Vicibet casino is an offshore site with a Canada section, Canadian-dollar offers and a welcome package advertised at 325% up to $4,500 with 300 free spins and one Bonus Crab. Behind that headline sits the biggest question this review has to answer: who runs it, and under what licence. Vicibet shows its legal and licence text only to verified users, and the Anjouan seal linked from its footer now returns a status of INVALID.
We could not reach the live site from any of our connections, so this review relies on archived copies of Vicibet's own pages: its rules, version 1.7 dated 4 August 2025, and its Canada pages captured between March and April 2026. Everything below is quoted from those, with the capture date where it matters. Where the record is blank, such as payment methods or wagering, we say so instead of guessing.
Vicibet casino welcome package
The Canada promotions page, captured in April 2026, advertised the casino welcome package as "325% up to $4,500 + 300 FS + 1 Bonus Crab". The page shows a plain $ sign; the euro version of the same offer reads 325% up to EUR 3,000 with 300 free spins. Sports bettors were offered a first-deposit alternative of 100% up to $150 instead.
The split across deposits, the wagering multiple, the minimum deposit and the maximum bet were on a separate welcome-package page that was never archived, so none of them can be confirmed. The general rules do add two limits:
- casino bonus wagering has to be completed within 10 days of receiving the bonus;
- jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus money, and live, table and card games count only 10%.
Our Vicibet bonus guide goes through the reloads, cashback and free-spin offers in detail.

Vicibet games and studios
Vicibet publishes no game count. The archived provider pages from 2026 list 23 studios:
- Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Nolimit City and Yggdrasil
- Spinomenal, Stakelogic, Mascot, Onlyplay, Pateplay and Playpearls
- Kajot, Shady Lady, Woohoo, Iconic21 and Candlebets
- Claw, Kiron, Mega, OnAir, Ortiz, Tequity and Vibra (Aleaplay)
Vicibet casino slots and bonus play
The Canada homepage carried a "Top Games in Canada" strip, but the titles in it were not captured, so we cannot name featured Vicibet casino slots. What the rules do show is how games count towards a bonus: keno, scratch cards and slots at full weight, the Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly game shows at half, and live, table, card, video poker and Plinko games at a tenth. Excluded and prohibited game lists apply on top. No testing laboratory or payout percentage is named, and every game keeps its house edge.
Providers: Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Nolimit City, Yggdrasil, Spinomenal, Stakelogic, Mascot, Onlyplay, Pateplay, Playpearls, Kajot, Iconic21, Candlebets, Claw, Kiron, Mega, OnAir, Ortiz, Shady Lady, Tequity, Vibra (Aleaplay), Woohoo source checked 13 Jun 2026
Vicibet withdrawal time and limits
Vicibet processes withdrawals within 3 business days after the request, or after the last paid withdrawal if one is still in progress. The finance team works from 6 AM to 5 PM. The rules do not say which time zone that is, and no time per payment method is given.
Limits depend on your VIP level, in CAD:
| VIP level | Per transaction | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 750 | 750 | 10,500 |
| Level 2 | 1,500 | 3,000 | 37,500 |
| Level 3 | 1,500 | 4,400 | 44,000 |
| Level 4 | 2,250 | 6,000 | 75,000 |
| Level 5 | 2,550 | 7,300 | 110,000 |
A new player starts at Level 1, where both a single withdrawal and a day's total stop at CAD 750. A larger win therefore has to be withdrawn over several days.
Payment methods and verification
No archived page lists deposit or withdrawal methods; they appear only in the logged-in cashier. Interac is therefore unconfirmed, as are cards, e-wallets and crypto. Before a payout Vicibet can ask for certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership of your payment method and statements for it, with further checks at its discretion.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Vicibet app and mobile play
The archived Canada pages show a browser site and nothing more. No listing in either app store could be confirmed, so a Vicibet app for iPhone or Android cannot be confirmed. Play on a phone means using the mobile browser.
Given the doubts over the licence, be especially careful with any Vicibet download offered as a file or through an unofficial store. The archived pages point to none.
