My Stake Casino Review 2026: Which Site Is Real, and What It Publishes

One brand, a look-alike domain and a terms page that would not load: what Canadians should know

0.2/10

Our score

Our verdict

MyStake cannot be recommended on the record as it stands. The casino runs at mystake.com, but neither its operator, its licence nor any Canada rule could be read there in October 2026, and the only confirmed banking detail is a Canadian-dollar option in a January 2026 copy of the terms page. That is why it scores 0.2. A player who still wants to try it should first confirm the operator and licence in the site's footer, and should not take mystakecasino.com for the casino.

Pros

  • A January 2026 copy of the terms page lists CAD among the account currencies

Cons

  • No operator, licence or Canada clause could be read on mystake.com in October 2026
  • A separate site, mystakecasino.com, writes about the brand and is not the casino
  • No bonus, withdrawal, game, app or support terms on the public record
  • Offshore, with no provincial licence and no confirmed list of accepted provinces

My Stake casino, written by the brand as MyStake, is a live online casino whose real address is mystake.com. A second domain, mystakecasino.com, is easy to mistake for it, but that site is not the operator: it writes about MyStake in the third person, the way an information or affiliate site does, so its claims about Interac and bonuses are not the casino's own.

The harder problem is that mystake.com itself did not show its terms, so three basics could not be confirmed: the site names no operator we could read, we found no licence we could verify in a public register, and no page we could read says whether it accepts Canadian players. In October 2026 the site sat behind a browser check, and archived copies of the terms page from 28 January 2026 contain no terms text, only a currency selector that lists CAD. This review sets out what that leaves a Canadian player with, and what to confirm before opening an account.

My Stake casino: two domains, one casino

The two addresses do different jobs:

  • mystake.com is the casino. Accounts, deposits, bonuses and the terms belong here.
  • mystakecasino.com is a separate site that describes MyStake from the outside, with lines such as 'Go to the official site and click ...'. It is not run as the casino, so its statements about payment methods or offers cannot be treated as MyStake's terms.

The difference matters most at the moment you type a password or card number. Check the address bar, and do not register through a page that talks about the casino rather than being it. If you followed a link from a search result or an advert, look at the domain again before going further.

Telling the casino from a site about the casino

A few signs separate the two. The casino itself has a working cashier, an account area and a set of terms that name the company bound by them. A site about the casino describes it from outside, refers to 'the official site' and sends you elsewhere to sign up. If the page you are on says 'go to the official site', it is telling you plainly that it is not that site. Anything it says about bonuses or payment methods is its own summary, and may be out of date the day you read it.

Where the table says 'not readable', the information may exist on the live site; it simply did not reach us from the casino in a form we could quote. This page scores only what is confirmed, so every one of those rows sits at the floor.

Three sources were tried: the live mystake.com, archived copies of its general terms, and mystakecasino.com. The live site answered with a security check instead of content, the archived terms held only the page frame, and the look-alike domain turned out to be a third party. Should the casino's terms become readable, each sub-score will be judged again on them, and the change log at the foot of this page will say when.

Licence and operator: the missing first check

For any offshore casino, the footer is where the operator's company name, its registration and its licence number belong, with a link to the regulator's own register. For MyStake, none of that could be read in October 2026, so we cannot say who runs the casino, which regulator licenses it, or whether that licence is current.

That is the single biggest reason for the low score. A named company and a licence number are what let a player check a casino independently and know where a complaint would go. Until they can be confirmed, you are relying on the brand name alone.

If you open the site, do this before anything else: read the footer, note the company and licence number, then search the regulator's register for the domain mystake.com. If the footer is blank, or the register does not list the domain, stop there. MyStake is not licensed by any Canadian province either way, so provincial player protections would not apply to an account.

Bonuses: nothing that can be quoted

No welcome offer, free-spin package, promo code, wagering requirement or cap on winnings could be read from mystake.com. Offers described on mystakecasino.com are that site's descriptions, not the casino's terms, and we do not repeat them.

If an offer appears once you are logged in, ask for its full rules first: the wagering multiple and what it applies to, the maximum bet, the games that count, the deadline and any cap on what the bonus can pay out. The promo-code and no-deposit claims are taken one by one in our MyStake bonus guide.

The casino publishes no welcome-offer terms we could source, so we show none.

