So is Pickwin legit? It has a named company and a stated licence, but several points weigh on the safety score of 4:

- No licence number in the terms and no register link we could follow.

- Section 14.2 caps Pickwin's liability at EUR 500 in aggregate.
The liability clause deserves a plain reading. If Pickwin made an error that cost you money, section 14.2 limits what it accepts owing to EUR 500 in total, whatever the size of the loss. Clauses like that are why balances at an offshore casino are best kept small and withdrawn often.
