This Rizk review looks at a casino whose paperwork is clearer than its Canadian offer. The terms name a Maltese company, Zecure Gaming Ltd., and a Malta Gaming Authority licence held at group level by Netplay. They also list Ontario and Alberta as restricted jurisdictions, so the casino is not open to players in either province.
For the rest of Canada there are gaps. The /en-ca/ path carries a full set of terms, version 4.0, applicable from 1 December 2025, yet the Canadian homepage at that path returns "Page not found". The welcome offer we could read is quoted in euros, and no wagering rule, detailed payment list or support channel was published where we could see it. Below we set out what is confirmed, what is not, and how that shapes the score as of October 2026.
The Rizk welcome offer as published
The headline on Rizk's international homepage reads "100% Bonus up to EUR 100 + 100 Free Spins". That is the only welcome offer we found, and it comes with three caveats a Canadian should weigh before taking it at face value:
- Currency: the amount is in euros. A Canadian version in C$ was not visible, so we do not convert it or assume a matching CAD figure.
- Terms: the wagering multiple, whether it applies to the bonus alone or the deposit as well, the minimum deposit, the maximum bet, the expiry and the game weighting were all missing from the pages we could read.
- Region: the offer appeared on the page served to a United States reader. It may differ, or not apply, on a Canadian account.
Without a wagering figure there is no honest way to show what the bonus costs in bets. We would rather leave that blank than guess at it. If you open an account, the casino's full bonus terms are the document that counts, and the multiple listed there is the first number to read.
Wheel of Rizk
Rizk's one other listed promotion is the Wheel of Rizk. Players level up through play and then spin the wheel for prizes that the casino describes as wager-free: spins, real money and jackpots. "Wager-free" is the important word, because it means a cash prize from the wheel should not carry a play-through requirement. The levelling rules, the prize odds and the size of each prize were not published where we could read them, so we cannot say how fast the wheel turns or what a typical spin pays. More detail on promotions and codes is on our Rizk bonus page.
Rizk slot games and studios
Rizk's homepage names two studios: Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming. Those are the only providers we can confirm. The casino does not publish a total game count, a split between slots, table games and live dealer games, or a list of jackpot titles that we could read, so we do not put a number on the lobby.
For anyone looking for Rizk online slots, the confirmed picture is narrow: two named slot studios, a lobby of unknown size behind them, and no list of popular titles. Whether the Rizk slots Canada players see match the international lobby is not stated in the terms, so we make no claim about it.
Rizk live casino in Canada
No live dealer section, live studio or live game list appears in the material we could read, so Rizk live casino Canada details are unconfirmed. We do not credit a live casino that we cannot see described by the operator.
Whatever the lobby holds, the maths of casino games does not change with the brand. Every slot and table game has a built-in house edge, and Rizk publishes no payout percentage or testing-lab certificate that we could find. Treat any session as paid entertainment, not as a way to earn.

Deposits, withdrawals and the inactivity fee
Rizk's terms describe the payment options only in general categories, not as named brands with limits:
- debit and credit cards
- e-wallets
- prepaid cards
- instant banking
- bank transfers
Interac is not named anywhere we could read, so Rizk Canada players cannot count on it until the cashier shows it. Cryptocurrency does not appear in the list. We also found no confirmed account currency for Canada, no deposit or withdrawal minimum, no processing time and no fee table. Those gaps are the main reason the payments score is low.
Identity and source-of-funds checks
The terms say Rizk must verify your age, identity and address. It may also ask for proof that you own the payment method you used, and for proof of the source of your funds or wealth. The terms warn that these requests can affect how long a withdrawal takes. Have documents ready before you ask for a first payout.
The dormant-account fee
Clauses 6.1 and 6.2 of the terms set a monthly maintenance fee of EUR 5 from the 13th month in which you have not logged in. After 30 months without activity the account is closed. If you stop playing, withdraw your balance first rather than leaving it to be eaten by the fee.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Mobile play: browser only on record
Rizk works in a web browser, which on a phone means opening the site in Safari or Chrome rather than installing anything. No App Store or Google Play listing for Rizk could be confirmed, so we treat it as a browser casino for Canadian players.
That has two practical consequences. First, there is no app-store developer name to check against the operator, so the address bar is your main safety check: the domain in the terms is rizk.com. Second, any download offered through a third-party link did not come from a listing the casino points to, and should be avoided. The mobile score reflects confirmed browser access and nothing more, so it is 1 out of 10.
