TrustDice is a crypto casino, established in 2018, run by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. of Curaçao and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/664/0280. Canada is not on its restricted list, and it runs a Canadian landing page aimed at players who want to "Play Bitcoin Casino Games in Canada". The headline offer is a "500% Welcome Pack up to $90,000 + 100 FREE SPINS" across three deposits.
The site would not open from our location outside Canada, so this TrustDice casino review is built from three sources the operator controls: its terms document, the text its site publishes, and the licence certificate linked in its footer. All figures are as of October 2026. Where those sources contradict each other, and they do on wagering, KYC and rakeback, we say so.
TrustDice welcome bonus: three deposits, 40x and a hard cap
The current welcome pack spreads over three deposits:
- 1st deposit: 200% up to $30,000 + 20 free spins.
- 2nd deposit: 100% up to $30,000 + 30 free spins.
- 3rd deposit: 200% up to $30,000 + 50 free spins.
The bonus terms set the maximum per deposit bonus at 42,000 CAD, while the offer cards say $30,000. Both figures sit far above the 1,500 CAD release cap described below. Each qualifying deposit must be at least 20 CAD, and the bonus has to be activated before you deposit. Each bonus lasts 7 days.
Wagering is 40 times, but the terms disagree on what. The worked example in the deposit-bonus terms counts deposit plus bonus ("$30 x 40" on a $10 deposit with a $20 bonus), while the general bonus terms say to wager "the value of the bonus 40 times". The table shows both readings for a first deposit, at the 20 CAD minimum and at the point where the release cap takes over:
| 1st deposit | 200% bonus | 40x deposit + bonus | 40x bonus only | Most you can release |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| C$20 (minimum) | C$40 | C$2,400 | C$1,600 | C$400 |
| C$75 or more | C$150 or more | C$9,000 or more | C$6,000 or more | C$1,500 |
The last column applies the release rule: after wagering, the most that converts is "10 times the deposit bonus amount, or ... 1,500 CAD ..., whichever is less". The cap takes over once a bonus reaches C$150, which is why the $90,000 headline means little in practice: a bigger bonus brings more wagering, all inside the 7-day window, but never more than C$1,500 at the end. A player who mainly wants to play may do better declining the bonus and relying on the rakeback, which carries no wagering. Other conditions: only bets up to 2.8 CAD count towards wagering, play is limited to the games each bonus names, and all SoftSwiss slots plus a long title list are excluded.
| Term | Main site |

| Offer | 1st deposit: 200% up to $30,000 + 20 Free Spins; 2nd deposit: 100% up to $30,000 + 30 Free Spins; 3rd deposit: 200% up to $30,000 + 50 Free Spins source |

| Wagering | 40x ('once the wagering requirement of 40 times has been met'; 'Our First / Second / Third Deposit Bonus each have a wager requirement of 40 times') source |
| Wagering counts on | deposit+bonus - example: 'if a player deposits $10 and receives a $20 bonus, then the player needs to place an accumulated amount of bets amounting to $1,200 ($30 x 40)' (the general bonus terms say 'wager the value of the bonus 40 times' - conflict) source |
| Minimum deposit | 20 CAD (or 10 EUR / 10 USDT equivalent) per qualifying deposit; bonus must be activated before depositing source |
| Maximum bet | 2.8 CAD per bet counts toward the deposit bonus wagering; 4.2 CAD for free-spin winnings source |
| Expiry | 7 days per deposit bonus source |
| Game contribution | Wagering only on the games the bonus names; slots wagering counted as bet x ((100% - RTP)/4%) under the free-spin terms; all SoftSwiss slots and a long title list excluded from bonus play; Dice, Crash and Plinko excluded from the free-spin promotion source |
| Max win | after wagering, max release is '10 times the deposit bonus amount, or ... 1,500 CAD ..., whichever is less' source |
Free spins, rakeback and other TrustDice bonus offers
The 100 welcome free spins are valid for 7 days. Their winnings must be wagered 60 times within 5 days, bets count up to 4.2 CAD, and the most they can pay is 70 CAD. Under the free-spin terms, slot bets count at a rate tied to the game's payout rate, using the formula bet x ((100% - RTP) / 4%), and Dice, Crash and Plinko are excluded.
The ongoing promotions are where TrustDice puts its weight:
- Satoshi Club VIP: levels from Shell up to Satoshi. Rakeback points are earned on real-money bets from the Crab level and exchanged 1:1 for USDT with no wagering. The bonus terms say Satoshi-level players can get "up to 21% Rakeback"; the FAQ says up to 20%.
- First-deposit rakeback: 10% on bets for 7 days, with no wagering.
- Faucet: new players who have not deposited can collect up to 0.0432 USDT every 6 hours.
- Contests and extras: a $3000 Weekly Contest, dice challenges, seasonal promotions and 25 free spins for linking an email address (wagered x40).
Games: 8,000+ titles, live tables and in-house originals
The Canadian page claims "over 8,000 premium casino games" from more than 40 developers. No split by category is published, and there is no list of featured titles, so we cannot name the slots the lobby leads with. The studio list is long, with 39 names including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Push Gaming, Relax, Big Time Gaming, Playtech, Novomatic, Habanero, PG Soft and Spribe, maker of Aviator.
Live tables come from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live, and there is a network of Bitcoin jackpot slots whose size is not stated. TrustDice also builds its own games: Dice, Crash and Plinko, which it describes as provably fair. A sportsbook and esports betting sit alongside the casino.

