The problem sits in the footer. Its only licence seal links to the Anjouan regulator's validator, and on 23 October 2026 that validator said spinit.com is "NOT Licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan".

The live site could not be opened when we checked in October 2026, returning a message that it is not available for legal reasons in the regions we tried. The facts come from archived copies of the Canadian pages from January 2026 and of the welcome-bonus page from October 2025.
Is Spinit licensed? What the regulator's validator says
A licence matters because it decides who you can complain to if a payout is refused. Spinit's record on that point is weak:
