Searches for a Casino Classic $1 deposit offer do not match what the casino's own bonus page shows in October 2026: it lists a $10 minimum deposit and a three-part welcome package worth up to $500. Casino Classic is a Casino Rewards brand, online since 2000 according to the group, and in Canada it now runs as three separate sites.
Players in Ontario and Alberta get provincially registered sites run by Apollo Entertainment Limited, while the rest of Canada, Quebec included, uses the offshore site run by Fresh Horizons Limited under a Kahnawake licence. The terms differ more than the logos suggest. This review keeps them apart, using each site's terms, the regulators' registers and the eCOGRA certificate, all read on 23 October 2026. Scores follow our review method.
Casino Classic $1 deposit and the welcome bonus
Casino Classic's bonus pages on all three sites set a $10 minimum deposit as of October 2026, and no $1 offer appears on them. The welcome package itself is the same on paper everywhere:
- 1st deposit: 100% Match Bonus up to $150
- 2nd deposit: 100% Match Bonus up to $150
- 3rd deposit: 50% Match Bonus up to $200
That adds up to the "$500 Bonuses" headline. There is no bonus code. The offer has to be taken with a first deposit within 7 days, and unused promotional bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration.
A conflict in the casino's own pages
The terms on all three sites say "the first individual deposit ONLY will determine the bonus amount", which does not fit a three-deposit package, and the Casino Rewards group page lists only "100% Match Bonus up to $150". Until the casino settles it, count on the first $150 tier and treat the other two as something to confirm with support.
The wagering, in dollars
This is where the sites part ways. The offshore terms set 200 times play-through on the 1st and 2nd deposit bonuses and 30 times from the 3rd. The Ontario and Alberta terms set 30 times on all deposit bonuses. Wagering counts on the bonus amount, and bets from cash and bonus both count.
| Deposit and bonus | Offshore site | Ontario and Alberta sites |
|---|---|---|
| 1st: deposit $100, bonus $100 | 200x = $20,000 in bets | 30x = $3,000 in bets |
| 1st: deposit $150, bonus $150 | 200x = $30,000 | 30x = $4,500 |
| 3rd: deposit $400, bonus $200 | 30x = $6,000 | 30x = $6,000 |
The first row matches the casino's own examples: about $20,000 offshore and about $3,000 in Ontario for a $100 bonus. At 200x, the offshore first and second bonuses are very hard to clear; most players would do better to decline them. More detail is on our Casino Classic bonus page.

Wagering in plain dollars - Alberta site
Deposit C$100 and take the 100% match: the bonus is C$100. At x30 on the bonus (C$100), you must place C$3,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Worked from the published match, multiplier and wagering base source. Games that count less than 100% make the real figure higher.
Ontario site: Ontario's regulator allows casino bonuses to be advertised only on the casino's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so its offer is not listed here.
Bonus terms that can void winnings
Several clauses apply on all three sites and deserve a slow read before you accept anything:
- Game weighting. Slots count 100%. Table games, parlour games, live casino and all other games count 2%. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count 0%, and double-up features do not count.
- Bet size. Single bets of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through is met count as irregular play and may void winnings. With a $100 bonus, that line sits at $25.
- Early withdrawals. Withdrawing deposited funds before the play-through is met voids the bonus.
The 2% weighting means a blackjack fan would need fifty times as much in bets to move the requirement as a slots player. On a $100 offshore bonus that is the gap between $20,000 of slot spins and $1,000,000 of table bets, which in practice rules table games out.
Casino Classic games Canada: slots, live tables and jackpots
Casino Classic does not publish a game count by category, so the library can only be described from what the group's pages name:
- Slots, the core of the lobby. Mega Money Wheel is the title the casino highlights on its homepage.
- Progressive jackpots, including the Mega Moolah family, which the group notes is not available in all regions.
- Live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, as listed on the group's sites.
The casino software is named as Apricot on the Casino Rewards brand page. For people who search for online casino classic slots, that is about as far as the public pages go: no slot count, no list of studios beyond Apricot.
