The Wildz casino login for Canadian players is on one site only: www.wildz.com/ca/, run by Granturo Malta Ltd under a Malta Gaming Authority licence. The Ontario-regulated Wildz site switched off its logins on 15 October 2025, so older Ontario accounts no longer open.
This page walks through registering, verifying your identity, logging in on a phone, fixing a refused login, and closing or pausing the account. Everything comes from Wildz's Canadian terms (version 1.6, 14 October 2026), its responsible-gaming page and its Ontario exit notice, checked on 23 October 2026.
Wildz casino login in Canada: one site, one account
Wildz no longer splits Canada into lanes. The offshore Canadian site serves Alberta, Quebec and the other provinces in Canadian dollars, and a French-Canadian locale sits at wildz.com/fr-ca/. The terms and cashier for both are the Canadian ones, in Canadian dollars and with the 19+ rule.
Ontario is the exception. Wildz closed its regulated Ontario site in stages in 2025, ending with access and logins disabled on 15 October 2025. Its Canadian terms do not list Ontario as restricted, and we did not confirm how the offshore site treats visitors located in Ontario, so Ontarians should not assume they can simply sign up there instead.
Albertans, Manitobans and Quebecers should note the age rule. Provincial law in those three provinces sets 18 as the gambling age, but Wildz's own terms require every player to be 19, so an 18-year-old there cannot hold a Wildz account even though the province would allow it elsewhere.

Registering an account
- Open www.wildz.com/ca/ and choose to sign up.
- Enter your personal details. By registering you declare you are 19 or older, or older still if your local law requires it (terms 4.2).
- Make a first deposit of C$10 or more by Interac e-Transfer, MiFinity, card or Apple Pay.
- After that deposit, choose between the casino and sports welcome bonus.
- Set a deposit limit straight away from the responsible-gaming tools.
Wildz's registration form also shows fields used for the German market, a sign of the shared platform behind the brand. Fill in only what applies to you as a Canadian player.
Verification before your first withdrawal
Wildz only pays withdrawals to verified accounts. Under terms 5.8 it may ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof that you own the payment method you used. Terms 5.22 add a further check once a single transaction or your total deposits pass C$2,000.
The terms also say withdrawal requests are approved or denied within three days, and Wildz's payments page says most are processed within 24 hours. A document request on top of that can add time, so upload what Wildz asks for soon after registering instead of waiting for the first withdrawal.
One more rule shapes that first cash-out: terms 8.18 require each deposit to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn, and the minimum withdrawal is C$20.
Wildz casino mobile login
There is no Wildz app on the site or in the app stores, so the Wildz casino mobile login happens in your phone's browser at the same address. Your username, password and balance are identical to the desktop version. On an iPhone, Apple Pay is listed for both deposits and withdrawals, which saves typing card details on a small screen.
When the Wildz login does not work
- Old Ontario account: Ontario logins were switched off on 15 October 2025. Withdrawal support for those accounts ran until 15 April 2026, and the exit notice says unclaimed balances may then go to iGaming Ontario.
- Long absence: after six months without a Wildz login, an inactivity fee of C$10 or 10% of the real-money balance, whichever is greater, is charged each month (terms 5.12). The account still exists, but the balance shrinks.
- Self-exclusion or time-out: these tools are meant to block access for the period you chose.
- Anything else: contact support through live chat or [email protected], both available 24/7. Wildz says Canadian support is in English. No phone number is listed.
Pausing or closing your Wildz account
Wildz lists these tools on its responsible-gaming page:
- Deposit limits for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- A net loss limit.
- Time-outs of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- A reality check reminder, set to 60 minutes by default.
- Self-exclusion for a set period or indefinitely.
- Account closure.
If you are leaving for good, withdraw your balance before closing so the inactivity fee cannot reach it. If you are leaving because gambling has become hard to control, self-exclusion is the firmer option. Our responsible gambling page lists support across Canada, and the full Wildz review covers the bonus and payouts.