Who runs Vicibet? Licence and safety
This is where Vicibet falls down. The facts on record:
- Operator: not published. The legal and licence text sits behind a "Licenses" button that is shown only to verified users, so a visitor cannot see the company name, address or registration before signing up.
- Licence seal: the footer carried an Anjouan seal. Checked on 23 October 2026, the validator returns "Operating status: INVALID - NOT Licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan". The seal's script host no longer resolves. A control check of another brand's Anjouan seal on the same day returned VALID, so the result is not a fault of the validator.
- Licence number: none published.
- Testing lab: none named.
- Regulator actions: none found.
A company name sometimes quoted for Vicibet on other websites could not be confirmed from any of Vicibet's own pages, so we do not repeat it. The site does look built on the same platform as Casino Infinity, with identical promotion names and terms structure, but Vicibet does not say so and the link is our inference only.
Is Vicibet still open?
We could not confirm it either way. The site responds, yet it reset or refused every connection we tried, from Spain, Romania and the United States. Archived copies show a working Canada section through April 2026, and the Romanian block message points to geo-blocking rather than a closure.
Vicibet is not licensed by any Canadian province. With an invalid seal and no named operator, a player has no clear authority to complain to if a withdrawal goes wrong.
Support and French
Vicibet offers live chat and email at [email protected]. Opening hours and a phone line are not published.
French is one of twelve languages in the site menu, alongside English, Italian, Finnish, Polish, Norwegian, German, Hungarian, Czech, Greek, Spanish and Portuguese. Whether agents reply in French is not stated, so treat it as uncertain until support confirms it.
Vicibet login and sign-up
- Make sure Vicibet loads from your location. A Romanian connection received the message "The Vicibet is not available for your country for legal reasons", a sign that access is blocked by location rather than that the site has closed.
- Register with your real details. The rules require you to be at least 18 and of legal age under the law that applies to you: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Verify straight away. The "Licenses" information is visible only to verified users, so read it as soon as it appears and before any large deposit.
- Keep certified ID, proof of residence and payment-method statements ready.
For a failed Vicibet login, live chat and email are the only routes on record. Do not leave a balance behind if you stop playing: after 180 days without a login the rules charge EUR 5 per month as an inactive-account fee.
Responsible gambling at Vicibet
On Vicibet's responsible-gaming page, self-exclusion is arranged through support, and the account is closed within 24 hours of the request. A break or exclusion can also be requested. No deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders or self-assessment tools are mentioned in the archived page.
A provincial self-exclusion scheme applies only to the regulated sites of that province; Vicibet is outside all of them. Request any limit from support in writing before depositing. Provincial help lines are gathered on our responsible gambling page.
Vicibet Canada: where you can play
Vicibet Canada is a /ca/ section of one offshore site, with CAD offers and a "Top Games in Canada" strip. Canada is not on the list of excluded jurisdictions in the rules (clause 2.3, version 1.7), and no province is singled out.
- Ontario: not excluded by the rules, but Vicibet has no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario agreement.
- Alberta: open under the rules, yet outside the province's regulated market, which AGLC and the Alberta iGaming Corporation have run since 13 July 2026.
- Quebec: open under the rules, with French in the language menu.
- Rest of Canada: open under the rules; every province also has a site of its own, run by the province.
Not being excluded by the casino's rules is not the same as being licensed to serve you. Our guide to playing in Canada explains the difference.
Who Vicibet suits
On today's record, players at Vicibet Casino Canada get a broad studio list, live chat and big promotion headlines, against a hidden operator, an invalid licence seal, no published payment methods and low withdrawal caps at the start. That balance does not favour signing up. If you read Vicibet reviews that describe it as licensed, check the date: the seal's INVALID status was recorded on 23 October 2026.
A player who decides to try it anyway should deposit a small amount, verify first, read the hidden licence information once it is visible, and withdraw winnings early. Our review method explains the 2.8 score, and our casino reviews list casinos with a clearer licence record.
