Two things shape everything below. Zoome's own terms exclude players in Ontario and New Brunswick, and the casino's pages disagree with each other on the size of the welcome offer and on deposit minimums. Where a banner and the terms clash, we quote the terms and the payments page, and we say so. Where a number could not be read, such as the welcome wagering, we leave it blank rather than guess.
The welcome package: three deposits, seven days
The Canadian version of the promotions page lays the offer out as three cards:
- First deposit: 100% up to C$1,500 plus 100 free spins.
- Second deposit: 50% up to C$1,125 plus 50 free spins.
- Third deposit: 100% up to C$1,125 plus 100 free spins.
Players who start big can pick the Highroller Welcome Bonus instead: 125% up to C$2,625 on a first deposit of C$450 or more. No bonus code could be confirmed for either route, and the pages we read give no minimum deposit for the standard package.
The headline changes depending on where you look. The page title promises "250% + 250 FS", while a homepage banner reads "275% 3250 EUR + 250 FS". The three cards are the most detailed and the only version priced in Canadian dollars, so they are the figures used on this page. Check the amount your own cashier shows before you deposit.
The rules attached to it
- Wagering: shown only inside each card's details, which could not be read, so the multiplier is unknown. Ask live chat for it in writing before you opt in.
- Deadline: 7 days.
- Maximum bet: C$7.50 while a bonus is running.
- Win cap: winnings from welcome cash bonuses are limited to 10 times the bonus, and no single deposit bonus can pay more than C$15,000.

"Instant" on the payments page may describe the transfer itself rather than the casino's review of your request. Identity checks come first: the terms name date of birth, a government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver's licence, proof of address and, if asked, a second ID. Zoome casino app download: what exists today
No Zoome casino app download is listed on Apple's App Store, and no Android store listing is on record. The homepage offers an "Install the app" prompt instead, which saves the site to your home screen as a progressive web app: the same website, opened from an icon rather than a browser tab. The same page adds that "a dedicated mobile app is also in development", with no date given.
- iPhone: no App Store app; use the browser or the install prompt.
- Android: no store listing found; the same browser route applies.
- Desktop: the full site in any modern browser.
Since the casino points to no store app, treat any file passed around as the Zoome app with suspicion. A home-screen icon created from zoome.casino itself is the only install route the casino describes.
Is Zoome Casino legit? Licence, owner and a validator gap
Zoome names its owner and a second company in its terms:
- Operator: Novatrix SRL, registration 3-102-893958, Potrero Cerrado, Oreamuno, Cartago, Costa Rica.
- Payment and agent company: Vixatrix Limited, Cyprus, registration HE 459370, Alpha Tower, Limassol.
- Licence: Tobique Gaming Commission, "E-gaming license No. 0000002", as stated in the terms and footer.
- Sister casino: MoonWin, which names the same company, registration number and licence.
The validator gap
The licence seal on zoome.casino could not be opened from our checking locations. The validator page reached through MoonWin's seal, for the same licence number, listed only MoonWin domains for Novatrix SRL on 23 October 2026. That does not prove Zoome is unlicensed, but it does mean we could not see zoome.casino named on the regulator's own page. Open the seal in Zoome's footer yourself; if zoome.casino is not on the list, treat the licence claim as unconfirmed.
Zoome casino complaints and disputes
We have no record of a public regulator action against Novatrix SRL. No testing lab or payout percentage could be found, so there is no independent fairness report to point to. The practical risks sit in the terms: the payout caps, the dormancy fee and the province exclusions. No province licenses Zoome, which leaves the AGCO and AGLC with no role if something goes wrong. Keep chat transcripts and emails if a dispute starts.
Support and French service
Zoome offers round-the-clock live chat plus an email address, [email protected], but no phone line. The language menu includes an FR-Canada version of the site next to English for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, plus German, Norwegian, Finnish and Italian.
A French site is not the same promise as French-speaking agents, and Zoome does not say its chat is answered in French. Quebec players who want to handle a dispute in French should ask at the start of the conversation.

- Check your province. Ontario and New Brunswick are on the restricted list in section 2.4 of the terms.
