There is no Action Casino app: Casino Action runs only in the browser, on desktop and phone. It is a Casino Rewards brand online since 2002, run by Fresh Horizons Limited under a Kahnawake licence, and it serves Canadians from one offshore site in English and French.
The headline is a five-deposit welcome package worth up to C$1,250; the catch is x200 wagering on its first two parts. Our Casino Action Canada reviews cover three pages, this one plus a bonus and a login guide, and all three quote the casino's own terms, FAQ and bonus page as of 23 October 2026. Those pages print amounts with a plain $ sign, while the site's winners feed shows CA$; we write C$ throughout, so confirm the currency your account shows.
The five-step welcome bonus and what it costs to clear
The offer is spread across your first five deposits, no bonus code is stated, and it starts with a first deposit of at least C$10:
- 1st deposit: 100% up to C$150
- 2nd deposit: 50% up to C$200
- 3rd deposit: 25% up to C$500
- 4th deposit: 50% up to C$250
- 5th deposit: 100% up to C$150
The terms set 200 times play-through on the first and second deposit bonuses and 30 times from the third onward, counted on the bonus amount. The terms' own example: a C$100 bonus needs roughly C$20,000 in wagers. Here is the full package, deposit by deposit, assuming you take each bonus at its cap:

Wagers from cash and bonus both count, but the first two rows hold most of the burden: C$350 of bonus money accounts for C$70,000 of the play-through. The later three tiers are far gentler per dollar.
Rules that apply to every tier
- Slots count 100%. Table games, parlour games, live casino and all other games count 2%; All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing, and double-up rounds are ignored.
- A single bet of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through is met is treated as irregular play and can void winnings.
- Withdrawing deposited money before play-through is complete cancels the bonus.
- Claim with a first deposit within 7 days of registering; unused promotional bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration.

Casino Action slots, jackpots and live games
The casino promises "over 1000 games" and does not split that number into slots, table and live titles. The only software name Casino Rewards gives for the brand is Apricot, and no other studios are listed, so we will not guess at the rest.
Casino Action slots are not listed title by title on the pages we read. Sister Casino Rewards brands' pages show progressive jackpots from the Mega Moolah family, flagged as unavailable in some regions, and a live dealer area with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows. Since those listings come from sister brands' pages, the exact titles in Casino Action's own lobby may differ.
Two return figures are published, and they do not quite agree:
- The bonus page claims a "97% average payout rate".
- The eCOGRA payout report for Casino Rewards, covering 1 July to 30 September 2026, shows 96.11% across all games, with 96.05% on slots, 97.83% on table games, 97.54% on poker games and 93.06% on other games.
The audited report is the one to trust, and it is a group figure, not Casino Action alone. A payout percentage describes millions of rounds; it says nothing about what one evening will return. The group also promotes a Highest Win Rate Guarantee, promising the best-RTP version of each game its suppliers provide.

Deposits, the C$1 question and withdrawals
For deposits, the FAQ confirms Interac, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc., and Visa or Mastercard. The full list only appears in the lobby, and no cryptocurrency is offered. There is no Casino Action $1 deposit offer in the casino's own pages: the bonus page states a first deposit "of minimum $10", and no lower amount appears anywhere in the terms.
Withdrawals use a separate list of methods the FAQ describes as available to Canada:
- Skrill: from C$50, 1 to 3 working days, no fee.
- CAD EFT or eCheck: from C$50, 2 to 3 working days, no fee.
- Visa or Mastercard: from C$50, 3 working days after processing, no fee; Visa withdrawals go through OCT and are for Visa holders only.
- Direct bank transfer or wire: from C$300, 6 to 10 working days, with a fee of US$50, or US$100 above 3,000 units, plus 2.5% on currency conversion.
Interac is not on that list, so plan to cash out a different way from the one you paid in with.
Pending time, the weekly cap and ID
A withdrawal sits in pending for 48 hours, during which you can reverse it, then goes for processing the following business day. Daily limits per method can spread a payout across successive weekdays. Players whose winnings across Casino Rewards casinos are "substantially greater than their total purchases" are paid at most C$4,000 a week.
Verification needs government ID, proof that the payment method is yours and proof of address dated within three months. Notarised copies can be requested, and the first withdrawal to a new method may add 5 to 7 working days of checks.

Is there an Action Casino app? Casino Action online on mobile
No. No Casino Action casino app turned up in the Canadian App Store, and the group's Google Play developer page has none for this brand either. Casino Action online is a browser product: open the site on your phone, sign in and play.
For players that means:
- no download and no store updates;
- any file presented as an Action casino play download did not come from a store listing the casino points to.
If an installed app matters to you, Casino Action is not the right choice as of October 2026.
Licence, owner and safety record
Casino Action is operated by Fresh Horizons Limited, Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands, VG 1110. Its licence comes from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under number 00972, and Fresh Horizons appears on the commission's permit-holders list. The certificate page linked from the footer is dated 17 June 2014. The registration number of the company is not published.
Independent testing comes from eCOGRA, whose "Safe & Fair" seal for the brand runs from 9 December 2025 to 8 December 2026.
What the record shows
We found no action against Fresh Horizons on the Kahnawake site. The wider group does have a public penalty: on 10 August 2023 the AGCO fined Apollo Entertainment Ltd, the company behind Casino Rewards' Ontario sites, C$100,000 over responsible-gambling failures. That company does not run Casino Action, but it belongs to the same group.
Three clauses deserve a careful read:
- Dormant accounts can lose their balance within up to 60 days of inactivity; bonus funds are forfeited and cash can be returned on request.
- The terms allow player data to be used for AI training and machine-learning models, with consent sought where the law requires it.
- The C$4,000 weekly cap is triggered by winnings measured across the whole group, not just this casino.
Support and French service
Live chat runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Email goes to [email protected], with replies promised within 48 hours, and deposit problems can be sent to [email protected]. There is no phone number.
The site has a French version under Français in the language menu, alongside English and an Austrian German version. The casino mentions a "multilingual support team" but does not say agents answer in French, so a French chat is possible but not promised.
Signing up and logging in
You register on the offshore site, and you must be older than 19 or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. That puts the minimum at 19 in every province, including Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, where the legal age is 18. Use your real details, because the ID check before your first withdrawal compares them with your documents. The first deposit must come within 7 days if you want the welcome bonus. The offshore site lists these tools:
- daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, set through support;
- a cooling-off period from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
- self-exclusion for 6 months;
- a self-assessment test;
