The gap is the owner. Neither the terms (in force since 20 November 2024) nor the footer, which reads only "(c) spinmama.com 2026", names a company, an address or a licence. This review keeps to what spinmama.com itself publishes, notes where its pages disagree with each other, and explains the bonus and payout rules in C$ where the terms give C$ figures.
The Spinmama welcome bonus and its terms
Spinmama's welcome offer depends on which page you read, and the pages do not agree. Here is what each source states:

The bonus terms are older than the current banner, so the amounts may have changed. The rules in those terms are the ones we can quote:
- Wagering: 40 times the bonus.
- Sticky: the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn; only winnings above it can.
- Win cap: winnings from a bonus are limited to 10 times the bonus.
- Maximum bet: C$10 while wagering.
- Expiry: 14 days.

Spinmama slots, live games and crash titles
Spinmama advertises "more than 6,000 games" but gives no split by category. The studios named on its homepage are Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Netgame, Spinomenal, Turbo Games, BGaming and Amiry Games.
The titles the casino itself features show a mix of three styles:
- Live game shows and tables: Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, PowerUp Roulette and Bar Blackjack 3.
- Crash and instant games: Aviator, JetX, Plinko and Mines.
- Spinmama slots: Gates of Olympus, which is also the free-spin game in the welcome terms.
The site also promotes a Spinomenal tournament, the Spinoleague, advertised with a EUR 12,000,000 prize pool. No testing laboratory or payout percentage is published, so there is no casino-level figure to quote for returns. Every game has a house edge, and crash and instant games are no exception.
One link between games and bonuses matters: the bonus terms count instant-win games at only 5%, and live games at 0%, towards wagering. Several of the featured titles therefore do almost nothing to clear a bonus.

Deposits, Interac and withdrawal limits
For Canadian visitors, Spinmama's payment list shows Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto, Interac and Neosurf. Interac appears in the list for Canada; the same list for a Spanish visitor leaves it out. The terms name BTC, BCH and LTC as crypto options. The list is for deposits; which of these methods also pay out is not stated.
The limits are clearer than the methods:
- Minimum withdrawal: EUR 50.
- Maximum: "1,000 EUR/$ per day, 3,000 EUR/$ per week, and 10,000 EUR/$ per month".
- Large wins: amounts over 10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments.
- Deposit turnover: each deposit must be wagered 3 times before it can be withdrawn.
The weekly cap of 3,000 is lower than seven days at the daily cap, so it is the weekly figure that sets the pace for a bigger balance.
Which currency the caps use
The payout clause writes its limits as "EUR/$" without saying which dollar is meant, while the bonus terms quote C$ amounts directly. If you hold a C$ account, ask live chat to confirm that the 1,000, 3,000 and 10,000 limits are applied in C$, and whether any currency conversion is charged.
How long withdrawals take
The pages contradict each other. The bonus and payout terms say "withdrawal processing times can take up to 24 hours", while the general terms say processing "may take up to 3 business days". Plan on the longer figure.
Verification
No cashout is paid before the account is verified. The terms ask for ID, proof of address dated within the last 90 days and proof of the card or payment method, and may add a selfie or a phone call. Checks must be completed within 15 days of the request.

Mobile: the Android download and the browser
Spinmama has no iPhone app. For Android, the archived homepage offers an app that is installed from the website itself, not from Google Play. Everyone else plays in the mobile browser.
Installing an app from outside the store means changing your phone's settings to allow apps from outside Google Play. If you choose to do it, take the file only from spinmama.com. Several look-alike addresses use the brand name, including spinmamacasino.com, an Italian-language clone page, and spinmama1.com, also a clone. Neither is run by the casino.
Is Spinmama safe? Owner and licence
Spinmama's terms, in force since 20 November 2024, and its footer do not name an operating company, a registered address, a registration number or a licence. That is the main weakness of the site and the reason licence and safety scores 1 out of 10.
Some third-party pages say the casino holds a Curacao licence, but they disagree with each other on who runs it, and no licence or company appears on spinmama.com itself. We do not treat those claims as fact. No group, sister casinos or testing laboratory are published either. We have no record of regulator action, but without a named licence holder there is no regulator we can check.
Two terms are worth knowing before you deposit:
- An account dormant for 12 months is charged EUR 10 a month.
- The 3x deposit turnover means deposits are not simply withdrawable if you change your mind.
What a missing licence changes
