The Boho casino withdrawal time, in the casino's own words, is 48 hours: "From our side, our payment department processes all withdrawals within 48 hours". The money can then take up to 5 business days to reach you, depending on the method, and you need a verified phone number before you can request it at all.
BOHO Casino is run by Metlait SRL of Costa Rica under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000064. The licence checked out: the regulator's validator, opened from the footer seal on 28 October 2026, names Metlait SRL and both bohocasino.com and its mirror bohocasino5.com. The site showed us amounts in euros and has no Canadian locale, so this Boho casino review uses CAD wherever the terms print it and otherwise quotes the euro figures.
The BOHO welcome bonus: three coded deposits at x40
The bonus terms, last updated 24 June 2025, set out three steps, each with its own code:
- 1st deposit: 100% up to 777 € + 100 FS on Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, code BOHO. The spins come as 50 at once and 50 the next day.
- 2nd deposit: 75% up to 1.000 € + 75 FS on Lady Wolf Moon, code BH75.
- 3rd deposit: 50% up to 500 € + 50 FS on Fruit Million, code BH50.
A first deposit above 777 € switches automatically to the High Roller Bonus: 125% up to 5.000 € + 100 FS, from a 250 € minimum. With that option the homepage banner reads "UP TO 6.500 € + 225 FREE SPINS"; without it, the three steps add up to 2.277 €. The terms contradict themselves on spin counts: the headline says 75 and 50 spins for the second and third deposits, while the body text says 77 and 55. The terms do not say which count applies.
The wagering in euros and Canadian dollars
Wagering is "(deposit bonus + winnings from free spins) × 40". Your deposit is not part of the target. The terms convert at 1 EUR = CAD 1.5, which we use for the right-hand column:
| First deposit | Bonus | Wagering at x40 | At the terms' CAD rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 € | 20 € | 800 € | C$1,200 |
| 100 € | 100 € | 4.000 € | C$6,000 |
| 777 € | 777 € | 31.080 € | C$46,620 |
| 4.000 € (High Roller) | 5.000 € | 200.000 € | C$300,000 |
The bonus is valid for 5 days, free spins must be activated within a day, and the maximum bet while wagering is 5 € (the general terms give CAD 7.5). At that stake, the 100 € row alone means at least 800 spins in five days.
Weighting and caps
- Slots count 100%, except classic slots, which count 5% along with table games and video poker. Live games count 10% and instant games nothing.
- Cashouts from bonus money are capped at 10 times the bonus, and winnings from any deposit bonus, cashback or loyalty reward at 10.000 €.
- Players whose withdrawals exceed 70% of their deposits, or who use bonuses heavily, can be refused further bonuses.

Weekly offers, loyalty levels and VIP cashback
Beyond the welcome steps, the bonus terms list a steady run of coded offers, most at x40:
- Crypto Bonus: 10% from USDT 20 or 25% from USDT 250, code CRYPT, once a day.
- Monday Bonus: 30 or 100 free spins, code MONDY.
- Wednesday Bonus: 25 or 100 free spins, code SPINS.
- VIP Midweek Boost: 75% up to 1.000 €, code RICH, x30.
- VIP Ultimate Weekend: 50% up to 2.000 € + 50 FS, code WKEND, x30.
The loyalty programme has 25 levels, earning 1 point per 10 € bet on slots and per 100 € on live games, with level rewards of up to 300 free spins. Above it sits a VIP Club with five tiers: Nomad, Velvet, Mystic, Oracle and Sovereign. A single deposit of 1,000 EUR fast-tracks a player straight to Velvet. VIP tiers from Velvet up get daily cashback of 5%, 7%, 10% or 13% with 1x wagering, capped at 10.000 € withdrawn. Tournaments, such as one on Book of Billionaire with a total prize pool of 1.500.000 €, and a lottery complete the list.

Boho casino slots and the wider lobby
The size of the lobby is BOHO's strongest card. The site's public games feed, read on 28 October 2026, counted:
| Category | Games |
|---|---|
| All games | 12,265 |
| Slots | 10,469 |
| Bonus buy | 4,382 |
| Jackpot | 3,270 |
| Live | 666 |
| Table | 469 |
Categories overlap, so the rows do not add up to the total. The games come from 107 studios, including BGaming, Playson, Evolution, Netent, Red Tiger Gaming, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, Novomatic, Endorphina, Spribe and Kalamba. Pragmatic Play is not on the provider list. The bonus terms name Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, Bonanza Billion, Lady Wolf Moon, Fruit Million, Crazy Time and Book of Billionaire.
On fairness, the FAQ says the software is "certified by Itech Labs" and that payouts "are between 95 - 98%", but no certificate or audited report is linked, so neither claim can be checked. Every game keeps a house edge regardless.
Providers: BGaming, Formula Spin, 1spin4win, Gamzix, Playson, Belatra, 3 Oaks, Betsoft, 7RingsGaming, NetGame, Evolution, 100HP Gaming, Clawbuster, Mascot, Endorphina, Gamebeat, PG Soft, Onlyplay, Novomatic, VoltEnt, Platipus, Booming Games, Netent, Amatic, Champion, InOut, Fugaso, Evoplay Entertainment, Zillion, Yggdrasil, KA Gaming, TaDa Gaming, Popiplay, Spinomenal, ICONIC21, Tom Horn, 1x2 Gaming… source

