The Ontario site lists every other province as restricted, so a Royal Panda Canada login from outside Ontario has to use the offshore site. Remember the provincial ages too: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Alberta players should note that Royal Panda has no Alberta registration, so the offshore site they use sits outside Alberta's regulated market.

The Royal Panda register steps are the same on either site:
- Open the site in your browser. Neither Royal Panda site has an app.
- Enter your real personal details. Royal Panda may request documents before it pays out, and they must match.
- Fix a budget before the first deposit. On the Ontario site, BetGuard, Ontario's centralised self-exclusion for its regulated sites, is linked from the footer.
- Make your first deposit of at least $20 by a listed method. In Ontario that includes Interac; the offshore site lists Visa, Mastercard and EcoPayz.
Ontario accounts work in Canadian dollars only, as the Ontario terms state.

Verification before your first withdrawal
Both sets of terms allow Royal Panda to ask for documents before a withdrawal (section 16). Withdrawals are then processed with a stated aim of 24 hours. One situation draws extra attention: withdrawing money you deposited but never wagered. Offshore that costs a 5% charge; in Ontario it triggers extended due diligence before payment.
So the smoothest path is to play with what you deposit before you withdraw, and to have ID and proof of address ready when you request a payout.
Logging in from a phone or computer
Both Royal Panda sites share one domain, royalpanda.com, and are told apart by the path: /en-ca-on for the Ontario site and /en-ca for the rest of Canada. Bookmark the one you registered on, because an account opened on one site is held by a different company from the other and the two sets of terms are separate.
Since there is no app, the login is the same in a phone browser and on a computer. The app badges in the offshore footer point to BetMGM UK listings, so ignore them when you look for a way to log in on mobile.
Royal Panda Canada login problems
- Wrong site for your location. An Ontario account works only while you are in Ontario; outside the province, the offshore site is the one that serves you.
- Inactive account. Both sets of terms treat an account unused for 12 months as inactive. In Ontario you reactivate it through support. Offshore, an inactive account is charged EUR 5 a month.
- Pending documents. A withdrawal can wait on a document request.

We saw no French version of either site, and French-language support is not confirmed.
Breaks, self-exclusion and leaving
