The Luxury Casino app exists only for Ontario, which tells you most of what you need to know about this brand: it is three separate sites under one name. The offshore luxury.casino is run by Fresh Horizons Limited from the British Virgin Islands under a Kahnawake permit, while the Ontario and Alberta sites are run by Apollo Entertainment Limited of Malta under provincial registrations.
All three belong to the Casino Rewards group and share one help desk and much of the same rulebook. Where they part ways is the money: bonus wagering, pending periods and responsible-gambling tools all differ. This review, checked on 23 October 2026 against each site's own terms, bonus page and FAQ, keeps the three apart so you can see which one applies to you.
The five-deposit welcome bonus and its wagering
Every Luxury site lists the same five-step welcome package as of October 2026:
- First deposit: 100% match up to $150.
- Second deposit: 50% match up to $200.
- Third deposit: 25% match up to $300.
- Fourth deposit: 50% match up to $200.
- Fifth deposit: 100% match up to $150.
The five tiers add up to $1,000, yet the bonus page headline says "$150" and "up to $150 on your first 5 deposits". The page contradicts itself; the tier list is the more detailed of the two. Amounts appear with a plain $ sign, and the site's winners feed uses CA$, so we read them as Canadian dollars.
Where the sites differ: wagering
The offshore terms set 200x play-through on the first and second deposit bonuses and 30x from the third deposit on. The Ontario and Alberta terms set 30x on all deposit bonuses. The table shows what it takes to collect the full $1,000.
| Deposit | You pay in | Bonus | Wagering offshore | Wagering Ontario / Alberta |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st (100%) | C$150 | C$150 | C$30,000 | C$4,500 |
| 2nd (50%) | C$400 | C$200 | C$40,000 | C$6,000 |
| 3rd (25%) | C$1,200 | C$300 | C$9,000 | C$9,000 |
| 4th (50%) | C$400 | C$200 | C$6,000 | C$6,000 |
| 5th (100%) | C$150 | C$150 | C$4,500 | C$4,500 |
| Total | C$2,300 | C$1,000 | C$89,500 | C$30,000 |
Slots count 100% toward wagering. Table games, parlour games and live casino count only 2%, and All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing. A single bet of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through can void winnings, so with a C$150 bonus keep each bet under C$37.50. The offer must start with a first deposit within 7 days of registering, and unused bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration. The Ontario and Alberta terms name a C$10 minimum deposit; the offshore bonus page names none.
Game weighting changes the maths more than the multiplier does. If you cleared the Ontario 30x on the C$150 first bonus with blackjack at 2%, you would need C$225,000 of hands instead of C$4,500 of slot spins. In practice the bonus is a slots bonus. The offshore terms also apply 200x to winnings from Mega Money Wheel spins. The full breakdown sits on our Luxury Casino bonus page.

Wagering in plain dollars - Alberta site
Deposit C$100 and take the 100% match: the bonus is C$100. At x30 on the bonus (C$100), you must place C$3,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Worked from the published match, multiplier and wagering base source. Games that count less than 100% make the real figure higher.
Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Games, software and the audited payout rate
Luxury Casino's homepage claims "over 1000+ games", without a split by category. The Casino Rewards brand page names Apricot as the casino software, and the homepage features Immortal Romance and Sweet Bonanza. Group sister sites show a live-dealer section with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, plus progressive jackpots from the Mega Moolah family, which the group notes are not available in all regions.
The stronger evidence is the payout audit. eCOGRA, an independent testing body, publishes a Payout Percentage Report for the Casino Rewards group. For 1 July to 30 September 2026 it shows:
- All games: 96.11%
- Slot games: 96.05%
- Table games: 97.83%
- Poker games: 97.54%
- Other games: 93.06%
Those figures are group-wide averages over a quarter, not a promise for any session, and they confirm that the house keeps roughly four dollars in every hundred wagered over time. The group also advertises a Highest Win Rate Guarantee, which it describes as using the best available return-to-player version of each game its suppliers offer.
What the site does not publish is just as telling. There is no count of slots, table games or live tables, and no list of studios beyond Apricot, so a player looking for a particular provider has to search the lobby. Beyond the two titles named on the homepage, we cannot vouch for what is live in each province.

