Nine Casino is an offshore casino run by Uno Digital Media B.V. from Willemstad, Curacao, under a licence from the Curacao Gaming Authority. Its terms restrict no Canadian province, it offers an English and a French version for Canada, and plays in Canadian dollars as well as crypto. No province regulates it.
Two warnings frame this review. First, the live site was not reachable from any of our connections, so the casino's terms, bonus terms and homepage are quoted from archived copies dated November 2025 to February 2026; only the licence certificate was checked live, in October 2026. Second, those archived pages contradict each other on the welcome offer, and we set out both versions rather than pick one.
The welcome package: a CA$5,000 headline and a 225 CAD rule
The Canadian homepage, in its November 2025 copy, advertised a "100% Welcome Package CA$5,000 + 150 Spins + 3 Bonus Rounds". The bonus terms of February 2026 describe something smaller:
- A package over the first, second and third deposits, each bonus capped at 225 CAD "unless otherwise specified".
- 250 free spins in total: 50 a day for 3 days after the first deposit, and 50 a day for 2 days after the second, on Gates of Olympus or listed BGaming slots.
- A minimum deposit of 22.5 CAD each time.
- A maximum bet of 7.5 CAD on slots and 15 CAD on live games while wagering.
- 7 days to complete it.
The terms say the bonus is credited automatically and that using a promo code cancels it. They do not print the wagering multiple: clause 4.7 says only "For exact information, please visit the Bonus Hub".
What the caps mean in dollars
Two limits apply whatever the wagering turns out to be. Bonus winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus, and sign-up free-spin winnings at 75 CAD.

Because the wagering multiple is not printed, the total betting the bonus requires cannot be worked out from the terms. Why the two versions matter
A headline of CA$5,000 implies bonuses far above 225 CAD per deposit, and 150 spins is not 250. The terms keep a way out with "unless otherwise specified", so the live offer may differ from both. Before depositing, open the Bonus Hub, note the match, the cap, the spins and the multiple it shows, and keep a screenshot. If support cannot confirm the figures in writing, deposit without the bonus.

Cashback, VIP levels and the other promotions
The January 2026 homepage lists a weekly cashback of up to 25%, VIP levels, missions with an in-casino store, a wheel of fortune and tournaments. Nine also runs a sportsbook with its own welcome package of 100%, 75% and 50%, up to 675 CAD in total. The pages we read do not give the cashback's qualifying rules or the VIP thresholds, so the 25% is a ceiling, not a rate you can count on.

Nine Casino online games, studios and Aviator
Nine's own pages disagree on the size of the lobby: the homepage says 5000+ games, the about page "more than 6,000". Either way it is large. No split between slots, live and table games is published, though the about page confirms progressive slots.
The studios named on the about page are Amatic, BetSoft, Endorphina, Microgaming, BGaming, Playson, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Novomatic, Penguin King and Iconic21. Titles the Canadian homepage featured include:

Is there a Nine Casino Aviator game?
Aviator does not appear among the titles or studios Nine names in the pages we read, and we could not open the live lobby to check. If you are looking for the Nine Casino Aviator crash game, search the lobby after registering and before depositing, so you do not fund an account for a game it may not carry.

Nine Casino withdrawal limits and payment methods
The terms name three payment routes:
- Visa and Mastercard: deposits and withdrawals, with card payouts sent by OCT, a card-transfer method. The minimum deposit "could be EUR2, EUR5, EUR10, or EUR15" depending on the country.
- Bank transfer: withdrawals, with possible intermediary bank charges "limited to the equivalent of 16 EUR".
- Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies: deposits and withdrawals; the bonus terms name LTC and TRX.
Interac is not mentioned in any page we read.
The caps on a Nine Casino withdrawal
The limit schedule is the key fact for anyone hoping for a large Nine Casino win:

Two more rules come before any payout. Every deposit must be played through at least 3 times, so a C$100 deposit needs C$300 in bets before it can be withdrawn. And no cash-out is paid until the account is fully verified. The terms give no processing time.
At these limits, a balance of 10,000 takes at least four weeks to leave the account at 3,000 a week, and anything above 10,000 rolls into the next month. A player chasing a jackpot should know that before the first spin, not after the win.
Mobile play without an app
Nine runs in the phone browser. A search of the Canadian App Store in October 2026 found no Nine Casino app, and the pages we read name no Android app either. That leaves the mobile site as the only route, which is workable but scores low: there is nothing the casino publishes about how its mobile version differs from the desktop one.
Treat any downloadable file offered as a Nine Casino app with suspicion, since the casino itself points to none.
Is Nine Casino legit? Licence, owner and safety
The licence is real and current. The Curacao Gaming Authority certificate linked from the site footer shows licence OGL/2024/1267/0760 as active, granted on 9 May 2025, held by Uno Digital Media B.V., Curacao company number 157147, at Schottegatweg Oost 10, Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad. The terms name UDM Processing Services LTD and Optivion Systems Ltd, both of Cyprus, as payment agents.
So is Nine Casino legit in the sense that matters to a player? It is a licensed business with a named owner. What it lacks is the rest of the safety picture:
- no testing laboratory or certificate named
- no published payout percentage
- no group or sister brands disclosed
- no Canadian provincial registration
We found no public regulator action against Uno Digital Media. One clause to note before you leave money on the account: after 12 months of dormancy, a monthly administrative fee of EUR 10 or the equivalent applies. Calling Nine Casino legit is fair for its licence; it is not the same as saying it carries the protections of a provincially regulated site.
Support and French
Support runs 24/7 through live chat and email, according to the January 2026 homepage, which says it is offered "in English and many other languages". The site has French versions, including one for Canada, among 18 language options. The casino does not say outright that French chat agents are on duty at all hours, so Quebec players can count on a French site but not on French-speaking support. No phone number is published.
Nine Casino login, sign-up and verification
The terms accept customers over 18. Provincial rules set the gambling age at 19 in most of Canada and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, so check the rule where you live before registering. Expect to provide:
- a passport or national ID
- a utility bill
- copies of the cards you use
The casino may also call you. Because no withdrawal is paid before the account is fully verified, send the documents before your first cash-out. If a Nine Casino login attempt fails, live chat is the support route the homepage lists. Bonus funds also come with a bet limit: the largest Nine Casino bet allowed while wagering is 7.5 CAD on slots and 15 CAD on live games.
Responsible-gambling tools
The terms mention a loss limit "among other limits" and a cooling-off period, without listing the rest. That is thin. Set a loss limit on the first day, and if you need a longer break, ask support for the cooling-off period in writing.

Nine Casino online play makes most sense for a player who likes a deep slot lobby with Pragmatic Play, BGaming and Evolution titles, pays in crypto or by card, and plays for amounts well under the payout caps. The bonus terms list 250 free spins over two deposits, but free-spin winnings are capped at 75 CAD.
