Signing up before your first PartyCasino com login
Registration takes place on the site for your province. The terms set the age (19 in Ontario and on partycasino.com, 18 in Alberta) and make clear that PartyCasino can ask for proof of age and identity at any time. In practice, an account that seems locked is often waiting for documents. Have photo ID and a recent proof of address ready, and use payment methods in your own name.
Logging in on the app or in a browser
On iPhone, the "PartyCasino Slots & Jackpots" app by Entain Operations Limited serves both Ontario and Alberta. On Android, use the browser: the Google Play app called "PartyCasino Canada" is free-to-play and cannot open a real-money account. partycasino.com has no app, and none of the pages we read mentions a desktop download.
If the iPhone app will not let you play, check that location services are allowed, since the provincial sites need to confirm you are in Ontario or Alberta.
Inactive accounts and fees
An account you have not used for a long time may not be the account you left. The terms mark an account inactive after 365 consecutive days with no cash wager, tournament entry, raked hand or deposit, and allow an administrative fee the day after the grace period and every 30 days after that, at a rate set in a separate fee schedule. The help centre gives another version: a cash-out after 13 months without wagers, then a monthly fee stated as GBP 3.00 if that fails. The two pages disagree, so withdraw your balance before a long break.
A quick checklist when the login fails
- Check the address: on.partycasino.ca for Ontario, ab.partycasino.ca for Alberta, partycasino.com elsewhere.
- Check your location: the provincial sites only let you play from inside the province.
- On Android, make sure you are not in the free-to-play Google Play app.
