Our verdict

Robocat suits slot players outside Ontario and Alberta who want an Interac deposit in Canadian dollars and a long list of reload and cashback deals. Skip it if you need to know who runs the casino: its Canadian pages name no licence, regulator or company, which is why the safety score is 0. Watch the withdrawal ceiling, which starts at C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month, and the 10 days you get to finish bonus wagering.

  • 14 deposit methods listed, including MuchBetter, Jeton, MiFinity, Bitcoin, Litecoin and DOGE

  • The welcome bonus wagering is not stated, and casino bonus wagering must be met within 10 days
  • Withdrawals capped at C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month at VIP level 1

Robocat online casino runs a dedicated Canadian section with a cashier in Canadian dollars, Interac deposits and a welcome package listed as "100% up to $750 + 200 FS + 1 Claw Machine". Its rules are detailed on game weighting and withdrawal caps. What they leave out is the one thing a Canadian player should look for first: the name of a licensing regulator and the company behind the site.

The live site would not open from any of our check locations in October 2026, so every figure here comes from archived copies of robocat.com/ca/ dated January and February 2026. We quote the casino's own $ amounts as C$, because the Canadian cashier is set in CAD. Treat this Robocat casino review as a record of what those pages said, and confirm the current terms before you deposit.

Robocat bonus for new players: the welcome package and its rules

The casino promotions page lists one headline offer for new players: a 100% match up to C$750, 200 free spins and one Claw Machine. The archived page does not split the free spins across days or deposits, and it does not show the wagering multiplier for the match. That gap matters. Without the multiplier you cannot work out how much betting stands between the bonus and a withdrawal, so ask support for the figure before you opt in.

The general rules fill in some of the rest:

  • Time limit: casino bonus wagering must be completed within 10 days (clause 7.12).
  • Claw Machine: the first-deposit Claw Machine try needs a deposit of at least C$15.
  • Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus money at all (7.7-7.8).
  • Bonus code: none is listed for the welcome offer.

Ten days is a short window. A bonus that has to be turned over many times in that period pushes you towards fast, high-stake play, which is exactly the habit a bonus should not encourage. If the multiplier turns out to be high, taking the deposit without the bonus may be the calmer choice.

How each game counts towards wagering

Game typeCounts towards bonus wagering
Slots, scratch cards, keno100%
Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Monopoly50%
Live games, table and card games, video poker, Plinko10%
Jackpot slots, Slingo, bingoNot playable with a bonus

The message is plain: the bonus is built for slots. A blackjack or roulette player clears only a tenth of the normal rate, so for table players the welcome match would take ten times as much betting to clear.

Robocat no deposit bonus: what the rules cover

No Robocat no deposit bonus appears on the archived promotions page. The rules do, however, set out what happens if the casino hands one out, for example as a targeted offer:

  • Winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at C$120 and carry x40 wagering (7.15).
  • Any other no-deposit bonus can pay out at most five times the bonus amount (7.16).

So if someone promises a Robocat casino no deposit bonus code, check it against these clauses. Even a genuine one is a small ticket: the cap stops any free-spin win above C$120 from reaching your bank.

Reloads, cashback and crypto offers

The rest of the promotions page is busy. As archived in February 2026 it listed:

  • Weekly Reload: 50 free spins.
  • Weekend Reload Bonus: C$1,050 plus 50 free spins.
  • Daily cashback of 15% up to C$600, and Live Cashback of 25% up to C$300.
  • A crypto track: a Crypto Welcome Bonus of 200% up to 3,000 USDT, a Crypto Weekly Reload of 60% up to 1,000 USDT and a Weekend Crypto Reload of 75% up to 750 USDT plus 100 free spins.
  • Five VIP levels, the Claw Machine, a Wheel of Fortune, Spin Rally and tournaments.

The page gives the headline figures but not the wagering behind each reload. The crypto deals are quoted in USDT, a dollar-linked token, not in Canadian dollars. The VIP level also changes how much you can withdraw, which the payments section below explains.

Games and software providers

Robocat does not publish a game count or a split between slots, live and table games, so we cannot tell you how large the lobby is. What the archived site does show is a provider directory with its own page for each studio. Names listed there include Amigo Gaming, Arcadem, AvatarUX, BGaming, Booming Games, BTG, Caleta, Candlebets, CJ Gaming, Claw, EGT and ELA, with more pages beyond those.

The bonus rules hint at the rest of the catalogue. They mention live games, live game shows such as Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly, video poker, Plinko, scratch cards, keno, Slingo, bingo and jackpot slots, so all of those categories exist in some form. No popular titles are promoted on the pages we could read, and the casino publishes no payout percentage or testing-lab certificate. That last point is worth noting: without an independent lab report there is no outside check on the game results shown on the site.

Providers: Amigo Gaming, Arcadem, AvatarUX, BGaming, Booming Games, BTG, Caleta, Candlebets, CJ Gaming, Claw, EGT, ELA, ...more (provider pages under /ca/providers/) source

Deposits, withdrawals and the limits that apply

The Canadian cashier runs in CAD. Interac is the lowest-entry route at C$10, and most other methods start at C$20. Here is the deposit list as archived:

  • Interac: C$10 to C$10,000.
  • Mastercard, PlayID: C$20 to C$4,000.
  • MuchBetter: C$20 to C$7,500.
  • MiFinity: C$20 to C$3,500.
  • Neosurf, Jeton: C$20 to C$10,000.
  • Utorg (three variants): C$15 to C$1,400 for one, C$20 to C$10,000 for the other two.
  • Cash2Code: C$20 to C$1,500.
  • Crypto: Bitcoin from C$45, Litecoin and DOGE from C$20, each up to C$10,000.

