The Casumo Canada login opens casumo.com/en-ca, run by Jocularis Ltd under Gibraltar's remote gaming licences. It is open to players in British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, the Maritimes and the rest of the country, but not Ontario, which Casumo now restricts.

What happened to the Casumo Ontario login
Casumo ran an Ontario-regulated site that was listed in iGaming Ontario's directory on 1 March 2026. It is absent from the 13 July 2026 copy and from the current list. Casumo's pages do not say what happens to accounts opened on the Ontario site, so if you had one, contact Casumo's support about any balance you still hold. Casumo sign up, step by step
- Open the Canadian site and choose to register. No registration code is required.
- Enter your details as they appear on your ID; you will need them to match later.
- Set a deposit limit as soon as the account is open. Casumo offers daily, weekly and monthly limits.
- Make a first deposit of at least $10 if you want the welcome offer. The homepage gives 7 days from registration to do it.
- Upload your documents before your first withdrawal: a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address no older than 6 months. Casumo may also ask for card copies or a list of deposits.
That last step decides how smooth the first payout is. Casumo says it reviews withdrawals within a matter of hours, but you get 7 days to complete verification, after which a pending withdrawal is reversed to your balance.
Casumo casino signup bonus
The Casumo sign up bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit up to $1,000, plus 100 Bonus Spins on Gates of Olympus delivered as 20 a day for five days. Wagering is 30x the deposit plus the bonus, to be completed within 28 days, with a $5 maximum bet. There is no Casumo registration code for it and no no-deposit part. Casumo login app and mobile login
For a Casumo login app on iPhone, the App Store lists "Casumo Casino & Sports Betting" from Casumo Services Ltd, citing the same Gibraltar licences and a 19+ rule. For Android, the site offers its own app to install directly rather than through Google Play. The Casumo casino mobile login also works in a phone browser, which the site supports.
If you cannot log in or reach support
Support hours are stated two ways. The About page says live chat and email run 24/7, while the footer lists "ET support hours" of 2:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For a locked account or a stuck withdrawal, contact them inside the footer window to be safe. We could not source a support email address or phone number, so live chat is the route to start with. The site is English only.
Before contacting support, rule out the simple causes. Make sure you are on the Canadian site rather than another country's Casumo address, since Casumo runs more than one domain. Check whether a login time block or a break you set earlier is still running; those tools are designed to keep you out until they end. And if you registered from Ontario before the restriction, your situation is one only support can answer.
