Casino Quatro is one of the Casino Rewards group's offshore casinos, launched in 2008 and run by Fresh Horizons Limited under a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence. Its pitch to Canadians is a low-cost way into the group: a $10 first deposit unlocks a matched bonus and free spins every day for a week.
We checked the offer, the banking rules and the licence against Quatro's own terms, FAQ and bonus page, the Kahnawake register and the group's eCOGRA reports, all on 23 October 2026. The site served the generic English version with amounts in "$", so figures here are as Quatro prints them. The low entry price comes with heavy conditions, and this review puts them first.
Casino Quatro welcome bonus: $10 in, 700 spins, and 200x
Quatro's first-deposit offer is banded: the bonus matches the bottom of the band your deposit falls in, and the spins arrive every day for seven days. As of 23 October 2026:

The last column uses Quatro's own example: "If a Player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $20,000." The same 200x applies to winnings from the free spins. Wagers from both cash and bonus count, slots count 100%, and table, parlour, live casino and all other games only 2%. At 2%, $20,000 of wagering through blackjack would need $1,000,000 of bets, which is why this is a slots-only offer in practice.
A few more rules: make the qualifying deposit within 7 days of joining, use promotional bonuses within 60 days of registering, avoid single bets of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through is done, and do not withdraw deposited funds early, which voids the bonus. The spins are tied to one game per day, and you must log in each day to receive them:

Miss a day and that day's spins are gone. Winnings from all seven days fall under the 200x rule, so a $15 spin win needs $3,000 in slot bets before it becomes withdrawable cash. The schedule is a good way to sample seven slots for the price of one deposit; it is a poor way to build a balance.
Loyalty and group promotions
Quatro also lists the Casino Rewards loyalty programme:
- Six status levels.
- 100 VIP points convert to $1 in chips, redeemable from 1,000 points.
- Group promotions listed by Quatro: Time Of Your Life Sweepstakes, VIP Lucky Jackpot, Rewards Riches and Drop & Wins.
At that rate, 1,000 points is worth $10 in chips. Points are a small rebate on play you were doing anyway, not a reason to play more.
Quatro game library and payout figures
Casinorewards.com says Quatro has "over 1000 games" and names Apricot as its software. The lobby includes a live dealer section with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, and progressive jackpots including the Mega Moolah family, which Quatro notes is not available in all regions. Quatro does not split the total by category or list other studios.
The fairness evidence is better than the catalogue detail. Quatro carries an eCOGRA "Safe & Fair" seal for 09 December 2025 to 08 December 2026, and eCOGRA's payout report for the Casino Rewards group covers 1 July to 30 September 2026:

These are averages across all players at every group casino, not a promise for any session. Quatro also advertises a "Highest Win Rate Guarantee", described as "the best available win rate or Return to Player (RTP) version of the games supplied by our software providers". Before you pick a quatro game for bonus play, check that it is a slot, since everything else counts only 2% toward the play-through.

Deposits
Quatro does not publish a full deposit list outside the cashier. Its FAQ confirms Interac, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc., and Visa and Mastercard. The minimum first deposit for the welcome is $10. Quatro shows no cryptocurrency option. Card deposits are the simpler route back for a withdrawal, since Visa holders can receive payouts to the card through Visa OCT.
Interac deposits work, but Interac does not appear in the FAQ's list of withdrawal methods for Canada, so a player who deposits that way should plan to cash out by eCheck, which is Canada-only, takes 2 to 3 working days and costs nothing. Amounts on the pages we read were shown with a plain "$", and Quatro published no explicit statement that accounts run in Canadian dollars; the recent-winners feed shows CA$ amounts. Ask support to confirm the account currency before depositing, because conversion is charged at 2.5%.
Quatro casino withdrawal: methods, fees and withdrawal time

The Quatro casino withdrawal time starts before those days: every request sits pending for 48 hours, and can be reversed during that time, then is processed the following business day. A first withdrawal to a new method may add 5 to 7 working days of checks. Adding those steps up, a first eCheck payout can take a week or more from request; later ones skip the new-method checks.
Two limits apply. Players who win "substantially greater than their total purchases" across Casino Rewards casinos are paid a maximum of $4,000 per week, and daily limits by method can split a payout over several weekdays. Wire fees are charged in US dollars, and currency conversion carries 2.5%. Verification, which must be complete before any payout, asks for:
- a passport, driver's licence or other government ID;
- proof that the payment method is yours;
- proof of address no older than 3 months.
Quatro may ask for documents to be notarized. Sending all three before your first request avoids an extra wait for documents on top of the 48-hour pending period.
Quatro casino app, mobile play and downloads
There is no Quatro casino app on the App Store or Google Play. Quatro casino mobile play runs in the phone's browser, which gives the same account, cashier and games without an install. A Quatro casino download for Windows or Android is not something the casino offers in any source we read, so a file offered under that name elsewhere is not from Fresh Horizons. The daily free spins work on mobile too, which matters because you must log in on each of the seven days.
Licence, owner and the Casino Rewards group
Quatro is operated by Fresh Horizons Limited, Palm Grove House, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Its Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence is 00972, listed under Fresh Horizons Ltd. on the KGC permit-holders list; the certificate page linked from the footer is dated 17 June 2014. No company registration number was published.
Quatro shares terms, banking and loyalty with the Casino Rewards group, whose other casinos include Zodiac Casino, Yukon Gold Casino, Luxury Casino, Grand Mondial, Captain Cooks, Golden Tiger, Casino Classic and Villento. The $4,000 weekly cap counts winnings across all of them.
We found no action against Fresh Horizons on the Kahnawake site. One group fact is worth knowing: Apollo Entertainment Ltd, the group's Ontario operator, received a $100,000 AGCO monetary penalty on 10 August 2023 for responsible-gambling failures. That was a different company and a different site from Quatro. The terms also let the casino use player data for AI training and machine-learning models, seeking consent "where required by law". Dormant balances can be removed within up to 60 days after a period of inactivity set at the casino's discretion; cash can be reclaimed on request, bonus funds cannot.
Support, French and signing up
Live chat runs 24/7. Email goes to [email protected], answered within 48 hours, and deposit problems to [email protected]. No phone line is listed. Quatro has a French version of the site, and claims a "multilingual support team", but French support itself was not confirmed.

Responsible-gambling tools
Quatro lists these tools:
- deposit limits by day, week or month, set through support;
- cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
- self-exclusion for 6 months;
- a self-assessment test;
- referral to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's comprehensive self-exclusion.
Because deposit limits go through support rather than a settings page, ask for them in your first chat rather than waiting for a session that goes badly. The 48-hour pending period also cuts both ways: a withdrawal can be reversed while pending, so if you notice yourself reversing payouts to keep playing, that is the moment to use a cooling-off period.

Where Canadians can play Quatro
Quatro has no Ontario or Alberta site. Its offshore terms list no restricted provinces, so Ontario is not excluded in writing, but Quatro holds no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario agreement, and no AGLC registration in Alberta. Players in those provinces have a regulated market, live in Alberta since 13 July 2026. Quebec players get the French site at /fr/ under the same Kahnawake licence. This Quatro casino Canada review lands on a narrow recommendation. As an online casino, Quatro is backed by a long-running group, an eCOGRA seal and published payout figures, and its support is easy to reach. The problem is the deal it leads with. 200x play-through is far above the 30x the same terms set for later deposits, and with 2% table weighting, a 48-hour pending window and a $4,000 weekly cap for big winners, the bonus mostly works as a seven-day slot sampler.
