This page explains how to sign up and log in at Roobet, how withdrawal checks work, and how to delete Roobet account access when you want out, using only Roobet's help centre and the Canadian App Store, read on 23 October 2026.
Roobet is a Curacao-licensed offshore casino run by Raw Entertainment B.V., and Canada is not on its restricted list. Roobet sign up: registering online
Roobet's main site is a JavaScript app that did not render for our checks, so we cannot describe the registration form field by field, and its stated minimum age could not be read. What we can say:
- You can complete the Roobet register online process from a browser; there is no Canadian app to do it in.
- Canada is not in the restricted territories list quoted in the help centre.
- Legal gambling ages in Canada are 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Do not register below the age that applies where you live.
- Roobet is not registered in Ontario or Alberta, the two provinces with regulated private markets.
Use an email address you will keep. Account questions, including deletion, go to [email protected] by email, so that address is your link to the account.

Roobet sign up code and registration code
The only Roobet sign up offer in the help centre is a Rakeboost on Instant Rakeback. Without a code you get "+10% welcome boost for 24 hours". With an affiliate code, entered at sign-up as a Roobet sign up code (some sites call it a Roobet registration code), the boost is +20% for 72 hours.
There is no deposit match attached to either. The boost raises the rakeback paid on your bets, so it is worth more to someone who bets a lot and very little to a casual player. Our Roobet bonus page covers the rest of the rewards.
Roobet com login: browser only, no app
The roobet com login is the website itself. A search of the Canadian App Store on 23 October 2026 found no Roobet app, and no Android app is confirmed in our facts. So a "Roobet login app" offered outside the official site is not something Roobet's own pages point to, and an unofficial download is a good way to hand your password to someone else.
Two checks before you type your details into any Roobet casino login page:
- The address bar shows roobet.com, not a look-alike spelling.
- You reached it by typing or from your own bookmark, not from a link in a message.
If the login page will not load at all, the problem may be on Roobet's side or a block on your network. The help centre at help.roobet.com is a separate site and loaded for us when the main site did not, so it is a useful place to check articles and reach live support.
Roobet withdrawal verification
Roobet withdrawal verification has two parts.
The 1x deposit rule. "You must wager 100% of your deposit amount before you can withdraw funds", for crypto and cash deposits. A C$100 deposit needs C$100 in bets before it can be withdrawn.
Identity documents. Level 2 verification asks for a passport, driving licence or government ID, front and back. The compliance team reviews documents daily, so a clear, uncropped photo saves a second round.
Once both are done, crypto withdrawals are sent "instantly, as soon as they are requested", with a network fee and blockchain confirmation time on top. An Interac withdrawal "may take 1-3 business days". Card withdrawals must be greater than $15, and card fees may apply.
When you cannot log in: support routes
Roobet lists 24/7 live support, every day of the year, and the email address [email protected]. There is no phone line. The help centre is available in French as well as English, though French support from live agents could not be confirmed.
When you write in, give the email on your account and what you see on screen. If the issue is a withdrawal, add the amount, the method and, for crypto, the transaction hash.
Time-out, self-exclusion and how to delete Roobet account
Roobet's help centre has an article covering time-out, self-exclusion and account deletion together. The options, from lightest to strongest:
- Limits: deposit and wager limits, plus loss limits set daily, weekly or monthly.
- Time-out: a 24-hour pause.
- Self-exclusion: for a period you choose.
- Deletion: by email to [email protected].
