WinLion Casino is an offshore casino run by Keron Systems Limited under a licence from the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan, and that licence showed as valid on 23 October 2026. Canada is not among the licence's excluded territories. What we could not confirm is whether WinLion accepts players from Canada today: archived copies of the site from 2025 and 2026 point both ways, and the live site refuses the connections we check from.
Beyond that, the picture is patchy. Its help pages were never archived, and the newest copy of its promotions page is from May 2025. So this review separates three things: what the regulator confirms today, what WinLion published in 2025 and early 2026, and what nobody outside the casino can currently read. We would rather show a gap than fill it, so where a fact is missing, the score does not reward it.
The WinLion Casino welcome package, as published in 2025
The promotions page archived on 19 May 2025 listed a four-deposit welcome package worth up to $1,500 + 240 free spins:
- 1st deposit: 100% up to $500 + 180 FS
- 2nd deposit: 125% up to $300
- 3rd deposit: 75% up to $300
- 4th deposit: 100% up to $400 + 60 FS
Two limits apply to those numbers. First, they are seventeen months old, and the offer may have changed since. Second, the page used a plain $ sign on the main domain, so we cannot tell whether the amounts are Canadian dollars, US dollars or another currency.
The terms that decide a bonus's real value were not on that page: wagering, minimum deposit, maximum bet, expiry and game weighting. Without them there is no honest way to turn the match into a dollar target. Ask support for the current bonus terms in writing and multiply the bonus by the wagering figure they give you before you opt in.
What the 2025 match rates would mean per deposit
The percentages alone still tell you something. Using the 2025 figures and the page's own $ sign:
- A $100 deposit would have brought $100 of bonus on the first deposit, $125 on the second, $75 on the third and $100 on the fourth.
- Reaching each cap would have needed deposits of $500, $240, $400 and $400, or $1,540 in all, for the full $1,500.
The second deposit's 125% is the richest rate, but its $300 cap is reached early. The wagering basis is not published either; if it applies to the bonus, a smaller bonus means a smaller target.
| Term | Main site |
|---|---|
| Offer | 4 deposits: 100% up to $500 + 180 FS; 125% up to $300; 75% up to $300; 100% up to $400 + 60 FS source checked 19 May 2025 |
| Match | 100 / 125 / 75 / 100 source checked 19 May 2025 |
| Maximum bonus | Up to $1,500 (currency shown as '$' on the 2025 root-domain page) source checked 19 May 2025 |
| Free spins | 240 source checked 19 May 2025 |
Weekly promotions, cashback and extras
The same 2025 page carried a promotion for every day of the week:
- Monday Happy Spins, up to 300 FS
- Tuesday Deluxe, up to 50 MEGA spins
- Wednesday, up to 200 FS
- Thursday Grand, up to 100 MEGA spins
- Friday Reload, 50% up to $150
- Saturday, 30% up to $100 + 50 FS
- Sunday, 40% up to $100 + 60 FS
On top came Weekly Cashback of up to 25% on Fridays, Live Casino Cashback of 10% on Mondays, a Birthday Bonus of up to $5,000, 10 FS for confirming your email, 20 FS for installing the app, a loyalty programme and tournaments. The rules behind each one were not captured, and the page did not say what a MEGA spin is worth compared with a standard free spin, or what qualifies a player for the birthday amount. Our WinLion bonus guide goes through them one by one.
The casino publishes no payment table we could source.
Games and providers
WinLion's lobby could not be read, and no archived copy lists a game count, a category split or the studios supplying them. We therefore score games at 1. That is not a judgement that the library is small, only that no number exists we can stand behind. If you open an account, check the provider names and each game's return-to-player figure in its information panel before playing, and keep in mind that every casino game has a house edge.
The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
Deposits, withdrawals and Interac
No payment page, cashier list or withdrawal policy from WinLion could be read. Archived copies of the main page from March and April 2026 list the Canadian dollar, and their cashier text carries the Interac trademark notice, but neither shows which methods work for withdrawals, the limits or the payout times, and the live site could not be checked. We cannot confirm Interac for both deposits and withdrawals, crypto, minimums, payout times, fees or withdrawal caps. Payments therefore score 1.
Before depositing, get these answers from support, ideally by email so you have them in writing:
- Is Interac available for both deposits and withdrawals?
- Can the account be held in CAD?
- What are the minimum and maximum withdrawals, per day and per week?
- How long does a withdrawal stay pending, and are there fees?
- Which documents are needed before the first payout?
WinLion app and mobile play
The 2025 contact page confirms the casino runs in a browser. The promotions page also mentioned an Install App Bonus for the WinLion mobile app, worth 20 FS. What we could not find is a store listing: no App Store or Google Play link appears in anything we could read, so we cannot say whether the WinLion app is a store download or a browser shortcut saved to your home screen. Install only from a link on the casino's own site, and treat any other download with suspicion.