Payout figures
Casino Classic carries an eCOGRA "Safe & Fair" seal, certified from 09 December 2025 to 08 December 2026. eCOGRA's payout report for the Casino Rewards group, covering 01 July to 30 September 2026, shows 96.11% for all games, 96.05% for slots, 97.83% for table games, 97.54% for poker games and 93.06% for other games. Those are group-wide averages over many players, not a promise for any single session. The group also promises to run "the best available win rate or Return to Player (RTP) version of the games supplied by our software providers".
One game-specific term matters on the offshore site: winnings from Mega Money Wheel spins carry the same 200x wagering as the first two deposit bonuses. A wheel win that looks generous can therefore need a very large amount of slot play before it becomes cash.

Deposits, withdrawals and Casino Classic withdrawal time
Deposits are documented only for Interac, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc., and for Visa and Mastercard. There is no crypto. The group FAQ lists these withdrawal methods for Canada:
- Visa or Mastercard: from $50, 3 working days after processing, no cost (Visa by OCT, Visa card holders only).
- CAD EFT or eCheck: from $50, 2 to 3 working days, no cost.
- Skrill: from $50, 1 to 3 working days, no cost.
- Direct bank transfer (wire): from $300, 6 to 10 working days, $50 fee, or $100 over $3,000.
Pending time differs by site
The Casino Classic withdrawal time starts with a pending period on the offshore site: funds are held for 48 hours, during which you can reverse the request, and then processed the following business day. The Ontario and Alberta terms drop the 48-hour clause, saying only that withdrawals may be subject to a processing period, Monday to Friday, although the shared FAQ still mentions 48 hours.
Getting a first withdrawal through
- Upload ID, proof of payment ownership and, offshore, a recent proof of address before you request money.
- Pick a method you have already used, since a first withdrawal to a new method can add 5 to 7 working days.
- Request at least $50, or $300 for a wire.
- On the offshore site, leave the request alone during the 48-hour pending period; reversing it sends the money back to your balance.
Caps and checks
Players who win "substantially greater than their total purchases" across Casino Rewards casinos are paid a maximum of $4,000 per week, and daily limits by method can split a payout over several weekdays. The first withdrawal to a new method may add 5 to 7 working days of checks. The offshore terms also list wire fees in US dollars and a 2.5% fee on currency conversion, and no explicit statement confirms Canadian-dollar accounts, although the winners feed shows CA$ amounts.

Casino Classic official app and mobile play
The casino classic official app exists only in Ontario. "Casino Classic Ontario" is on the Canadian App Store and on Google Play, published for the Ontario site. No app is listed for the offshore site or for Alberta, where play is in the mobile browser.
So the answer to a "classic casino app" search depends on where you live. In Ontario, the official route is the Casino Classic Ontario app from the App Store or Google Play. Anywhere else in Canada, the browser site is the official route, and an app offered outside the stores is not one the operator publishes. Mobile scores 6: two real store apps, but only for one province.
Licence, owner and safety: three sites, two companies
Casino Classic is a good example of why one brand name can hide different rules. The table sets the three sites side by side.
| Offshore | Ontario | Alberta | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Site | casinoclassic.casino | ontario.casinoclassic.casino | ab.casinoclassic.casino |
| Operator | Fresh Horizons Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands | Apollo Entertainment Limited (C45483), Malta | Apollo Entertainment Limited |
| Licence | Kahnawake Gaming Commission, 00972 | AGCO registration, iGaming Ontario agreement | AGLC registration, AiGC agreement |
| Wagering | 200x (1st and 2nd), 30x (3rd) | 30x | 30x |
| App | None | iOS and Android | None |
| French site | Yes | Yes | No |
Fresh Horizons Ltd. is listed on the Kahnawake permit-holders list, and the footer certificate dates from 16 March 2010. Apollo Entertainment appears in the iGaming Ontario directory and in Alberta's register, where its AGLC registration runs to 13 July 2027.
