The Bally Bet casino login for Canada is at play.ballybet.ca, and the first screen asks you to choose ALBERTA or ONTARIO. That choice decides which regulator covers your play, which terms apply and which promotions you see. Bally's Canada Inc. runs both versions, under AGCO and iGaming Ontario registration in Ontario and AGLC and Alberta iGaming Corporation registration in Alberta.
This guide walks through signing up, verification, mobile access, what to check when the login fails, and how to take a break. It draws on the Canadian terms, the shared help centre and the responsible gaming page, all read on 23 October 2026.
Pick the right province before you log in
Bally Bet has only one Canadian address, so getting the province right is the main step:
- Ontario: choose ONTARIO on play.ballybet.ca. Support email [email protected].
- Alberta: choose ALBERTA on the same site. Support email [email protected].
- Anywhere else in Canada: there is no option. The picker offers only the two provinces.
Do not confuse play.ballybet.ca with ballybet.com. The .com address is a US sportsbook with a picker of US states, not the Canadian casino.

Bally Bet sign up, step by step
The Bally Bet sign up follows the province terms you choose. On the facts the site publishes, the steps are:
- Choose Alberta or Ontario on play.ballybet.ca.
- Confirm you are 19 or older. Both sets of terms set 19, even though Alberta's legal age is 18.
- Register with your real details, because age, identity and address are all checked.
- Pass the age, identity and address check, which runs through a risk-management provider.
- Make a first deposit by Visa, Mastercard or Interac e-Transfer, from C$10. Pre-paid cards are not accepted.
Bally Bet sign up offers and registration codes
There is no Bally Bet registration code on the Canadian site. In Alberta the one sign-up offer is the Up to $500 Reload Bonus, which needs a C$10 first deposit wagered on slots within 28 days. That is the full Bally Bet casino sign up bonus for Alberta; Ontario shows no welcome offer on its public page. What is known and unknown about those Bally Bet sign up offers is set out on our Bally Bet bonus page.
Bally Bet verification
The terms describe verification in three layers:
- Automatic check: a risk-management provider confirms your age, identity and address.
- Documents, if needed: when that check is not enough, the casino asks for documents. Send them to [email protected] in Ontario or [email protected] in Alberta, using the address for the province you registered in.
- Anti-money-laundering checks: these can happen at any time while the account is open.
Large withdrawals bring one more step. A request of C$10,000 or more may be delayed until the next banking day while extra information is collected. Withdrawals otherwise go by card, Interac e-Transfer or EFT, with a C$10 minimum and a C$10,000 maximum per transaction.
Logging in on mobile
The pages we read confirm the casino runs in a browser at play.ballybet.ca, and they link to no casino app in the App Store or Google Play. On a phone, open the same address, choose your province and sign in with the details you registered with. If you come across an app claiming to be Bally Bet's Canadian casino, check that the listed publisher is Bally's Canada before entering a password.
When the login fails
The help centre does not publish a password-reset article in the material we read, so here is what the terms and support pages do support:
- Wrong province selected: each province has its own terms and support address, so make sure the picker shows the province you registered in.
- Wrong site: make sure you are on play.ballybet.ca, not the US ballybet.com.
- Outside the province: each version is for play from inside that province.
- Verification pending: if documents were requested, the account may be waiting on them; check the verification inbox for your province.
- Cool-off or self-exclusion: an active break blocks play until it ends.
For anything else, Bally Bet's live chat and email are open 24/7. No phone number is published, and support is in English.
Taking a break or stepping away
The responsible gaming page offers deposit limits by day, week or month, loss limits, session limits, an account cool-off of up to 3 months, and self-exclusion. These are set from the account, so you can apply them right after logging in, before any deposit.
A self-exclusion with Bally Bet covers this site. A province-wide self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, and it does not reach casinos registered elsewhere or offshore. Our responsible gambling page has support numbers for Alberta, Ontario and the rest of the country, and more on the provincial rules is in our guide to playing in Canada.
