On the Ontario and Alberta sites every deposit bonus is x30, and the regulated terms use the example of a C$100 bonus needing about C$3,000 in bets.

Wagers from cash and bonus both count towards the target, which helps a little. What hurts more is game weighting: slots count 100%, while table games, parlour games, live casino and everything else count 2%. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing, and double-up rounds are ignored. Clearing a C$3,000 target on blackjack would take C$150,000 of blackjack bets. Single bets of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through is complete count as irregular play and can void winnings, so with a C$100 bonus keep each bet under C$25. The homepage promises "over 1000+ games". Zodiac does not publish a split by category, so we cannot say how many are slots, tables or live games. Casino Rewards names Apricot as the casino software on its brand pages; no other studio is listed, and we do not guess at the rest of the lineup.

Interac does not appear on that withdrawal list. The terms quote the wire fee in US dollars and add a 2.5% charge on currency conversion.
Pending time, caps and checks
On the offshore site a withdrawal sits in pending for 48 hours and is processed on the following business day; you can reverse it until then. The Ontario and Alberta terms drop the 48-hour clause and say only that withdrawals may be subject to a processing period, Monday to Friday, while their FAQ still mentions 48 hours. The two pages contradict each other, so plan for the longer one.
Players who win "substantially greater than their total purchases" across Casino Rewards casinos are paid a maximum of C$4,000 per week. A large win can therefore arrive in instalments. The regulated sites also list per-card ceilings, such as 40,000 EUR a day on Mastercard.
Before the first payout you need ID (passport, driver's licence or government ID) and proof that you own the payment method. The offshore site also asks for proof of address no older than three months. Documents may need notary certification, and the first withdrawal to a new method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks.

Zodiac casino mobile app and download options
Whether a Zodiac casino download exists depends on your province. The Ontario site has its own Zodiac casino mobile app: a listing called Zodiac Casino Ontario on the Canadian App Store and an Android app on Google Play. The offshore site and the Alberta site list no app at all, so players there use the casino in a phone browser. The only Zodiac casino app Android users can install is the Ontario one on Google Play.

- Ontario site: Apollo Entertainment Limited, Malta company C45483, registered with the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. It appears in the iGaming Ontario directory; the AGCO registration number is not published.
- Alberta site: the same Apollo Entertainment Limited, registered with AGLC and operating under an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation. The registration listed for it runs to 13 July 2027.

The regulator record
On 10 August 2023 the AGCO announced a C$100,000 monetary penalty against Apollo Entertainment Ltd. The regulator alleged failures on player interventions, including a player who lost over C$2 million in under four months, and on voluntary self-exclusion and limit-setting tools. We found no action against Fresh Horizons on the Kahnawake site and none from AGLC. The penalty concerned player-protection duties, not payouts.
Two more clauses are worth knowing. Dormant accounts lose their balance after up to 60 days of inactivity: bonus funds are forfeited, while cash can be returned on request. And the terms allow the casino to use player data for AI training and machine-learning model development, seeking consent where the law requires it.
Support channels and French service
Live chat is open 24/7 on every Zodiac site. Email goes to [email protected], which promises a reply within 48 hours, and deposit problems have their own address, [email protected]. No phone line is published.
French speakers get a French version of the offshore site under the Français option, and the Ontario site offers French too. The Alberta site is English only. Zodiac mentions a "multilingual support team", but nowhere confirms that agents answer in French, so treat French chat as possible rather than promised.
How to sign up and log in at Zodiac Casino in Canada
Zodiac in Canada is not one front door. The site you register on decides your operator, your licence and your wagering, and your location has to match it.
- Pick the right site: the Ontario site if you are in Ontario, the Alberta site if you are in Alberta, the offshore site anywhere else. The regulated terms make you confirm you are wagering from inside that province.
