This BetUS casino review looks at a brand that is first a sportsbook and second a casino. BetUS has traded "Since 1994", according to its About page, and its casino runs games from Betsoft, Nucleus Gaming and an in-house studio called Classic Casino. The site you reach is www.betus.com.pa; betus.com redirects there.
For Canadians the terms set one condition that shapes everything else. Canada is on a short list of countries that may open an account but "cannot be funded using credit/debit cards. Transactions in crypto currency are preferred." So a Canadian BetUS account runs on crypto. The site's amounts are in US dollars, and we quote them as US$. The 250% casino crypto welcome bonus
BetUS's casino welcome offer is called the 250% Casino Crypto Welcome Bonus. It applies to the first deposit made in crypto, is worth up to US$5,000, and uses the code CAS250. The minimum deposit is US$50. The rollover is "40X Rollover on Casino Slots Games for Release and Cashout", counted on the bonus, and deposit bonuses expire 7 days after being credited.

Seven days is a short window for those sums. The terms also add a separate 1x rollover on deposited funds before any payout.
Which games count
- Nucleus: slots 100%; Draw Hi-Lo and Three Card Rummy 20%; American and European Blackjack 10%; Red Dog, Pontoon, Pai Gow, Super 7, Roulette and War 5%.
- Excluded: Pai Gow Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Craps across the Betsoft, Nucleus and Classic Casino ranges, as the general list puts it.
- Live dealer: cannot be played with bonus funds.

Two rules that decide what you keep
BetUS has two clauses that matter more than the headline match, because they apply when you try to cash out.
- Unused bonus removed: "Any unused casino bonuses will be removed if a payout is requested." A withdrawal in the middle of wagering ends the bonus.
- Three-times maximum release: "after payouts all casino deposit bonuses will include a three-time maximum release, until the payout amount has been covered." Read plainly, after a withdrawal any later deposit bonus can release at most three times, until your earlier payout amount has been covered; the clause does not say three times what.
The second rule is unusual and worded loosely. Ask support how it applies to your account before you take a second bonus after a withdrawal.

BetUS does not publish values or terms for the tournaments or The Wise Guy on the pages we read. Check whether the sportsbook and casino bonuses can be combined before you deposit, because the terms we read do not say.
Note that the 250% casino offer and the 200% crypto offer are both tied to a first crypto deposit. The pages we read do not explain how BetUS decides which one you receive, which is one more reason to enter the CAS250 code deliberately and confirm in chat that it was applied before you start playing.
Games: Betsoft, Nucleus and Classic Casino
BetUS does not publish a game count or a category split. The studios it names are Betsoft Gaming, Nucleus Gaming and its in-house Classic Casino range, and a live dealer section exists. No popular titles are promoted on the pages we read, so we cannot point you to specific games.
Three studios is a short list. A player who wants a deep catalogue from many developers will not find one named here. For bonus play the weightings above push you towards slots, since several table games are either excluded or count at 5 to 20%.
No testing lab, certificate or payout percentage is published. Each game keeps its house edge, and without a published return figure there is no way to compare titles before playing.

Because Canadian accounts cannot be funded by card, BetUS crypto payments are the working route. The coins listed are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and Ethereum, all for deposits and withdrawals.

The card rules in that table, a 72-hour payout hold and fees on early card deposits, apply to countries where cards are allowed; for a Canadian account they are moot. Interac is not mentioned, and neither are Canadian dollars. Amounts on the site are in US dollars. BetUS publishes no pending time and no maximum withdrawal. Verification is handled by Client Services when you withdraw, and deposited funds need a 1x rollover before a payout.
One small-print item for occasional players: if an account is dormant for more than six months with a balance under US$1, BetUS may close it and keep that balance.

Mobile: no casino app
BetUS runs in a mobile browser, and that is the only way we can confirm to play its casino on a phone. A search of the Canadian App Store finds several apps carrying the BetUS name - BetUS football, BetUS-TV and BetUS SOCCER, from a seller called Hosting Management Inc. - but they are free sports and media apps, not a betting app. No Android app is listed.
Treat any downloadable "BetUS casino app" offered elsewhere with suspicion, since the brand points to none.
Licence, owner and safety
This is the weakest part of BetUS. The footer says "As a fully licensed sportsbook" and stops there: no regulator, no licence number, no company name and no registered address appear in the terms or on the pages we read. We found no regulator action against BetUS, but with no regulator named there is also no register to check.
Two more points:
- BetUS is not registered with iGaming Ontario or the AGCO, or with AGLC or the Alberta iGaming Corporation. No province licenses it.
- The domain betus-casino.com is not the brand and is not linked from BetUS's site.
The address itself tells you little. The .com.pa ending is Panama's country domain, but a domain is not a licence, and BetUS does not say where its operating company is registered or under which law. "Since 1994" describes the brand's history, not its current licensing.
A casino that does not tell you who it is leaves you with no clear place to complain if a dispute goes wrong. Our review method scores that gap heavily, which is the main reason the licence sub-score is 0.
Questions to put to BetUS before you deposit
The gaps in BetUS's published terms are large enough that a few questions to support are worth the time. Ask in chat or by email, and keep the written answer:
- Which regulator licenses the casino, under which licence number, and which company holds it?
- How exactly does the "three-time maximum release" work on a bonus taken after a withdrawal?
- Can the casino welcome bonus be combined with the 200% crypto or sportsbook offers?
- Which withdrawal methods carry a payout fee, and how much is it?
- How long does a crypto withdrawal take after Client Services has verified you?
- Is there a maximum you can withdraw per day, week or month?
If the answers are vague, that is information too. None of them should be hard for a licensed operator to give.

Support is the brand's strongest area. Chat runs 24/7, email goes to [email protected], and there is a toll-free phone line at 1 (888) 512-3887. No French-language service is mentioned, so Quebec players should plan on English.
Registration is short on rules but has a few steps worth doing in order:
- Check your age. BetUS asks you to declare you are 18 or older, or older where local law requires; in most provinces that means 19.
- Register at www.betus.com.pa, not at a look-alike domain.
- Fund the account in crypto. The terms do not allow Canadian accounts to be funded by card.
