Magius Casino runs a Canadian section at magius.com/ca and, in July 2026, advertised a welcome package of up to €1,750 plus 150 free spins across three bonuses. Behind that headline sits a gap no offer can cover: the terms we could read name no operating company, no licence and no regulator.
This Magius casino review is built from archived copies of the site, because magius.com timed out from Spain and showed a "not available for your country" page to a US connection in October 2026. The Canadian rules page could not be retrieved, so the bonus and withdrawal clauses quoted here come from the Australian-locale copy, with amounts in Australian dollars or euros. Canadian figures may differ, and we say so wherever it matters.
Magius bonus: the welcome package and its rules
The Canadian promotions page, archived on 12 July 2026, showed a "Welcome Package Up to €1,750 + 150 FS in 3 bonuses". The amount was written in euros even on the Canadian page, and the split of match percentages and spins between the three deposits was not captured, so we cannot say what each step requires.
The general bonus clauses, from the Australian-locale rules page, fill in the mechanics:
| Rule | What the terms say | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering | x35 the deposit and bonus, unless the promotion says otherwise (7.16) | Your own deposit is included, so the target is larger than x35 on the bonus alone |
| Time limit | Casino bonus wagering must be completed within 10 days (7.12) | A short window for a x35 requirement |
| Maximum bet | 150 AUD or 100 EUR per bet before wagering is met (7.19) | The Canadian figure was not captured |
| Withdrawal cap | Deposit bonuses: ten times the bonus amount (7.16) | Winnings above the cap are not paid out |
| Game weighting | Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly 50%; listed special games 10%; excluded games 0%; a list of prohibited games (7.7-7.10) | Playing the wrong title slows or breaks the bonus |
Taken together, these terms make the package harder to use than its size suggests. Wagering on deposit plus bonus, a 10-day clock and a cap on winnings all pull in the same direction, and the house edge applies to every bet placed along the way. If you take the Magius bonus, read the promotion's own page first, since it can override the defaults above.

Magius casino no deposit bonus and promo code
No Magius casino no deposit bonus was listed on the archived Canadian promotions page. The rules do contain a clause for no-deposit bonuses, capping their withdrawable winnings at five times the bonus, but a clause is not an offer: nothing showed that such a bonus was available to Canadians.
The same goes for a Magius casino promo code. No code appears in the welcome package or the reload offers we could read. If you see a code advertised elsewhere, confirm on magius.com that the offer exists and read its wagering and cap before using it.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Reloads, cashback and the VIP side
Beyond the welcome package, the July 2026 Canadian promotions page listed four recurring offers:
- Weekly Reload: 100 free spins.
- Weekend Reload Bonus: $900 plus 66 free spins.
- Daily Cashback: 15% up to $600.
- Live Cashback: 25% up to $300.
These amounts were shown with a plain dollar sign and no currency code. The page did not give their wagering, so the default rules above may apply.
The About page also mentions a VIP club, a Wheel of Fortune, Spin Rally, Challenges, Collections, Tournaments and a Shop. Their rewards and conditions were not described. VIP level does matter elsewhere, though: it sets your withdrawal limits, as the payments section shows.
Games and providers
Magius publishes no game count and no split between slots, live tables and other games. What the archived Canadian pages do show is a provider list of 31 studios:
Amigo Gaming, Arcadem, BTG, Caleta, Candlebets, Evolution, Evoplay, Gaming Corps, Hacksaw, Kajot, Kiron, Mascot, NetEnt, Nolimit City, OneTouch, Onlyplay, Ortiz, Play'n GO, PlayPearls, Playson, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Live, Red Tiger, Salsa Technology, SmartSoft, Spinomenal, Stakelogic, Swintt, 3 Oaks, VoltEnt and Woohoo Games.
The list includes live-casino studios such as Evolution and Pragmatic Live, and the bonus rules name game shows such as Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly, though Magius publishes no count of live tables. No testing lab and no payout percentage are published by Magius itself. Where a game shows a return-to-player figure in its information screen, treat it as a long-run average rather than a forecast for any single session.
With no testing certificate on record, nothing published shows whether the games in the Magius lobby are the studios' standard versions, and that cannot be checked from outside.
Providers: Amigo Gaming, Arcadem, BTG, Caleta, Candlebets, Evolution, Evoplay, Gaming Corps, Hacksaw, Kajot, Kiron, Mascot, NetEnt, Nolimit City, OneTouch, Onlyplay, Ortiz, Play'n GO, PlayPearls, Playson, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Live, Red Tiger, Salsa Technology, SmartSoft, Spinomenal, Stakelogic, Swintt, 3 Oaks, VoltEnt, Woohoo Games source
Deposits, withdrawals and the rules before a cash-out
No payment methods are on record for Magius in Canada. We could not confirm Interac, cards, e-wallets, crypto or a Canadian-dollar balance. What the rules do cover is the withdrawal side.
