Casino Adrenaline online is an offshore casino run by Tech Zone Inc. from the island of Anjouan in the Comoros, licensed by Anjouan under number ALSI-192407024-FI2. The site says it launched in 2012, runs on the SoftSwiss platform, accepts Canada as a sign-up country and opens accounts in Canadian dollars.
Two things shape this Casino Adrenaline review. First, the welcome bonuses are sticky: they carry no play-through, but the bonus amount is removed when you cash out. Second, several of the casino's own pages disagree with each other on caps, deadlines and minimums, and we set those conflicts out side by side. Figures are quoted as the site showed them in October 2026. Promotions use a plain $ sign, which we write as C$ for a Canadian-dollar account, while some general rules are written in EUR or USD.
The three-deposit welcome package
New players get three deposit bonuses, each claimed with its own code:
- 1st deposit: 175% bonus plus 100 free spins, code FIRST175.
- 2nd deposit: 60% bonus plus 50 free spins, code POWER60.
- 3rd deposit: 40% bonus plus 50 free spins, code POWER40.
Each match is capped at C$1,000, needs at least C$20 (or the crypto equivalent), is for slots only, and limits you to C$5 per hand while it is active. The terms pop-up on each tile reads "No Playthrough & No max cashout". That sounds generous, and the catch is the word sticky: the bonus money can be played, but it cannot be withdrawn and is taken off the balance when you cash out.
What sticky means in dollars
With FIRST175, the 175% bonus is added to your balance and you play from the total. When you withdraw, the bonus amount is removed and only what is left above it is paid; if your balance has fallen below the bonus amount, nothing is left to withdraw. The bonus is extra playing time, not extra cash.
The free spins work differently. Their winnings carry 30x wagering and a C$50 maximum cashout, and the promotion does not name the game they are played on. Every dollar won from the spins needs C$30 in bets before it can be withdrawn, and no more than C$50 can leave the account. The lobby's All Games collection counted 3,590 titles when we checked: 3,206 slots, 190 table games and 122 live-dealer tables. The About Us page claims over 10,000 titles, a figure the lobby count does not match. The counts were read from a Spanish connection, and some studios restrict their games by country, so the Canadian lobby may differ.

Interac, crypto and how withdrawals really work
The banking page lists Interac and five coins, each marked instant and free:
- Interac: deposit from C$30, withdraw from C$50, maximum C$6,000.
- Bitcoin: deposit from the equivalent of $15, withdraw from $50, up to 1 BTC per withdrawal.
- Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin: deposit from $10, withdraw from $50, with per-withdrawal caps of 140 LTC, 50 ETH, 30 BCH and 10,000 DOGE.
Neteller and Skrill are mentioned in the banking text but did not appear in the method table we saw, so treat them as unconfirmed. You have to deposit before you can withdraw, and a deposit withdrawn without being wagered at least once can attract a fee of up to 10%. Asking for a deposit to be refunded is possible only within 24 hours, and the refund policy adds a 5% processing fee.

Plan around the stricter figure in each row. The VIP page raises limits with status: Newbie is C$1,250 a day and C$2,500 a week, Super Platinum C$3,750 and C$7,500, and Diamond is set by agreement. A large win can therefore take weeks to leave the casino.

Verification before the first payout
Card and Interac players verify before their first withdrawal. Crypto players are not asked for documents unless the casino sees irregularities. When documents are needed, the terms list:
- photo ID, front and back;
- a utility bill less than three months old;
- a card statement and copies of the card;
- a screenshot of your e-wallet or Interac profile.
The casino may also ask for a video call. Send everything early: the terms give four weeks to supply documents, while the payouts page gives two.
Mobile: browser only
A search of the Canadian App Store finds no Casino Adrenaline app, and no Android app was confirmed either. The casino works in a phone browser, which is the only mobile route it offers. If you see an app download claiming to be Casino Adrenaline, it does not come from a store listing the casino points to.
Licence, owner and safety
Casino Adrenaline is run by Tech Zone Inc., registered at Hamchako, Mustamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Its licence comes from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, number ALSI-192407024-FI2. The Anjouan validator page showed the status as VALID on 23 October 2026, with casinoadrenaline.com as the registered site and Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA as excluded territories. Canada is not excluded.
Anjouan is an offshore licence, not a Canadian one, and it does not give you a provincial regulator to complain to. Two more transparency gaps:
- The banking page says the casino abides by the gambling laws of Curacao, and the platform's settings report a licence code, CW, that points to Curacao, while the footer and terms name only Anjouan.
- No testing-lab certificate is published. The terms say only that the game server was checked by a third-party User Accounting firm.
The terms also end pending games after 30 days and make the casino's decision final in wager disputes. We found no regulator action on the validator page. Tech Zone Inc. holds the same Anjouan licence for Limitless Casino, Orbit Spins and Pacific Spins, although those sisters run on RTG software rather than SoftSwiss.
Support: chat, email and a toll-free line
Support is open 24/7 by live chat. Email goes to [email protected], and the terms give a separate management address, [email protected]. The terms also list a toll-free number, +1 800.532 4561, for the US and Canada.
The site has a single language setting, English, so there is no French version. Players in Quebec who prefer French will need to manage in English.
Casino Adrenaline login and registration
Canada appears in the sign-up country list, and choosing it sets the account currency to CAD. The terms set the minimum age at 18, or higher where your jurisdiction says so, which means 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Register with your real name and address, since card and Interac players will be asked to prove both.
- Choose CAD or one of the crypto currencies for the account.
- Enter the bonus code with the deposit if you want the welcome bonus; leave it out if you would rather play with cash only.
- Upload documents before your first withdrawal if you pay by Interac.

The responsible-gaming page offers a solid set of controls:
- Deposit limits by day, week or month, plus loss and wager limits.
- Cooling-off for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.
- Self-exclusion for 6 months, 9 months or 1 year, or permanently on request.
One gap matters: the terms say deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits made through CoinsPaid. A crypto player who relies on a deposit limit should check with support what it actually covers. This casino's self-exclusion is set on its own site, and a provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, so it does not reach this one. Where Canadians can play it
There is only one Casino Adrenaline, and it is offshore. The terms exclude no Canadian province, so the same site takes sign-ups from Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and the rest of Canada.
- Ontario: not registered with the AGCO or iGaming Ontario.
- Alberta: not on the Alberta iGaming Corporation's registered-sites list.
- Quebec and the rest of Canada: the same offshore site, English only.
