Rollbit is a crypto casino run by Acacia Tech Ltd, a company with an address on Main Street, Charlestown, on the Caribbean island of Nevis. Its footer names a gaming licence from Anjouan, number ALSI-042308006-FII, and its terms do not list Canada among the countries it refuses, so the terms do not bar Canadians.
That is close to the full list of what Rollbit publishes openly. The welcome offer, the game lobby, the cashier and support details sit behind the login and a country block, and we could not read them. This Rollbit casino review therefore works from the terms and conditions and the footer as of October 2026, explains what each clause means for a player in Canada, and says plainly what remains unknown.
Rollbit at a glance: what is published and what is not
A casino review usually starts with the welcome bonus. With Rollbit, the honest start is a list of what the public pages actually contain.
| Topic | What the public pages show |
|---|---|
| Operator | Acacia Tech Ltd, Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis |
| Licence | Anjouan, ALSI-042308006-FII, stated in the footer |
| Canada | Not on the restricted list |
| Minimum age | 18 in the terms, or the higher local gambling age |
| Payments | Crypto; no Canadian dollars or Interac shown |
| Welcome offer | Not visible without logging in |
| Games and studios | Not visible without logging in |
| Support channels | Not published on the pages we could read |
| App | Not published on the pages we could read |
The site sits behind a Cloudflare check and showed an access-restricted message to our European connection, though the terms and footer still loaded. A Canadian visitor may see more. We judge only what we could read.
Rollbit coupon code and bonuses
Is there a Rollbit coupon code or a Rollbit promo code? Neither the terms nor the footer we read names one, and the welcome offer itself was not visible from outside the account. We therefore cannot quote a bonus amount, a wagering requirement, a maximum bet or an expiry date, and we will not repeat figures that appear only on other sites.
What the terms do say about bonuses is short and leans the operator's way: unclaimed bonuses may be cancelled. That means a bonus shown in your account is not yours to keep until you have claimed it on the operator's terms. If you see a code advertised, open the bonus rules inside your account before you deposit and check four things:
- the wagering multiple and whether it applies to the bonus alone or to the deposit too;
- the largest bet allowed while the bonus is active;
- how many days you have to finish;
- any cap on what can be withdrawn from bonus winnings.
If any of those four is missing from the bonus page, treat that as a reason to skip the bonus.
The casino publishes no welcome-offer terms we could source, so we show none.
Casino games and the crypto trading product
We could not see the game lobby, so we have no game count, studio list or popular titles to report, and we do not fill that gap from memory. What the footer does make clear is that Rollbit offers more than casino games. It includes crypto trading, and the footer states: "Crypto trading is not considered gambling and therefore not covered by our Gaming license".
That sentence deserves attention. Whatever protection the Anjouan licence offers, it does not extend to the trading side of the site. A dispute over a trade falls outside what that licence covers. A player who moves money between the casino and the trading product should know which set of rules applies at each moment.
For the casino games, the usual rule holds: every game carries a house edge, and over time the casino keeps a share of what is wagered.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
How to withdraw on Rollbit
Rollbit is a crypto casino. The pages we read show no Canadian-dollar account and no Interac, card or bank option, so a withdrawal means sending coins to a wallet you control. The cashier itself, with its coin list, minimums, fees and times, sits behind the login.
The terms set out how withdrawals can be slowed or stopped:
- Withdrawals may be delayed or cancelled while the operator carries out additional checks.
- All transactions are subject to anti-money-laundering review.
- Withdrawals can be withheld if the operator finds irregularities, at its own discretion.
None of those clauses names a time limit or a standard of proof. Before you withdraw on Rollbit, then, it is sensible to:
- use a wallet in your own name and keep a record of every deposit transaction;
- avoid moving funds in patterns that could look unusual, such as depositing and withdrawing without play;
- copy the destination address carefully, since crypto transfers to a wrong address are generally not reversible;
- keep screenshots of the cashier screen and any chat about a delayed payout.
One more cost sits outside the casino's terms. If you buy crypto with Canadian dollars to play, the dollar value of what you later cash out depends on the coin's price on the day you sell, plus any exchange fees.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Licence, owner and safety
Rollbit names its company and its regulator. Acacia Tech Ltd is the operator, registered at Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis. No company registration number is given. The footer names the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan, through Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., and the licence number ALSI-042308006-FII.
We have not confirmed this licence on a public register, so the number is the casino's own statement. We also found no named testing lab and no published payout percentage. Anjouan is an offshore licence; it does not bring Rollbit under any Canadian regulator, and it does not give you a provincial body to complain to.
Read together, the licence, the trading carve-out and the discretionary withdrawal clauses explain most of the 3 out of 10 for licence and safety.
Support, French and mobile
The pages we could read publish no live chat hours, no support email, no phone number and no languages list, so we cannot say whether help is available in French. They also list no app for iOS or Android. Rollbit can be opened in a browser, which is how we read its terms, but whether the lobby is built for phones is something we could not check.
Each of these scores 1 out of 10 for that reason: not because the service is known to be poor, but because none of it is published where a player can check it before signing up.
Signing up and logging in from Canada
The terms ask you to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Canadian law sets a higher age in most provinces: 19, with 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The terms also refer to the local gambling age, so the province's age is the one that counts.
The restricted list matters for anyone who travels. It names Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bonaire, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, the Netherlands, North Korea, Saba, Slovakia, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and the USA with its dependencies. The terms bar play from those places, and the site blocked our own connection from one of them, so do not plan on using the account while travelling there.
Because withdrawals can be held for checks, sign up with your real details from the start, even if no documents are asked for on day one.
Responsible gambling
Rollbit's public pages list no deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion periods or reality checks, so we cannot tell you what tools the account offers. Look for them in the account settings before you deposit, and if there are none, set your limits outside the casino, for example with a fixed amount in a separate wallet.
A provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, so it does not reach Rollbit. Our responsible gambling page lists support lines for every province.
Where Canadians can play Rollbit
The terms exclude no province, so the same offshore site is open to Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and the rest of Canada. It is not licensed by any of them:
- Ontario: not registered with the AGCO or iGaming Ontario.
- Alberta: not registered with AGLC; Alberta's regulated market has been open since 13 July 2026.
- Quebec and the other provinces: the same offshore site; there, the legal home of online casino play is the provincially run site.
Players in Ontario and Alberta have provincially regulated casinos to choose from. Our guide to playing in Canada explains each province's options.
Questions to settle before a first deposit
Because so much of Rollbit sits behind the account, the checking falls to you. Once registered, and before sending any coins, find written answers to these questions in the account or from the help channel it offers:
- Which coins can be deposited and withdrawn, and with what minimums and network fees?
- How long does a withdrawal normally stay pending, and is there a daily or weekly cap?
- When will identity documents be requested: at sign-up, at the first withdrawal or only after a review?
- What limits, time-outs and self-exclusion options does the account have?
- Do the bonus rules set a maximum bet, a deadline or a cap on winnings?
Keep the answers. If a withdrawal is later held under the irregularities clause, a written record of what you were told is the strongest thing you can bring to a complaint, especially as no Canadian regulator stands behind the site.
Who Rollbit suits
Rollbit fits a narrow group: players who already hold crypto, are comfortable with self-custody and offshore regulation, and accept that the operator keeps wide discretion over withdrawals. For them, the named company and licence number are a starting point for their own checks.
For most Canadians it is a poor fit. There is no Canadian-dollar option, no Interac, no provincial licence, and most of what a player needs to know before depositing is not published outside the account. Rollbit scores 1.5 under our review method; casinos that publish their terms openly are listed in our casino reviews.