Withdrawal limits by VIP level
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | €500 | €7,000 |
| Level 2 | €500 | €10,000 |
| Level 3 | €800 | €12,000 |
| Level 4 | €1,000 | €15,000 |
| Level 5 | €1,500 | €20,000 |
These are the euro limits in the Australian-locale rules (6.11); the Canadian table was not captured. The rules allow a maximum of three pending withdrawals at any one time. At Level 1, a single large win would therefore be paid out over several months, since no more than €7,000 can leave the account in a month.
Conditions that can block a payout
- Deposit rollover: each deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Otherwise the casino may cancel winnings and keep a 10% commission (6.8).
- Monthly wagering minimum: 30 AUD or 20 EUR must be wagered in the month before a withdrawal can be approved (6.7).
- Checks: ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours, on request (6.6.4).
- Processing: withdrawals are worked through within 3 business days of the request or the last paid withdrawal (6.15).
An account left inactive for 180 days is charged a monthly administration fee of 10 AUD or 5 EUR (6.18).
Magius casino app and mobile play
We could not confirm a Magius casino app in the App Store or Google Play. The site runs in a browser, and its footer offers a "Create Shortcut" option, which puts an icon on your home screen that opens the browser site. That shortcut is not a separate app with its own store listing.
Since the casino publishes no app, be wary of any installation file offered under its name on another website. Keep using the shortcut or the address you typed yourself.
Is Magius casino online safe? The missing licence
This is the weakest part of the review. The archived footer and terms of Magius casino online name no operator company, registered address, licence number or regulator. We found no register entry we could link to the brand, and no regulator record of any kind.
That matters for three reasons:
- Disputes: without a named regulator, there is no outside body to take a complaint to if a withdrawal is refused.
- Contract: the terms you accept at sign-up do not tell you which company you are dealing with.
- Provincial rules: Magius holds no Ontario or Alberta registration in our records, and no province licenses offshore sites.
One more observation: the Magius rules page uses the same template and identical terms text as Robocat. That suggests a shared operator or supplier, but no primary source confirms it, so do not assume Robocat's details apply here.
Until Magius publishes a licence that can be matched on a regulator's register, licence and safety scores zero. Our review method explains why a missing licence is never given the benefit of the doubt.
Magius casino login, sign-up and support
The Magius casino login and sign-up pages could not be read, so we cannot describe the registration form or verification steps. The rules set the minimum age at 18 and "the legal age applicable to you" (2.1). In most provinces that legal age is 19; it is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
Support is offered by live chat and by email at [email protected]. Opening hours, a phone line and French service are not on record. If a Magius login fails, contact support from the email address on your account, and remember that a "not available for your country" page is a location block rather than a password problem.
Responsible-gambling tools
Magius has a Responsible Gaming page, and its rules allow self-exclusion or account closure by writing to [email protected] (3.8). No deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders or time-outs are described in what we could read.
An email request is a thin set of tools, so add your own controls: a budget set before you play, and a bank block on gambling payments if you need one. Self-exclusion run by a province covers only the sites that province regulates, which leaves Magius outside it. Find provincial help lines on our responsible gambling page.
Magius CA: where Canadians can play
The site's Canadian locale lives at magius.com/ca, and Canada is not on its list of excluded jurisdictions. No province is excluded either. That makes Magius CA open to sign-ups across the country on paper, but none of it is provincially licensed:
- Ontario: not excluded in the rules, but not registered with the AGCO or operating under an iGaming Ontario agreement. Regulated Ontario play happens on registered sites.
- Alberta: not excluded, but not registered with AGLC or contracted with the Alberta iGaming Corporation, whose market opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec and other provinces: not excluded; the regulated option there is the provincially run site.
For the full province-by-province picture, see our guide to playing in Canada.
Who Magius suits
Magius has the look of a full-featured casino: a three-step welcome package, reloads, cashback and a long studio list. For a player who values those extras above everything else and accepts the risk of an unnamed operator, it offers plenty to play with.
Everyone else should wait. The 2.7 score is held down by a licence and safety score of zero, a cashier with no confirmed methods, and bonus rules that put wagering on your deposit and cap your winnings. If Magius publishes its operator and a verifiable licence, we will re-check it and record the change. Meanwhile, compare licensed options in our casino reviews.