Only the deposit tab survived in the archive, so which of these methods also pay out is unknown. No processing times or fees are given per method.

Withdrawal caps by VIP level

Clause 6.11 limits how much you can take out, and the ceiling rises with your VIP level:

VIP levelPer dayPer month
Level 1C$750C$10,500
Level 2C$750C$15,000
Level 3C$1,200C$18,000
Level 4C$1,500C$23,000
Level 5C$2,300C$30,000

A new player starts at the bottom, so a large win is paid out in slices. Three more rules shape the cash-out:

  • Requests are worked through within 3 business days of the request or of the last paid withdrawal (6.15), and no more than three withdrawals can be pending at once (6.13).
  • Each deposit must be wagered at least once before you withdraw. If not, the casino may cancel winnings and keep a 10% commission (6.8).
  • After 180 days without activity the account is charged a C$0.75 monthly administration fee (6.18).

Robocat casino app and mobile play

There is no Robocat casino app on record. The archived pages link to neither the App Store nor Google Play, and the casino runs in a phone browser like any other website. The footer adds a "Create Shortcut" option, which places an icon on your home screen that opens the site; it is a bookmark with an icon, not a downloaded app.

Because of that, treat any file offered as a Robocat APK or download with suspicion. A shortcut from the casino's own footer is the only home-screen route the casino itself describes.

Is Robocat online casino licensed? Owner and safety

This is the weakest part of the Robocat record. The archived Canadian pages carry a "Licenses" toggle in the footer, but its content loads only in a live browser and was empty in every copy we could read. As a result:

  • No regulator is named.
  • No licence number is shown.
  • No operating company, registered address or registration number appears in the readable rules.
  • No testing lab or payout report is published.

Third-party sites attach company names to Robocat, but none of them is a source we accept, and the casino itself does not confirm any. One observation from the casino's own pages: Robocat's site template and rules text match those of Magius Casino, which suggests a shared platform. Neither site names an owner, so a common group is not confirmed.

No public regulator action against Robocat was found, but with no regulator named, there is also no body you could complain to. For a casino that asks you to send ID and proof of address, not knowing which company receives those documents is a real cost. Our review method explains why this caps the safety score.

Support and French service

The help centre, as archived in January 2026, lists two routes:

No phone number is published. French is one of 16 site languages, alongside English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish and others, so players in Quebec can read the site in French. The casino does not say in which languages its agents answer, so French chat is possible but not promised.

Robocat casino login, sign-up and ID checks

Robocat's terms set the minimum age at 18. Provincial law in most of Canada sets 19 for gambling, so check the rule where you live before you register; a site's own age line does not override it.

  1. Register on the Canadian section, where the cashier runs in CAD, using your legal name and address: they have to match the documents you may be asked for later.
  2. Robocat casino login then happens in the browser with the details you chose at registration. The footer shortcut opens the same site from your home screen.
  3. Verify early. The casino may ask for ID, proof of address and proof that you own the payment method, and you have 30 days to supply them (6.6.4).
  4. Wager your deposit once before the first withdrawal, or risk the 10% commission described above.

If login fails, use the live chat; with no phone line, chat and email are the only routes. Do not reset your password through links in unsolicited messages, and use only the casino's own domain.

Responsible-gambling tools

Robocat's rules describe one tool clearly: you can self-exclude or close your account by writing to [email protected] (clause 3.8). The site also has a Responsible Gaming page, but no deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs or reality checks were listed on the pages we could read.

That is a thin set. Self-exclusion by email depends on an agent acting on it, and because the site holds no provincial licence, it is not covered by any province's self-exclusion program. Ontario's and Alberta's central schemes apply only to their own regulated sites. If you want firm limits, set them at your bank or card issuer as well. Our responsible gambling page lists help lines across Canada.

Robocat casino Canada: where you can play

The Robocat ca section is open to the whole country on paper. Clause 2.3 of the rules lists the excluded jurisdictions, and neither Canada nor any province is among them. That does not make Robocat a provincially licensed casino:

ProvinceWhat the terms sayRegulated status
OntarioNot excludedNo AGCO or iGaming Ontario listing on its pages
AlbertaNot excludedNo AGLC or Alberta iGaming Corporation listing on its pages
QuebecNot excluded, French offeredNo provincial licence; Quebec's own site is run by Loto-Québec
Rest of CanadaAccepted, CAD and InteracOffshore, not licensed by any province

Ontario residents have a regulated market of their own, and Alberta's has been live since 13 July 2026. In those two provinces, a casino registered with the AGCO and operating under an iGaming Ontario agreement, or registered with AGLC under an Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement, answers to a provincial regulator, which Robocat does not. Elsewhere the alternative is the province's own site, such as Loto-Québec or PlayNow Manitoba. Our guide to playing in Canada covers the rules province by province.

Who Robocat suits, and who should skip it

Casino Robocat is aimed at slot players who like a steady stream of reloads, cashback and mini-games, and who deposit by Interac or crypto. For that player the CAD cashier, the low Interac minimum and the round-the-clock chat are real conveniences.

It is a poor fit in three cases. If you are in Ontario or Alberta, a regulated site offers protection Robocat cannot. If you play mostly table or live games, the 10% weighting makes its bonuses close to useless. And if you hope for a big win, the C$750 daily cap at level 1 means waiting weeks for a large balance. Above all, a casino that shows no licence or owner asks for a lot of trust. Compare it with others on our casino reviews page before deciding.
