Videoslots casino is a Malta-run brand whose copyright line goes back to 2011, and it reaches Canadians through two working sites: videoslots.com under a Malta Gaming Authority licence, and videoslots.ca for players located in Ontario. A third route, an Alberta registration held by a different company, exists on the regulator's list but had no live site in October 2026.
The two working sites share an operator, Videoslots Limited, yet they run on separate terms. The MGA site quotes its welcome bonus and withdrawal limits in euros; the Ontario terms quote Canadian dollars and add a fee for frequent withdrawals. This Videoslots online casino review keeps the rulebooks apart and takes every figure from the casino's own terms, as of October 2026. The lobby's game count and studios are not published on the pages we could read.
Videoslots casino welcome bonus, paid in ten steps
On the MGA site the first deposit earns a 100% deposit bonus, capped at EUR 200. The site lists CAD as a currency, but the bonus page does not give a Canadian-dollar cap, so the euro figures are the only ones on record. What sets the offer apart is how it pays: the bonus is not credited in one block but released in ten 10% portions as you wager.
- Wagering: 35 times the value of the first deposit, not deposit plus bonus.
- Release: ten portions, each unlocked after another 3.5x of the deposit is wagered.
- Minimum deposit: EUR 10.
- Maximum bet: 50% of the bonus amount or EUR 20, whichever is lower.
- Time limits: activate within 30 days of the first deposit, then complete the wagering within 60 calendar days.
- Games that count: casino games such as slots, roulette and live casino; progressive jackpot games do not count.
- Code: none stated.
A separate offer adds 11 Welcome Spins. Here is what the staged release means at the two ends of the offer, using only the minimum deposit and the cap from the terms:
| Minimum deposit | Deposit that reaches the cap | |
|---|---|---|
| First deposit | EUR 10 | EUR 200 |
| Full bonus | EUR 10 | EUR 200 |
| Wagering per 10% portion (3.5x deposit) | EUR 35 | EUR 700 |
| Released per portion | EUR 1 | EUR 20 |
| Total wagering (35x deposit) | EUR 350 | EUR 7,000 |
| Maximum bet while active | EUR 5 | EUR 20 |
Because the bonus page says it is paid out portion by portion, a player who stops short of the full 35x has still received the portions already unlocked. The Ontario site is a different matter: no Ontario welcome offer appeared on the videoslots.ca lobby when it was checked, so we cannot describe one. The full breakdown, with the other promotions, is on our Videoslots bonus page.
| Term | Main site |

| Maximum bonus | up to EUR 200 under the MGA licence (CAD amount not stated) source |

Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Video slots and the games lobby
The brand name promises video slots, and the terms confirm the broad categories: slots, roulette, live casino and progressive jackpot games are all named in the bonus and withdrawal rules. What none of the pages we could read gives is a game count, a list of software providers or a set of featured titles. That is why the games score sits at 0: a named category is not the same as a published catalogue.
The pages we read say nothing about a demo or practice mode. The extras that are documented are promotions on the MGA site:
- 11 Welcome Spins, listed as a separate offer to the deposit bonus;
- Weekend Booster, which players join automatically under the MGA terms;
- Battle of Slots tournaments;
- Clash of Spins.
The prize rules and entry conditions for the tournaments were not captured. Treat these as promotions with their own terms, not as a free version of the casino.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
Deposits and withdrawals on the MGA and Ontario sites
The two sites share most of their cashier rules, but the details differ in currency and in one fee.
| Rule | videoslots.com (MGA) | videoslots.ca (Ontario) |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | EUR 10 for the welcome bonus | C$10.00 |
| Minimum withdrawal | EUR 20.00 | C$20.00 |
| Largest withdrawal to the original method | EUR 30,000, above that by bank transfer | C$30,000.00, above that by bank transfer |
| Processing promise | "ensures" processing within 48 hours once documents are received | "aims" to process within 48 hours |
| Jackpot wins of 50,000 or more | EUR 50,000+ may take up to 30 working days | C$50,000+ may take up to 30 working days |
| Extra withdrawal fee | Normal bank wire free; other fees shown before you confirm | C$2.50 for more than one withdrawal in 24 hours |
| Deposit withdrawn without wagering | Up to 3.95% fee | Up to 3.95% fee |
| Crypto | Not listed | Not accepted |
The MGA terms name Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Skrill, euteller and Neteller for deposits, all processed immediately. The Ontario site does not publish its method list outside the logged-in cashier. Interac is not named on any page we could read for either site, so we cannot confirm it.
Note the wording gap on timing. The MGA terms say the casino "ensures" a 48-hour turnaround once documents are in, while the Ontario terms only say it "aims" to. In both cases the clock starts after due diligence, not at the moment you request the money.