Licence, owner and safety
On ownership, Rizk's terms are specific. They set out the company and the licence like this:
| Item | What the terms state |
|---|---|
| Operator | Zecure Gaming Ltd. |
| Registered address | 199 Experience Centre, Ta' Xbiex Seafront, Ta' Xbiex, XBX 1027, Malta |
| Company number | C69036 |
| Group | Netplay, holder of the corporate group licence |
| Regulator | Malta Gaming Authority |
| Licence | MGA/CRP/1117/2025/02, issued 16 October 2025 |
The licence details come from clause 2.1 of the terms. We did not query the MGA's own register for this review, so the number is as Rizk states it. The MGA runs a public licensee verification page where anyone can search the number before opening an account, and we recommend doing so.
We found no public regulator action against Rizk or Zecure Gaming in the sources we checked. An MGA licence is not a Canadian licence: no province licenses Rizk, and it holds no registration with the AGCO or AGLC. The terms also name no independent testing lab and no published payout report. See how we review for how we weigh an EU licence against provincial ones.
Support and French
We could not confirm a single support channel. No live chat, email address, phone line or opening hours appeared in the pages we could read, and no list of site languages was published. French support, which matters to Quebec players, is unconfirmed too.
That is a real weakness, not a formality. Support is the route for disputes over bonuses, verification and withdrawals, and an offshore player has no provincial regulator to fall back on. Before you deposit, find the contact options inside the site and send a test question. If no channel answers, that tells you what to expect when money is involved.
How to sign up and log in
One step comes before the form: check your province. If you are in Ontario or Alberta, stop there, because the terms restrict both.
- Confirm you meet the age rule. The terms require you to be over 18 or above the legal gambling age in the country you play from. In Canada the age is set by province: 19 in most, 18 in Quebec and Manitoba.
- Register with your real name, date of birth and address, since all three are verified later.
- Read the full bonus terms on the site before your first deposit, as the welcome offer's wagering is not public.
- Upload identity and address documents early so the first withdrawal is not held up.
Our Rizk login and registration guide covers sign-up, mobile login and what to do when an account will not open.
Responsible-gambling tools
Rizk's responsible-gambling tools were not described in the material we could read. Deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion are all unconfirmed, so we cannot say which ones you will find in the account settings.
Two points hold regardless. A provincial self-exclusion covers only the regulated sites of that province. Signing up with Ontario's or Alberta's programme would not reach Rizk, which is not part of either market. And the dormant-account rule cuts both ways: closing an account does not happen automatically until 30 months have passed, so if you want to stop, ask for closure rather than walking away. Free help lines by province are listed on our responsible gambling page.
Rizk Canada: Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and the rest
Anyone weighing Rizk online casino Canada access, or looking up Rizk Ontario and Rizk CA, will find the terms decide it province by province:
| Province | Can you play Rizk? | Minimum age |
|---|---|---|
| Ontario | No - listed as a restricted jurisdiction | 19 in the province |
| Alberta | No - listed as a restricted jurisdiction | 18 in the province |
| Quebec | Not in the restricted list | 18 |
| Manitoba | Not in the restricted list | 18 |
| Other provinces and territories | Not in the restricted list | 19 |
Ontario's market requires AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario operating agreement. Alberta has run its own regulated market since 13 July 2026, with AGLC registration and an Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement as the entry ticket. Rizk has none of these, and excluding both provinces is consistent with that. Elsewhere, Rizk is an offshore casino: Malta licenses it, no province does, and every province also runs its own casino site.
The address question is part of this. The /en-ca/ path hosts Canadian terms, but the homepage under it returned "Page not found" when checked, so there is no Rizk CA landing page as such. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the provincial split in full.
Rizk online casino review: who it suits
As a Rizk online casino review, this one ends on a split judgement. The licensing side is clear: a European regulator, a group licence number with an issue date, and a company name with an address you can look up. On the player side, almost everything a Canadian needs to compare casinos is missing from public view.
- Might suit: a player in Quebec, British Columbia or another non-restricted province who wants an MGA-licensed site and is prepared to read the cashier terms before depositing.
- Should skip: anyone in Ontario or Alberta, anyone who relies on Interac, and anyone who needs French or phone support confirmed in advance.
The 2.0 score will move if Rizk publishes Canadian bonus terms, a named payment list and its support routes. Each change will be logged with its date. Meanwhile, compare it with other brands in our casino reviews.
