LuckyWins Casino Login: Registering, Verifying and Getting Help

Browser-only access, a strict two-week verification rule and the support routes that answer 24/7

The LuckyWins casino login lives on luckywins.com, the offshore site run by Novatrix SRL under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002. There is no app to install, so you register and sign in through a browser on a phone or a computer. Players in Ontario and New Brunswick cannot open an account, because the terms exclude both provinces.

Below: what registration asks of you, which documents verification needs, what can lock an account, how to reach support and how to take a break or leave for good. Everything here comes from the casino's terms, support and responsible-gaming pages as of October 2026.

LuckyWins login: check the site before you type a password

Three checks take less time than recovering a stolen account:

  • The address. The casino reviewed here is at luckywins.com. Its sister, BetandPlay, runs on a separate site under the same company.
  • The footer. It should name Novatrix SRL and link to the Tobique licence 0000002 seal.
  • Your province. If you live in Ontario or New Brunswick, the terms do not let you play, whatever the login page shows.

Use a password you do not use anywhere else. A casino account holds money and identity documents, which makes it worth protecting more carefully than a newsletter sign-up.

  • ID checks (KYC): Photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment; possible phone/video verification; account locked if unreachable within 2 weeks (terms 8.4, 9.3, 9.5) source
  • iOS app: No source
  • Android app: No source
  • Browser play: Yes source
  • Live chat: 24/7 support (LiveChat widget) source
  • Email: [email protected] source
  • Hours: 24/7 source
  • French: French - Canada site locale; French support not stated source
  • Responsible-gambling tools: deposit limit; loss limit; wager limit; cooling-off (1 week to 6 months); self-exclusion (6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinite) source

Opening a LuckyWins account

  1. Confirm your age. Terms 2.2 set the bar at whichever is higher, 18 or the legal age where you live. In practice that is 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
  2. Register with your real details, written as they appear on your ID, since verification will ask for that ID later.
  3. Use Canadian dollars, one of the account currencies the terms allow.
  4. Pick the language. English - Canada and French - Canada versions are both offered.
  5. Before your first deposit, decide whether you want a welcome bonus. The first step needs no code, and the options are explained in our LuckyWins bonus guide.

Verification: what LuckyWins asks for

The terms (8.4, 9.3 and 9.5) give the casino the right to ask for:

  • photo ID;
  • proof of address;
  • proof of payment, showing the card or account you deposited with belongs to you;
  • a phone or video call to confirm who you are.

The clause to remember is the deadline. If LuckyWins tries to contact you for verification and cannot reach you within two weeks, it can lock the account. Keep the email address and phone number on the account current, and answer verification requests promptly, especially while a withdrawal is waiting. LuckyWins aims to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval, and approval comes after the checks.

App or browser?

Browser only. Neither the App Store nor Google Play has a listing the casino points to, and the address meant for an app download leads to an error page. Sign in through Safari, Chrome or any other mobile or desktop browser at the official address.

Because no app exists, a download offered as the LuckyWins app comes from somebody other than the casino. Do not enter your login details into it.

Once you have checked the address, bookmark it and sign in from the bookmark each time, rather than from a search result, an advert or a link in a message. That one habit removes most of the risk of typing your password into the wrong page.

When the LuckyWins casino login fails

Work through the likely causes before assuming the worst:

  • Wrong site. Check the address and the footer again; a look-alike address is not the casino.
  • Verification lock. An account can be locked if the casino could not reach you within two weeks for checks. Contact support about it.
  • Your location. If you have moved to Ontario or New Brunswick, the terms no longer let you play there.
  • Long inactivity. After 12 months without activity, a dormancy fee of EUR 25 a month is charged (terms 12.1), so an old balance shrinks while it sits there.

Help is available around the clock in the site's chat window, and in writing at [email protected]. No phone number is published. For a lock or a disputed withdrawal, email gives you a dated record of what you sent and when.

Taking a break or closing the account

The responsible-gaming page offers deposit, loss and wager limits, a cooling-off period from 1 week to 6 months and self-exclusion for 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely. Set limits from the first login rather than after a losing run.

LuckyWins is not covered by any provincial self-exclusion programme. Alberta's or Quebec's scheme reaches only that province's regulated sites, so to stop playing here you need LuckyWins' own self-exclusion. If you simply want to leave, withdraw your balance first, because a dormant account starts paying the monthly fee after a year. More help, including provincial support lines, is on our responsible gambling page, and the full assessment is in our LuckyWins review.

Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