Crypto payments, Interac and withdrawal rules
TrustDice is crypto first. It accepts BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, EOS, DOGE, TRX, XRP, SOL and other coins in both directions, and players without crypto can buy it by card through MoonPay, Banxa or Wert. The Canadian page sets the deposit minimum at "at least $0.1 worth of crypto".
Interac is offered for deposits through Jeton, but only "based on your location". We could not see the cashier, so we cannot confirm it for your account, and no Interac withdrawal is described. The withdrawal rules in the terms:
- No withdrawal until you have deposited at least 10 USDT or the equivalent.
- Each deposit must be wagered 5 times before any withdrawal.
- The casino "aims to complete withdrawal procedures within one hour whenever possible", with up to 48 hours in some cases.
- High-value withdrawals are capped at 1,000,000 USDT, or the equivalent, per month.
- The homepage promises "Zero Withdrawal Fees"; network fees on the blockchain side are not addressed.

Signing up, logging in and the KYC question
The Canadian landing page says TrustDice is "an anonymous online casino that doesn't require KYC". The terms say something different. ID may be checked for withdrawals above 1 BTC or 2000 EUR equivalent "or for any withdrawal requested by a player regardless of the amount", and a selfie holding your documents can be requested at deposit. Treat the terms as the rule, and have ID ready before you ask for a large payout.
To register you must be over 18, or older where your jurisdiction sets a higher age: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Remember to switch on any bonus before the deposit, not after. Login problems go through live chat or email, the routes the site lists.
Mobile: an Android file and the browser
There is no iOS app and no store listing on Google Play. Android players are invited to scan a QR code and download an APK file directly, which means allowing installs from outside the store. iPhone users and anyone who prefers not to sideload an app can use the browser version.
Is TrustDice legit? Licence, owner and the VPN problem
TrustDice holds a real, active licence. The Curacao Gaming Authority certificate shows trustdice.win operated by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V., company number 151832, with the licence "granted on 16/07/2024" and Active. The terms give Curaçao as the company's location but no street address. The same site software also serves regional TrustDice versions for Korea and Mexico.
The serious concern is how it treats regional blocks. The site calls itself "100% VPN-friendly", talks about "bypassing local geo-fences", and its lobby tells blocked users to "try switching your VPN location". At the same time, terms 3.6 bar residents of restricted countries. That contradiction matters: a player who joins from a restricted country through a VPN is in breach of the terms, and any dispute goes exclusively to the courts of Curaçao.
The paperwork is also untidy: the terms document's footer reads "Last modified: November 27, 2019", while clause 1.7 cites December 24, 2024. We found no testing lab and no payout percentage on its pages. We found no regulator action on the licence certificate.
Support and French
Live chat runs 24/7, and the site promises a reply "in under 90 seconds" from in-house staff; that is the casino's claim, not something we measured. General email goes to [email protected], and self-exclusion requests to [email protected]. No phone line is listed.
The interface is available in 24 languages, French among them. The casino does not say whether chat agents answer in French.
Responsible gambling: thin tools
Self-exclusion is available under Settings, then Responsible Gaming, or by email. Beyond that, the terms only advise players to set their own money and time limits; no self-service deposit limit is described. Two details stand out:
- A player can cancel self-exclusion and the account is reopened straight away, so it is not a binding block.
- No money can be withdrawn during self-exclusion, so withdraw your balance first.
Provincial self-exclusion covers only each province's regulated sites, not offshore casinos like TrustDice. Our responsible gambling guide lists free help in every province.
TrustDice casino Canada: province by province
No province licenses TrustDice. The terms do not bar players in any Canadian province.
- Ontario: not registered with the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, so not part of the province's regulated market.
- Alberta: not registered with the AGLC; Alberta's regulated market, with Alberta iGaming Corporation agreements, opened on 13 July 2026.
- Quebec: the offshore site, with a French interface.
- Other provinces: the offshore site under the Curacao licence; each province also runs its own site.
Our Ontario guide and guide to playing in Canada cover the regulated choices.
Who TrustDice suits
TrustDice fits a player who already holds crypto, wants a big slot and live library plus provably fair originals, and values rakeback paid in USDT without wagering over a large match bonus.
It does not suit Interac-only players, anyone who needs French support, or anyone who relies on deposit limits to stay in control. Bonus hunters should note that no first-deposit bonus, however large, can release more than C$1,500, and the VPN wording is a reason for caution in itself.
If you do sign up, check three things before the first deposit: that Interac appears in your own cashier if you need it, that the bonus is switched on beforehand if you want it, and that the games you plan to play are not on the excluded list. Our review method explains the scores, and you can compare it with other sites in our casino reviews.