Mystake game lobby

The casino's game count, its providers and the titles it features were not readable, so this review cannot describe any Mystake game or compare the lobby with others. That also means we cannot say whether live dealer tables, jackpots or the casino's own games are offered.

When you reach the lobby, look for the name of the studio on each game and a return-to-player figure in its information panel. A game with neither leaves you no way to know who made it or what it pays back over time. If a demo mode is offered, use it to learn how a game behaves before staking real money; it costs nothing and shows the rules, the bet range and the features without touching your balance. Whatever the lobby holds, every game carries a house edge, and none of them turns play into income.

The casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.

MyStake withdrawal rules and Canadian dollars

The one banking fact we have is a currency selector. An archived copy of the terms page from 28 January 2026 lists CAD among its currencies, which suggests a Canadian-dollar account was an option at that date. That copy is nine months old and contains nothing else, so treat it as a lead to confirm, not a promise.

Everything a MyStake withdrawal depends on is missing from the record: the methods, whether Interac is among them, the minimum and maximum amounts, the pending period, fees, weekly or monthly limits and the identity documents required. Questions about a MyStake casino withdrawal are therefore best asked before the first deposit:

  1. Which withdrawal methods are available in my province?
  2. How long does a request wait before it is processed?
  3. Are there limits per day, week or month, and any fees?
  4. Which documents are needed, and must they be sent before the first withdrawal?

Ask for the answers by email or save the chat. A written reply is the only record you will have if a payout is delayed.

The casino publishes no payment table we could source.

MyStake app, download and mobile play

Nothing from the casino confirmed a MyStake app for iPhone or Android, or a MyStake download page, in October 2026. We cannot say whether one exists, and we have no listing to point you to.

Treat any app offered under the name with care. It should be linked from mystake.com itself, and its publisher should match the operator named in the site's footer once you have found it. A file offered for direct download, outside an official store, carries the most risk. MyStake mobile play through the phone browser, at the right address, avoids that question.

MyStake support

No MyStake support email, live-chat hours, phone number or language list could be read, so we cannot confirm whether help is available around the clock or in French. If you need service in French, ask that question first, in French, and see what comes back.

Find the support route on the live site and use it once for something simple, such as whether your province is accepted. The way a simple question is handled gives you some sense of what to expect when the question is about a withdrawal.

My Stake casino login: safety first

With a look-alike domain in circulation, the login is where most damage could be done. Before a My Stake casino login, or a first registration:

  • type mystake.com yourself rather than following a link;
  • read the footer for a company name and licence;
  • check that you meet your province's gambling age: 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec;
  • use a password you have never used elsewhere.

A MyStake casino login problem has no published help route that we could find, so note down your account email and any reference numbers support gives you.

Responsible gambling outside the provincial systems

MyStake's limit and self-exclusion tools were not on the record. Ask what exists before playing, and set any limit available on the first day.

Enrolling in your province's self-exclusion bars you from the regulated sites of that province and nothing beyond them. MyStake, as an offshore site, is beyond them. If you are trying to cut back, a casino whose tools you cannot see is a poor place to test your limits. Provincial help lines are gathered on our responsible gambling page.

Where MyStake fits in Canada, and who it suits

MyStake is an offshore casino: nothing we could read shows a registration in Ontario's regulated market (AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario agreement) or Alberta's (AGLC registration and an Alberta iGaming Corporation agreement, live since 13 July 2026). Elsewhere, provinces run their own casino sites. Which provinces MyStake accepts is not something we could read. Our guide to playing in Canada lays out the regulated alternatives.

The name is close to Stake, which has its own review here. Nothing we could read links the two, so treat them as separate brands until an operator name says otherwise.

Who does MyStake suit? On the current record, only a player prepared to confirm the operator, licence, withdrawal rules and province terms personally before depositing. For anyone who wants those facts published up front, a casino that shows them is the better choice. The 0.2 score follows our review method, and other brands are in our casino reviews.

Verdict on MyStake Casino

MyStake cannot be recommended on the record as it stands. Gambling should stay a choice

Online gambling in Canada is set province by province. Ontario and Alberta license private operators; the other provinces run their own sites, and casinos licensed abroad are not supervised by any Canadian regulator. Real-money play is for adults: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
