FireVegas casino is one brand with two working sites for Canadians. Ontario players get a version run by TWHG Inc., registered with the AGCO and listed in the iGaming Ontario directory, which plays only in Canadian dollars. Players in the other provinces reach the international site of White Hat Gaming Limited, a Maltese company licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, whose en-ca page quoted the welcome offer in euros when we read it.
Alberta is a third story. TWHG Inc. holds an AGLC iGaming operator registration that runs to July 29, 2027, but on 28 October 2026 no FireVegas site appeared in the Alberta iGaming Corporation's list of registered sites. This review keeps the sites apart, because their operators, bonuses, limits and minimum ages differ. Figures come from each site's own pages and the regulators' registers as of October 2026.
FireVegas welcome bonus: Ontario and offshore offers side by side
Both sites spread the welcome offer over three deposits and both use 40x wagering, but the matches, spins and currency differ:

The Ontario site plays only in CAD, so its $ amounts are Canadian dollars. Counting the deposit in the wagering makes the totals large. On the Ontario site, a C$100 first deposit brings a C$150 bonus, and 40x the combined C$250 is C$10,000 in bets, at no more than C$5 a spin. On the offshore site, €100 plus a €100 bonus means €8,000 in bets. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the offshore offer.
Neither site's weighting table could be read in full. What is clear is that a long list of excluded titles and all progressive jackpot games count 0%. No promo code is listed for either package.

Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Games, studios and popular FireVegas slots
Both sites advertise "over 2,400 top-of-the-line casino titles"; the Ontario app's App Store listing says "over 3,200 games in total". Neither site publishes a split by slots, live or table games.
The offshore providers page lists about 160 studios, among them Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Microgaming, Evolution, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming, Relax, Thunderkick, IGT, Blueprint and Inspired Gaming. The Ontario site names a shorter list, including NYX, Gameburger Studios, Just for the Win, Iron Dog and Prospect Gaming alongside several of the same big names.
The featured slots also differ between the two lobbies:

Deposits, withdrawals and weekly caps
FireVegas shows its full list of payment methods only in the cashier after login, on both sites. What can be read from the open pages:
- Ontario: Interac, Visa and Mastercard logos; CAD only; withdrawals from C$20 and up to C$10,000 a week unless agreed in writing.
- Offshore: a Trustly logo in the footer we read; no Interac logo and no crypto; withdrawals from €20 and up to 5,000 USD a week.
Both sets of terms say a withdrawal stays pending for 1-2 days and then takes up to 3 working days. The Ontario FAQ gives a different picture: 48 hours pending, during which you can reverse it, then 3-5 days of processing. Plan on the longer of the two.
Other rules worth knowing before you deposit:
- Ontario: the deposit must be wagered once before any withdrawal, a single bet or spin pays at most C$250,000 outside progressive jackpots, and wins of C$100,000 or more may be paid in ten monthly instalments of 10%.
- Offshore: wins of €100,000 or more may also be split into ten monthly instalments. The terms require you to play in the currency of your country, or in euros if that currency is not offered, and breaking that rule can cost you your winnings. Whether CAD is offered to a visitor from outside Ontario could not be confirmed.

FireVegas on mobile: an Ontario app, a browser elsewhere
The only FireVegas app in the Canadian App Store is the Ontario one. "FireVegas - Online Casino" was released on 12 January 2023, reached version 1.3 on 14 May 2026, describes itself as "Fully licensed to operate in Ontario" and is rated 19+. Its seller is Fort Media Ltd, a name that does not appear in the Ontario terms. An Android app could not be confirmed.
Outside Ontario there is no app, and the offshore site runs in the phone's browser. Downloading the Ontario app does not make the Ontario site available outside the province, since its terms require players to be physically located in Ontario.
Who runs FireVegas? Licences, owners and sister brands
The two operators share a brand and a domain, but they are separate companies:
- Offshore: White Hat Gaming Limited, Maltese company C73232, 85 St John Street, Valletta. Its MGA licence MGA/B2C/370/2017 was listed as Licensed on 28 October 2026 for Type 1, 2 and 3 gaming services, with no termination date; the footer gives 01/08/2018 as the issue date "for all other customers". A UK Gambling Commission licence, 52894, covers Great Britain only.
- Ontario: TWHG Inc., a US corporation with its registered office in Dover, Delaware. The site states it is registered with the AGCO and part of Ontario's regulated market, and iGaming Ontario's directory lists it. The AGCO registration number is not published.
- Alberta: TWHG Inc. appears on the AGLC registrant list as an iGaming operator, with an expiry of July 29, 2027, but no FireVegas site is live in Alberta.
The Ontario site's network page names Toppz as a sister brand, and Dream Vegas is another White Hat Gaming brand. We found no regulator action against either operator. Ontario complaints go first to the casino and then, free of charge, to iGaming Ontario.
Support and French
Both sites offer live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and email at [email protected]. The Ontario contact page says the team aims to answer emails within 24 hours. Neither site lists a phone line.
The Ontario site switches between English and Français, and the offshore site lists Français among seven languages. Neither site confirms that support agents answer in French.
How to sign up and log in at FireVegas
The site you register on decides your operator, terms and limits, so start with your location:
- In Ontario: use the Ontario version. You must be at least 19 and physically located in Ontario, and the account runs in CAD.
- Elsewhere in Canada: the offshore site requires you to be at least 18 and above the legal gambling age where you live, which is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Verification: both operators may check your email, age and identity and ask for photo ID and proof of address; the Ontario terms name a passport or driver's licence as the ID. Withdrawals can be held or limited while checks run.
If you cannot log in, live chat is open around the clock. Idle accounts are charged on both sites after 12 months without play and a 30-day notice: €5 a month offshore, and C$5 a month in Ontario until the balance reaches zero or you log in again.
Responsible-gambling tools
Both sites list deposit limits by day, week or month, loss limits, session limits, a reality check, time-outs, self-exclusion and account closure. The Ontario site goes further:
- time-outs of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months;
- self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years, applied across the network;
- a link to BetGuard, iGaming Ontario's self-exclusion programme.
Offshore time-outs run from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Remember that BetGuard covers Ontario's regulated sites only, so it does not reach the offshore FireVegas. Our responsible-gambling page explains the options by province.
Where Canadians can play FireVegas
Here is how FireVegas maps onto Canada as of October 2026:
- Ontario: the Ontario version, TWHG Inc., AGCO registration and iGaming Ontario agreement, 19+. See our Ontario guide.
- Alberta: no regulated FireVegas site: TWHG Inc. is registered with the AGLC, but no FireVegas site is on the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) list of registered sites. The offshore terms do not exclude Alberta, so players there would reach the MGA site.
- Quebec: the offshore site, with a French version.
- Other provinces and territories: the offshore site under MGA/B2C/370/2017; Canada is not on its restricted list.

Who FireVegas suits
In Ontario, FireVegas is a fairly plain regulated option: CAD balances, an App Store app, a 150% first match and the province's complaint route. The 40x on deposit plus bonus is the price, and the C$10 cap on spin winnings keeps the spins small.
