Supabet Casino offered Canadians a dedicated section at supabet.com/ca/, with offers in dollars and an Interac logo in its footer, between December 2025 and March 2026. Its welcome bonus was 100% up to $750 plus 200 free spins. Those are the selling points. The problem sits in the same footer: the licence seal links to the Anjouan regulator's validator, and on 23 October 2026 that page stated that supabet.com is NOT licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan.
The live site refused connections from Spain, Romania and the United States in October 2026, citing legal reasons. Everything here comes from archived copies of Supabet's own Canadian promotion and help pages (December 2025), a Norwegian welcome-bonus page (March 2026) and the live validator, with dates where they matter.
Supabet casino at a glance: what could be checked
Supabet Casino is a case where the gaps matter more than the offers. This table separates the facts that have a source from the ones nobody publishes:

The live site was blocked to us, so none of this could be compared with the current lobby.
Is Supabet licensed? The validator's answer
A casino's licence seal is meant to be checked, and Supabet's can be. Clicking it leads to verification.anjouangamingboard.org, the validator of the Anjouan Gaming Board. On 23 October 2026 the result for supabet.com read: "NOT Licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan".
That leaves Supabet without any licence we could confirm. No Ontario or Alberta registration is on record, it is not licensed by any province, and the one regulator it points to does not list it as licensed. On top of that, no page we read names the company that runs the casino, gives an address or quotes a registration number. A player with a complaint would not know whom to address it to beyond the support desk.
The Spinit connection
Supabet's archived pages share their software platform, page structure, welcome offer and reload offers with Spinit, and the two sites sit on the same server range. That points to a shared operator, but neither site says so, and we do not treat it as confirmed. If you are weighing both, the licence question applies to each.
The Supabet welcome bonus
The Canadian promotions page in December 2025 advertised: Welcome Bonus 100% up to $750 + 200 FS on the first deposit. The detailed terms were not archived for Canada, so the rules below come from the Norwegian version of the same offer, captured in March 2026:
- Free spins: 200, credited 20 per day over 10 days, with spin winnings wagered x40.
- Wagering on the match: 35x, counted on deposit plus bonus.
- Time limit: 10 days.
- Excluded deposits: Neteller and Skrill do not qualify.
What 35x on deposit plus bonus means
To receive the full $750 bonus you deposit $750. Your play-through is then 35 times $1,500, which is $52,500 in bets, inside 10 days. Spin winnings add their own x40 target on top. The page shows amounts with a plain $ sign; we could not confirm from the archived pages that these are Canadian dollars. Even for slot players this is a heavy requirement in a short window, and the house edge works against you on every one of those bets.
The spins add a timing twist. They arrive 20 a day over 10 days, and the wagering window is also 10 days long. If both clocks start with the first deposit, the last batch of spins lands close to the wagering deadline; the archived terms do not say whether they do. Ask support before depositing, because the answer decides how much of the package you can realistically use.

Deposit C$100 and take the 100% match: the bonus is C$100. At x35 on deposit plus bonus (C$200), you must place C$7,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Supabet bonus code and other promotions
No Supabet bonus code is given for the welcome offer in the archived pages, and none appears for the other promotions. The December 2025 Canadian promotions page listed:

The terms for these were not archived, so their wagering and eligibility rules are unknown. A Canadian promotion list from late 2025 may also have changed since.
Games and providers
Supabet publishes no game count in the pages we could read. An archive index of its Canadian provider pages from June 2026 shows Red Tiger, Caleta and Pateplay, which proves those studios were present but says nothing about how large the lobby is. Without a total, category split or list of featured titles, the games score stays low. That is a reflection of missing information, not a judgement that the lobby is small.

Deposits and withdrawals
The evidence here is thin. The footer of the Canadian section showed logos for Visa, Mastercard and Interac. A logo shows a method is offered for deposits; it does not show whether you can withdraw by it, how long that takes, what the limits are or whether fees apply. None of those details was in the archived pages.
The welcome terms tell us one more thing: Neteller and Skrill are payment methods on the platform, since they are named as excluded from the bonus. We could not find whether Canadian accounts run in CAD. Before depositing anywhere with this little published, ask support in writing and keep the answers:
- Which methods can I withdraw to, and is Interac one of them?
- What are the minimum and maximum withdrawals per day, week and month?
- How long is a withdrawal pending, and how long does each method take after that?
- Are there fees on deposits, withdrawals or currency conversion?
- Which documents do you need, and when?
- Which company holds my money, and under which licence?
A casino that cannot answer the last question in writing has answered the others too.
Supabet app and mobile play
We found no Supabet app on the App Store or Google Play in the casino's pages; none could be confirmed. The site runs in a browser; how it behaves on a phone could not be checked. As with any casino without a store listing, do not install a file offered as a Supabet app from a third-party site.
Support and French
Support is the best-documented part of Supabet. The Canadian help centre, archived in December 2025, promised live chat with "Customer support ready to help you 24/7" and gave the address [email protected]. No phone number is on record.
French is one of 13 languages on the site, alongside English, German, Finnish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Czech and Greek. The pages do not say whether chat agents answer in French.
Supabet registration and Supabet casino login
For Supabet registration, the Canadian help centre said the site only accepts customers over 18. Provincial gambling ages are higher in most of Canada: 19, except 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Check the licence seal yourself before creating an account; the validator result is the first thing to read.
- Register with accurate details, since the casino may ask for documents before paying out.
- Do not use Neteller or Skrill for a first deposit if you want the welcome bonus.
- Keep a copy of the bonus terms on the day you deposit.
A Supabet casino login or Supabet Canada login can fail because of location: the site refused connections from Spain, Romania and the United States in October 2026. If it fails from inside Canada, the 24/7 chat is the route the help centre gives.
Supabet casino Canada: where it stands by province
Supabet casino Canada pages existed, but no Canadian terms were archived, so which provinces are accepted is unknown. A /ca/ section with dollar offers shows that Canada was a target market between December 2025 and March 2026. It does not show that every province was accepted, or that the section still exists today.
- Ontario: no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario agreement on record. Ontario's regulated market requires both.
- Alberta: no AGLC registration or Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement on record; that market opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec and the rest of Canada: the Canadian section of the offshore site, with no confirmed licence.

Who should consider Supabet
On the evidence, very few players. The welcome offer and the cashback carry large headline figures, but large figures from an operator with no named company and a failed licence check are a weak foundation. If you still choose to play, keep deposits small and withdraw winnings promptly.
Limits and self-exclusion
No responsible-gambling tools are described in the Supabet pages we read: no deposit limit, loss limit, time-out or self-exclusion page. Ask support which limits it can set before you deposit, not after. It also helps to know what provincial tools cannot do here. Ontario's and Alberta's self-exclusion programs cover only the sites regulated in those provinces, and a provincial casino's exclusion covers that provincial site.