Luxury Casino deposit and withdrawal rules
For a Luxury Casino deposit, the FAQ confirms Interac, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc., and Visa or Mastercard. No full deposit list is published outside the cashier. The withdrawal side is clearer, because the FAQ lists the methods available to Canada:
| Withdrawal method | Minimum | Time after processing | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | $50 | 3 working days | None |
| CAD EFT / eCheck | $50 | 2 to 3 working days | None |
| Skrill | $50 | 1 to 3 working days | None |
| Bank wire (DBT) | $300 | 6 to 10 working days | US$50, or US$100 over 3,000 |
Interac is not listed as a withdrawal method, which is the biggest gap for Canadian players. Crypto is not accepted. Card withdrawals go to Visa holders through Visa's push-to-card service (OCT).
Pending time and the weekly cap
On the offshore site, a Luxury Casino withdrawal sits pending for 48 hours, during which you can reverse it, and is processed the next business day. The Ontario and Alberta terms drop the 48-hour clause and say only that withdrawals may be subject to a processing period, Monday to Friday, although their FAQ still mentions 48 hours. On every site, players who win "substantially greater than their total purchases" across Casino Rewards casinos are paid a maximum of $4000 per week. A C$20,000 win under that rule takes five weeks to reach you.
Verification
Expect to send photo ID, proof that the payment method is yours and, offshore, proof of address no older than three months. Documents may need to be notarised, and the first withdrawal to a new method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks. The terms also add a 2.5% fee on currency conversion.
Small balances and dormant accounts
The $50 minimum has a side effect: a balance of C$40 cannot be withdrawn by card, EFT or Skrill until it grows. Leaving it alone carries its own risk. The Ontario and Alberta terms treat an account as dormant after 60 days with no activity and remove the balance, with cash returnable on request and bonus funds forfeited. The offshore wording is looser, allowing removal within up to 60 days of an inactivity period set at the casino's discretion. Withdraw what you can before stepping away.
Luxury Casino app: Ontario only
The Luxury Casino app download is available for one site only. Apple's Canadian store lists Luxury Casino Ontario, and Google Play lists an app with the package name ontario.luxury.casino. For the offshore site and the Alberta site we found no App Store or Google Play listing under the operator's name, so players there use the mobile browser.
That browser version carries the full lobby and cashier. The app adds convenience rather than different terms: the welcome offer, the 30x wagering and the Ontario limit tools are the same whether you play in the app or on the Ontario website. If a Luxury Casino app is offered to you as a file outside the App Store or Google Play, we have no source that connects it to the casino, so we would not install it.
Is Luxury Casino safe? Licences, owners and audits
Is Luxury Casino safe? On paper it has three regulators, an independent testing seal and a published payout report, plus one serious regulatory mark.
| Site | Operator | Licence |
|---|---|---|
| luxury.casino | Fresh Horizons Limited, Road Town, Tortola, BVI | Kahnawake Gaming Commission 00972 |
| ontario.luxury.casino | Apollo Entertainment Limited, C45483, Ta' Xbiex, Malta | AGCO registration + iGaming Ontario agreement |
| ab.luxury.casino | Apollo Entertainment Limited | AGLC registration (expires 13 July 2027) + AiGC agreement |
The Kahnawake certificate linked from the offshore footer is live and dated 17 June 2014, and Fresh Horizons appears on the commission's permit-holder list. The eCOGRA Safe and Fair seal runs from 9 December 2025 to 8 December 2026. Neither the Ontario nor the Alberta terms print an AGCO or AGLC registration number.
The AGCO penalty
On 10 August 2023 the AGCO announced a $100,000 monetary penalty against Apollo Entertainment Ltd., the company that runs the Ontario and Alberta sites. The regulator cited failures in player intervention, including a player who lost over $2 million in under four months, and failures in self-exclusion and limit-setting tools. We found no action by the Kahnawake commission against Fresh Horizons and none by the AGLC.
The licence also decides where a complaint ends up. On the Ontario and Alberta sites, the AGCO or the AGLC supervises the operator and can act, as the 2023 penalty shows. On luxury.casino, the route runs through the casino and then the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which is not a provincial regulator.
One more clause is worth knowing: the terms let the casino use player data to train AI and machine-learning models, adding that it will seek consent where the law requires it.
