Rooli is an offshore online casino run by Dama N.V. of Curacao, with an English-Canadian and a French-Canadian version of its site and Canadian dollars among its currencies. Its terms name a Curacao licence, accept players aged 18 or the legal age where they live, and list Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and Tether as cryptocurrencies.
This Rooli casino review is short, on purpose. The live site blocks our connection, so everything below comes from archived copies of Rooli's own pages: the French-Canadian terms from May 2025 and the English-Canadian homepage from February 2026. Those copies confirm the operator, the licence and several account rules. They do not show the welcome offer figures, the games, the payment table or the support channels, and we will not fill those gaps with guesses.
Rooli welcome package and promotions
The English-Canadian homepage has a "Welcome Package" menu item, but its figures were not shown in the copy we could read. We cannot quote a match percentage, a maximum, free spins, wagering, a minimum deposit or an expiry date, and you should not rely on figures quoted elsewhere without seeing them in Rooli's own bonus terms.
The same menu names these ongoing promotions:

A review is only as good as its sources. For Rooli the gap between known and unknown is wide, so here it is in one place:

We read nothing about the games at all: no count, no studios and no featured titles. The same goes for mobile. We cannot say whether a Rooli app exists for iPhone or Android, or how the site behaves in a phone browser. If either matters to you, ask the casino before you deposit.
Deposits and withdrawals at Rooli online casino
The Rooli online casino terms confirm Canadian dollars as an account currency and list six cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (written as DOG) and Tether (USDT). Card, Interac and e-wallet options are not named in the pages we could read.
The withdrawal rules the terms do spell out:
- Minimum withdrawal: 30 CAD.
- Maximum: depends on the payment method; no figure is given.
- Bank transfers: intermediary banks may charge fees (clause 11.12).
- Verification: ID, proof of the payment method and utility bills, in Latin or Cyrillic script. A verification phone call is possible, and nothing is paid out until the account is fully verified.
No pending period or processing time was published. With so little on record, a sensible approach is to deposit a small amount first and complete verification before playing with more.

Licence, owner and the Lukki connection
The terms name Dama N.V., registration number 152125, at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, as the operator. The licence printed in them is from the Curacao Gaming Control Board, number OGL/2023/174/0082. No register link was published, so we could not check its current status ourselves.
That same licence number appears in the terms of Lukki, the sister brand Dama N.V. also operates. The two casinos share one terms template, which is why their rules on verification and inactive accounts read alike. Dama N.V. runs the casino Rooli and Lukki under one company, but a shared template does not mean shared bonuses or accounts, and nothing in the terms says your Rooli account works at Lukki.

Curacao is the only licensing authority named; Rooli is not registered in any province, so provincial complaint routes and player-protection rules do not apply to it.
Support and French
Rooli offers its site in English for Canada and in French for Canada, which is useful for players in Quebec. That is as far as the record goes: no live chat, email address, phone number or hours were published in the pages we could read, and the casino does not say that support answers in French.
Before depositing, find the contact route on the live site and send a question you already know the answer to, such as the minimum withdrawal. A clear reply is a reasonable test of whether support will help when it matters.
Rooli casino login and sign-up
- Check that the site opens for you. The live site returned an error to our connections from Spain and Romania, so access depends on where you are.
- Register with your real details. The terms ask for an age of 18 or the legal age in your jurisdiction; in Canada that means 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec and 19 everywhere else.
- Keep documents in Latin or Cyrillic script ready, since those are the scripts the terms accept.
- Expect a possible phone call during verification.
We have no published guidance from Rooli on password resets or locked accounts, so a failed Rooli casino login has to go through whatever support route the live site shows. One rule is worth remembering if you stop playing: after 12 months of inactivity the terms charge a fee of 10 EUR per month (clause 12.1). Close an account you no longer use rather than leaving a balance in it.

Rooli casino Canada: where you can play
Rooli casino Canada is a single offshore site with an en-CA and a fr-CA version. Its restricted-countries clause (2.4) does not list Canada or any province, which is a statement about the casino's own rules, not about provincial law.
- Ontario: not excluded by the terms, but Rooli has no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario agreement, which Ontario's regulated market requires.
- Alberta: not excluded, though Rooli has no AGLC registration and no agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation, whose market opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec: not excluded; the fr-CA version is aimed at French speakers.
- Elsewhere: not excluded, alongside the sites the provinces operate themselves.

Questions to settle before your first deposit
Because so much of Rooli's record is blank, the checks a review would normally do for you fall to you. These are the points worth getting in writing from the live site or from support before any money goes in:
- The welcome offer in full: match percentage, maximum, free spins, wagering multiple, whether it applies to the bonus or to deposit plus bonus, and the expiry date.
- The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active, and what happens to winnings if you go over it.

On the record we have, Rooli is a casino to approach slowly. A crypto player outside the regulated provinces who already uses another Dama N.V. brand may find the rules familiar. Anyone who chooses a casino on its bonus, its game line-up, Interac or its support would be choosing blind, because none of those were confirmed.