Deposits: cards, e-wallets and eleven cryptocurrencies
BOHO does not publish a payment page. The FAQ and terms together describe these deposit routes:
- Visa and Mastercard, from 20 € or the equivalent (no corporate cards);
- e-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz and MiFinity, "depending on your region";
- bank transfer;
- vouchers, for deposits only;
- crypto: BTC, BCH, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT, XRP, BNB, ADA, TRX and USDC, with no upper deposit limit.
Interac is not mentioned on any page we could read. Accounts can run in CAD. If Interac is your usual route, confirm it in the cashier before you deposit.
Boho casino withdrawal time, limits and fees
Terms clause 11.12 sets two stages: BOHO's payment department handles withdrawals within 48 hours, and the transfer then takes up to 5 business days depending on the method. Bank transfers are "processed within three (3) banking days". Before any of this starts, clause 11.11 requires a verified phone number on the account.
Withdrawals go to cards (Visa via OCT, Mastercard via Payment Transfer), e-wallets, bank transfer in CAD or crypto. The minimum is CAD 75; for crypto the minimums are set in coins, for example BTC 0.0007, ETH 0.0252 or USDT 58.7358.
Caps and charges
- Maximums: $7,500 CAD a day, $15,000 a week and $30,000 a month. Higher VIP levels may get exceptions, and progressive jackpots are paid in full.
- Deposit turnover: each deposit must be wagered 3 times before withdrawal, or 10 times on table and live games, or a processing fee may apply (clause 9.7).
- Bank charges: intermediary banks can take up to CAD 24 on a transfer.
- Dormancy: 20 € a month after 12 months of inactivity (clause 12.1).
Mobile play in the browser
No BOHO app appears in the Canadian App Store, and we found no Android app. The FAQ's answer is the browser: "our games are mobile-friendly. Just open bohocasino.com". The address forwards to the bohocasino5.com mirror, which is also named on the licence, so the domain change in your address bar is expected.
Is BOHO Casino legit? Licence, owner and sister sites
The operator is Metlait SRL, registration number 3-102-911867, with an address in El Guarco, Cartago, Costa Rica. Its Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000064 was confirmed as VALID on the regulator's validator on 28 October 2026, for both bohocasino.com and bohocasino5.com. Tobique is not a provincial regulator, so this is still an offshore licence: no Canadian province licenses BOHO.
The brand's history adds context. The earliest archived copy of bohocasino.com dates from 28 November 2021, and an archived copy of the terms from 19 March 2025 names Hollycorn N.V. with a Curaçao licence, OGL/2023/176/0095. The current terms, naming Metlait and Tobique, are dated as effective from 12 June 2025. We found no public regulator actions. Disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica and must be raised within one year (clauses 13 and 17).
A verified licence and a fully named operator lift BOHO to 5 for licence and safety. A provincial licence would score higher; our review method explains the scale.
Sister casinos
Metlait SRL uses the same company details and terms template at Casino Rocket, Spinrise and Richard Casino. Shared ownership says nothing about their offers, so read each one's terms separately.
Support and French
Live chat runs 24/7, and email goes to [email protected]. A phone line exists only for VIPs, through a dedicated VIP manager from the Velvet tier. A French version of the site runs at /fr, next to English, German, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish and Portuguese; the pages do not say whether support answers in French.
Signing up, verification and logging in
The terms require you to be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
Verification can involve:
- a photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method;
- a video call if your documents are not in Latin or Cyrillic script;
- phone verification, which is required anyway before a withdrawal;
- ID before you can play with BTC.
Two deadlines matter. If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks the account can be locked, and winnings may be confiscated if checks are not completed within 40 days of the request. If you cannot log in, live chat and the support email are the routes the site lists.
Responsible-gambling tools
The responsible-gaming page, updated 19 March 2026, offers daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and wager limits; cooling-off for one week, one month, three months or six months; and self-exclusion for 6 months, 9 months, a year or indefinitely.
A loyalty ladder with 25 levels and coded offers twice a week can encourage longer sessions, so set a deposit limit before the first deposit. Provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, not an offshore casino like BOHO. Help lines for every province are on our responsible gambling page.
Where Canadians can play BOHO, and who it suits
The restricted-countries list in terms clause 2.4 does not name Canada or any province. That is BOHO's own policy, and it is not the same as provincial approval:
- Ontario: no Ontario site. The regulated market needs AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario agreement, and BOHO has neither; see our Ontario page for the regulated options.
- Alberta: the terms do not restrict Alberta, but BOHO has no AGLC registration or Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) agreement for the regulated market that opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec and other provinces: the offshore site under Tobique licence 0000064, with a French version for Quebec.
Provinces also offer their own government-run casino sites; our guide to playing in Canada sets out the choices.
BOHO fits a slot fan outside Ontario who wants variety above everything, banks in crypto or by card, and plays at stakes where the daily cap is not a worry. It fits badly if you rely on Interac, want an app, or plan to clear the welcome bonus slowly, since five days is short. Compare it with the rest of our casino reviews before you decide.