Videoslots app and mobile play
We could not confirm a Videoslots app for Canadian players. None of the pages read for this review links to an App Store or Google Play listing, and none describes how the site behaves on a phone. That is the reason for the low mobile score: it records an absence of information, not a test of the mobile site.
If you want to play on a phone, the safe route is to type videoslots.com or videoslots.ca into your mobile browser yourself, depending on where you are. Avoid app files offered by third-party download sites: without an official listing to compare against, there is no way to know who built them.
Licence, owner and safety on videoslots.com
The MGA terms name the company behind Videoslots and its licence in full:
- Operator: Videoslots Limited, company number C49090, The Space Level 2 & 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta, PTA 1320, Malta.
- Licence: Malta Gaming Authority, MGA/CRP/258/2014, which the terms date to 19 May 2020, with an entry on the MGA verification register.
- Great Britain: a Gambling Commission licence is stated in the footer, for UK players only.
- Canada: the MGA terms' restricted-country list does not include Canada, and CAD is offered as a currency. Ontario is the one exception, because players there are served by videoslots.ca.
Identity checks use electronic verification where possible and ask for documents only when that fails. One clause is worth knowing before you leave a balance behind: after 30 months of dormancy, if the casino cannot find the player, the balance is remitted to the MGA. Among Videoslots casino sister sites, the same company runs Mr Vegas, which appears beside Videoslots in the Ontario and Alberta registers. No independent testing lab or published payout percentage was found on the pages read.
Videoslots Ontario: the .ca site under AGCO
The MGA site excludes Ontario, whose players are served by videoslots.ca, which is registered with the AGCO and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Its registration number is OPIG1267597, issued on 9 September 2024, and the site is listed in iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated operators.
The Videoslots casino Ontario site keeps the same Maltese company as operator and many of the same rules, with these differences:
- it accepts only players located in Ontario and lists every other province and territory as restricted;
- the minimum age is 19;
- amounts are in Canadian dollars, with no crypto;
- support has its own address, [email protected];
- a C$2.50 fee applies to more than one withdrawal in 24 hours;
- inactive accounts pay C$1.00 a month after 12 months without a login.
No welcome offer could be read from the Ontario lobby, so we make no claim about one. Because the MGA terms exclude Ontario, a player who moves there would need the .ca site, and the two sites' terms are separate documents.
Videoslots casino CA: Alberta, Quebec and the rest of Canada
Alberta has its own regulated market, live since 13 July 2026, built on AGLC registration and an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation. A company called Blueberry (Alberta) Ltd. is registered with AGLC as an iGaming operator for Videoslots.ca and Mrvegas.ca, with the registration running to 13 August 2027. On 23 October 2026, though, Videoslots was not in the Alberta iGaming Corporation's directory of registered sites, so there was no Alberta lobby, offer or terms to read.
| Where you are | Videoslots site | Regulator | Minimum age |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ontario | videoslots.ca | AGCO, with iGaming Ontario | 19, per the site's terms |
| Alberta | No Alberta site live yet; the MGA terms do not exclude Alberta | AGLC registration held, not yet operating | 18 in the province |
| Quebec | videoslots.com | Malta Gaming Authority | 18 in the province; the site sets 18 |
| Other provinces | videoslots.com | Malta Gaming Authority | 19 (18 in Manitoba); the site sets 18 |
An MGA account is an offshore account: no province licenses it, and provincial player protections do not apply. Quebec and the other provinces also run their own provincial casino sites. Our guide to playing in Canada explains how each market works.
Customer support and French
On the MGA site Videoslots offers live chat, email at [email protected] and a telephone line, although the number and the opening hours were not on the pages we read. The site promises support "in multiple languages" without naming French, so French-speaking players in Quebec should not assume French service. The Ontario terms give [email protected] for players there; other Ontario channels were not captured.
How to sign up and log in
First work out which site applies to you:
- Choose the site by location: videoslots.ca if you are in Ontario, videoslots.com anywhere else in Canada.
- Check the age rule. Ontario requires 19. The MGA site sets 18, or 21 where that is the local minimum, but most provinces set 19, with 18 only in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Expect an electronic identity check first. If it cannot confirm you, the casino asks for documents, and withdrawals wait until they are accepted.
- Take the welcome bonus within 30 days of the first deposit if you want it on the MGA site.
Logging in now and then matters for one reason: after 12 months without a login, the account starts paying EUR 1 a month on the MGA site, or C$1.00 on the Ontario site. A dormant balance can eventually be remitted to the MGA. If a login fails, reset the password first, then contact live chat on the MGA site or the support address for your site.
Responsible-gambling tools
The MGA site lists these controls:
- deposit limits over 7 days;
- wager limits and loss limits;
- a session time limit;
- Lock Account, for up to 10,000 days;
- self-exclusion.
The Ontario site offers self-exclusion, which it also calls a self-ban, plus deposit, loss and wager limits. A provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites and will not block an MGA account. Setting a limit before the first deposit works better than setting one after a loss. For provincial help lines and more on limits, see our responsible gambling page.
Who Videoslots suits
Videoslots makes most sense for a slot player who values a named Maltese operator and a bonus that pays out gradually. The 35x requirement is counted on the deposit only, and portions arrive every 3.5x, which suits someone who may not finish the full play-through. Ontario players get a provincially registered site run by the same company.
It suits players less well if they want to check the lobby first, deposit by Interac with certainty, or claim a known Ontario offer, since none of those could be confirmed. Players who open several accounts and forget them should watch the inactivity fee. The 4.0 score reflects strong licensing held back by unpublished game and mobile details; how we review explains the weighting, and our casino reviews list the alternatives.