Is WinLion legit? Licence and operator
Is WinLion casino legit in the narrow sense of being licensed? Yes, the licence checks out. Here is what the Anjouan validator and the casino's 2025 footer show:
| Point | What the records show |
|---|---|
| Operator | Keron Systems Limited (footer: "WinLion.com is owned and operated by Keron Systems LTD") |
| Registration number | 15947 |
| Registered address | 15947 PO Box 1212 Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros |
| Regulator | Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan |
| Licence number | ALSI-202504033-FI2 |
| Status | Valid, validator page generated 23 October 2026 |
| Excluded territories | Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA |
The operator does not publish a launch year. The licence number's 202504 may point to April 2025, but that is a reading of the number, not a stated date. No group, sister casinos or testing lab are named, and no regulator actions were found. Canada's absence from the excluded list means the licence does not bar Canadian players; it is not a provincial approval.
Is WinLion legit in the wider sense, meaning safe to rely on? That needs more than a licence. An Anjouan permit is offshore, so no Canadian province licenses WinLion and no provincial regulator handles complaints about it. Add unreadable terms and a Canada status we could not confirm, and the safety score stops at 4.
Support and languages
The 2025 contact page listed live chat 24/7, and the regulator's validator gives [email protected] as the contact email. No phone number was published. The site's 2025 locales include en, en-ca, en-nz, de, cs and el, among others, and the March and April 2026 copies list a Canadian French version. French-language support, though, is not mentioned anywhere, which matters for Quebec players.
Because [email protected] is the address registered with the regulator, it is the best place to send written questions about payments and bonus terms. A written reply gives you something to point to later if a dispute comes up.
If you already hold a WinLion account, note that the casino has published nothing we could read about Canadian accounts, closures or balances. Ask support to confirm in writing that your province is still accepted and how a withdrawal to Canada would be paid, and keep that reply with your own deposit records.
WinLion sign up bonus and registration
The WinLion sign up bonus, going by the 2025 page, is the first part of the welcome package: 100% up to $500 + 180 FS, plus 10 FS for confirming your email. Whether those still apply could not be checked. Registration itself happens on the site, and the steps that make sense with what is known are:
- Make sure you are old enough where you live: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. WinLion's own age rule could not be read.
- Use details that match your ID, since a casino may ask for documents before paying out.
- Before the first deposit, ask support for the current bonus terms and payment options listed above.
- Set a deposit limit at once if the account offers one.
Responsible-gambling tools
WinLion's own responsible-gambling page could not be read. The Anjouan licence conditions require self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools, so those should exist, but that is a licence rule, not something the casino confirms on a page we could see. Time-outs, loss limits and reality checks are unconfirmed.
Self-exclusion through a province works on that province's regulated sites only, so WinLion is not covered. If you have signed up to one, an offshore account undoes that protection. Our responsible gambling page lists help lines for every province.
WinLion Casino Canada: where it can be played
Whether WinLion casino Canada access is open today could not be confirmed. Canada is not on the licence's list of excluded territories, and the site's 2025 sitemap included an en-ca locale, the version sometimes called WinLion CA. The archived copies of winlion.com point both ways:
| Date | What the source shows | Points to |
|---|---|---|
| 23 April 2025 | The Canadian page (/en-ca) shows only: "Sorry, but players from your country are not allowed to visit WinLion.com." | Not allowed |
| 19 May 2025 | Main page written for Canada, with Canadian English and Canadian French versions | Open |
| August 2025 onward | The /en-ca address redirects to the main page | Unclear |
| 19 March and 12 April 2026 | Main page still lists en-ca and fr-ca versions and the Canadian dollar | Open |
| 23 October 2026 | Licence valid; Canada is not among the licence's excluded territories | Open |
The April 2025 message refers to the visitor's own country, and it was served to a web archive's crawler rather than to a Canadian connection, so it does not prove that Canada was blocked. The later copies show WinLion still aimed at Canada in spring 2026. What we cannot check is today: there is no saved copy newer than April 2026, and the live site refuses our connections. Until WinLion confirms Canada in writing, treat acceptance as unconfirmed.
- Ontario and Alberta: WinLion holds no provincial registration, so it sits outside both regulated markets.
- Quebec: the 2026 copies list a Canadian French version, but French support could not be confirmed, and no province licenses the site.
- Other provinces: the offshore site is the only version; no province licenses it.
WinLion is not part of any provincial market. Ontario admits only operators registered with the AGCO that hold an iGaming Ontario agreement; our Ontario guide explains how to check one. In Alberta, since 13 July 2026, the equivalent is AGLC registration with an Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement. Elsewhere the province runs its own site. The minimum age is 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Our guide to playing in Canada explains each lane.
Who WinLion suits
On what is known, WinLion is a casino for a player who already knows it, wants a large menu of daily free-spin promotions and is prepared to get every payment and bonus rule, and confirmation that their province is accepted, in writing first. For everyone else, a casino that publishes its terms is the easier choice.
When you read other WinLion reviews or WinLion casino reviews, check the date and source of each number: the most recent promotions copy we could find is from May 2025, and any Interac or wagering figure needs a current source. Our review method explains why missing facts keep this score at 2.5, and other brands are compared in our casino reviews.