Is Luxury Casino Ontario legit? What the Ontario site changes
People reading Luxury Casino Ontario reviews often ask whether the Ontario site is a copy of the offshore one. It is not. Is Luxury Casino Ontario legit? It is registered with the AGCO and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario, appears in iGaming Ontario's public directory, and requires players to be 19 or older and located in Ontario. Its welcome bonus carries 30x wagering, not 200x, and its terms drop the 48-hour reversible pending period.
The Ontario site also adds loss limits, session-time limits, cooling-off from 24 hours to 3 months, self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years and a link to BetGuard, Ontario's central self-exclusion. The AGCO's 2023 findings concerned self-exclusion and limit-setting, and both now have their own entries on the site's responsible-gambling page. Ontario's terms also list daily method limits, such as 40,000 EUR a day for Mastercard.
The Ontario site shows its welcome offer openly on public pages, with a note that it is for new customers only and carries thirty times wagering. That makes the 30x figure easy to confirm before you register.
Support and the Luxury Casino contact number
Luxury Casino publishes no contact number. Support runs through live chat, open 24/7, and email to [email protected], which the contact page says answers within 48 hours. Deposit problems go to [email protected]. The same Casino Rewards help desk serves all three sites.
French speakers can switch the offshore and Ontario sites to Français. The Alberta site offers English only. The contact page promises a "multilingual support team" but does not say French is among its languages.
The split between the two addresses is useful. A failed or missing deposit is a banking question, so writing to the banking address with the amount, date and method should reach the right team first time. Anything about bonuses, verification or account access goes to the general help desk or to chat. With email replies promised within 48 hours, chat is the quicker route when a withdrawal is waiting on a document, and the contact page lists it as open 24/7.
Signing up and logging in
Registration happens on the site for your province, and your location decides which one you can use: the Ontario terms require you to wager from within Ontario, and the Alberta terms do the same for Alberta. Before the first withdrawal, the identity documents listed above are requested.
- Pick the site for the province you are in, not the one you live in on paper.
- Register with your personal details; the age check is 19+ on all three sites.
- Make a first deposit within 7 days if you want the welcome bonus.
- Upload ID and proof of payment-method ownership before you request a payout.
Our Luxury Casino login guide walks through each site, including what to do when a sister-site account will not open Luxury.
Responsible-gambling tools by site
- Offshore: daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits set through support, cooling-off from 24 hours to 6 weeks, a 6-month self-exclusion, a self-assessment test and a referral to the Kahnawake commission's wider self-exclusion.
- Ontario: deposit, loss and logged-in time limits, cooling-off up to 3 months, self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years and BetGuard.
- Alberta: the same tool set as Ontario, with AGLC's central self-exclusion in place of BetGuard.
All three sites state a minimum age of 19, including Alberta, where the legal age is 18. Free provincial helplines are on our responsible gambling page.
Where Canadians can play Luxury Casino online
Online play at Luxury Casino CA is split by province. Players located in Ontario use ontario.luxury.casino; players located in Alberta use ab.luxury.casino; Quebec and the rest of Canada use luxury.casino under Kahnawake, with a French version at /fr/. The offshore terms list no restricted Canadian province. Offshore sites are not licensed by any province, so a dispute there goes to the casino and then to Kahnawake. Our guide to playing in Canada covers the provincial rules.
Our Luxury Casino online review verdict and sister brands
This Luxury Casino online review ends with a split verdict. The regulated Ontario and Alberta sites combine a standard 30x bonus, a live eCOGRA seal, a quarterly payout report and modern limit tools, held back by the 2023 penalty, the weekly cap and the lack of Interac withdrawals. The offshore site shares the audit and support, but its 200x wagering on the first two bonuses is very heavy: C$30,000 of play to release a C$150 bonus.
Luxury shares terms and banking with its sister casinos in the Casino Rewards group, including Zodiac, Yukon Gold, Grand Mondial, Captain Cooks, Golden Tiger, Quatro, Casino Classic and Villento. Group-wide promotions such as the Time Of Your Life Sweepstakes, VIP Lucky Jackpot, Rewards Riches and Drop & Wins appear across the network. The weekly cap counts winnings across the group, so spreading play over sisters does not lift it. Every review is listed on our reviews page.
