The site footer says BetMGM is authorized to conduct internet gaming on the Wheel of Fortune platform in Ontario under its registration as an Internet Gaming Operator with the AGCO, which means it also holds an iGaming Ontario operating agreement.

We found no regulatory action under the Wheel of Fortune name. The operator, BetMGM Canada Inc., has two on the public record. In May 2022 the AGCO issued notices of monetary penalty totalling C$48,000 over advertising and inducement standards. On 26 March 2025 it ordered a C$110,000 penalty because marketing affiliates had offered cash to people who opened new accounts in 2024. Both concerned marketing, not payouts or game fairness.
