Weekly withdrawals start at US$2,500 and rise with VIP level. Monthly withdrawals are capped at US$10,000, or US$5,000 when your balance is at least ten times your total deposits. At the starting level, that turns a win into a schedule:
| Win to withdraw | Weekly portions at US$2,500 | Monthly cap reached? |
|---|---|---|
| US$2,500 | 1 | No |
| US$5,000 | 2 | No |
| US$10,000 | 4 | Yes, at US$10,000 |
| US$20,000 | 8, spread over at least two months | Yes, twice |
Each portion goes through its own approval and payment period, and a higher VIP level raises the weekly figure.
The lower monthly cap catches big winners on small deposits. A player who has deposited US$500 in total and holds a balance of US$5,000 or more, ten times those deposits, can withdraw only US$5,000 a month instead of US$10,000. In other words, the bigger your win relative to what you paid in, the slower it leaves, so read clause 5 before you chase a large one. The pages we read did not describe identity checks, so ask support which documents it wants before you request a first withdrawal.
Licence, owner and safety
Ruby Slots is operated by Primrose Media Limited, registration number 15804, of Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. The terms say it operates under Anjouan's Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.
What is missing matters as much:
- No licence number is published, so the licence cannot be matched to a register entry.
- No group or sister casinos are named.
- The TST testing claim comes without a certificate.
- The pages we read mention no regulator actions, and we found no public record either way.
No Canadian province licenses Ruby Slots. That means no AGCO or AGLC rules on advertising, limits or complaints apply; the only licensing authority the terms name is Anjouan's.
Age 21 and where Canadians can play
Clause 2.1 of the terms requires players to be at least 21, or the legal gambling age where they live if that is higher, and the About page calls the casino a "strictly 21+ zone". In every Canadian province that is stricter than the law, which allows 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
The restricted-countries list in clause 2.2 covers countries such as the UK, France, Spain and Australia, but not Canada or any province:
- Ontario: not excluded in writing, but Ruby Slots is not part of the regulated market, which requires AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario agreement.
- Alberta: not excluded; outside the AGLC-regulated market that opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec and other provinces: not excluded; each also has its own provincially run casino site.
Province-by-province rules are set out in our guide to playing in Canada.
How to sign up and log in at Ruby Slots
Registration happens on the casino's own website, in the browser. Before you start, check three things:
- Your age. You must be 21 or older, whatever your province allows.
- Your payment route. Without Interac or Canadian dollars, you need a card that accepts US-dollar charges or a crypto wallet with Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum. Cards can fund the account but cannot receive withdrawals.
- Your first deposit. Both banner offers ask for at least US$30.
After registering, you log in from the same site on any device; there is no separate app login. Use details that match your identity documents, since a withdrawal is approved by the casino before it is paid. If the site does not load, the casino's location check may be blocking your connection rather than your account being at fault.
Support and responsible gambling
The pages we could read did not set out support channels, opening hours, languages or French-language service, so we cannot describe them. The same is true of safer-gambling tools: no deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion options were listed on the terms, banking, About or home pages.
Before depositing, check your account for limit settings and ask support how self-exclusion works. Provincial self-exclusion programmes only cover each province's own regulated sites, so they will not stop you playing here. Free help is listed on our responsible gambling page.
Ruby Slots today: who it suits
Ruby Slots today is a narrow product. It fits a player who already holds Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum, enjoys RTG slots such as Crimson Castle or Fu Long Treasures, and values a banner that promises no playthrough enough to accept slow, capped withdrawals and a thin paper trail.
It does not fit a player under 21, anyone who wants to bank in Canadian dollars or through Interac, live-casino fans, or anyone who needs a regulator in Canada behind the account. If you still want to try it, get answers to these questions from support first:
- What are the full terms behind the "No Playthrough" banner, including any maximum bonus and expiry?
- Which documents are needed to approve a first withdrawal?
- Which deposit limits and self-exclusion options can be set on the account?
Our review method explains how these facts produce the 3.3 score, and other brands are listed in our casino reviews.