The AGCO penalty
On 10 August 2023 the AGCO announced a $100,000 monetary penalty against Apollo Entertainment Ltd., the Ontario operator. The regulator alleged failures on player interventions, including a player who lost over $2 million in under four months, and on voluntary self-exclusion and limit-setting tools. We found no actions from Kahnawake against Fresh Horizons or from the AGLC. The fine is three years old, but it is the reason the safety score is 7 rather than higher.
One more clause to know: the terms on all three sites allow player data to be used for AI training and machine-learning model development, adding "Where required by law, we will seek your consent".
Casino Rewards sister casinos
Casino Classic belongs to Casino Rewards, a group whose brands share the same loyalty programme, banking rules and much of the same terms. Its sisters include Zodiac Casino, Yukon Gold Casino, Luxury Casino, Grand Mondial Casino, Captain Cooks Casino, Golden Tiger Casino, Quatro Casino and Villento Casino, along with Blackjack Ballroom, Grand Hotel Casino, Players Palace Casino, Casino Action, Casino Kingdom, Cosmo Casino and UK Casino Club.
The loyalty programme has 6 status levels; 100 VIP points convert to $1 in chips, and points can be redeemed from 1,000. Group promotions include the Time Of Your Life Sweepstakes, VIP Lucky Jackpot, Rewards Riches and Drop & Wins. The shared structure has a downside too: the $4,000 weekly cap looks at your winnings across all Casino Rewards casinos, not at Casino Classic alone.
Before opening accounts at several sister casinos to collect welcome offers, note that each brand's own bonus terms still apply, and the weekly cap is counted across the group. Reading one Casino Rewards review helps with the others, but the offer, licence certificate and eCOGRA seal are checked brand by brand.
Support, French and Casino Classic Quebec players
Support is 24/7 by live chat, with email at [email protected], answered within 48 hours, and [email protected] for deposit problems. There is no phone line.
For Casino Classic Quebec players the offshore site is the one that applies, and it has a French version at /fr/. The Ontario site also offers French; the Alberta site is English only. The casino claims a "multilingual support team", but French-language support was not confirmed on the pages we read.
The offshore age rule is worth reading closely in Quebec. Players must be "older than 19 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is the greater". Quebec's legal gambling age is 18, so on this site the bar for a Quebec player is still 19. Alberta's site also says 19 in its terms, above the province's legal age of 18.
How to sign up and log in
The site you register on decides your terms, so pick it by where you are. Ontario players must be located in Ontario to use ontario.casinoclassic.casino, Alberta players in Alberta for ab.casinoclassic.casino, and everyone else uses casinoclassic.casino.
That choice is not cosmetic. An Ontario resident who opens an account on the offshore site gets 200x wagering on the first two bonuses, no BetGuard link and no AGCO oversight, while the same person on the Ontario site gets 30x and the provincial tools. If you move between provinces, the site that applies is the one for the province you are physically in when you play.
Verification follows the group's standard checks: photo ID (passport, driver's licence or government ID), proof that the payment method is yours and, on the offshore site, proof of address no older than 3 months. Documents may need notary certification, and withdrawals wait until verification is done. Accounts left inactive go dormant: after 60 days with no activity on the Ontario site, with balances removed (cash returnable on request, bonus funds forfeited). Step-by-step help for each site is on our Casino Classic login page.
Responsible gambling tools by site
The regulated sites give you more tools than the offshore one:
- Ontario and Alberta: deposit, loss and logged-in time limits (daily, weekly or monthly); cooling-off from 24 hours to 3 months; self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years; BetGuard in Ontario and the AGLC central self-exclusion in Alberta.
- Offshore: deposit limits set through support; cooling-off from 24 hours to 6 weeks; self-exclusion for 6 months; a self-assessment test; referral to the Kahnawake comprehensive self-exclusion.
The 2023 AGCO penalty was about exactly these tools, so use them early rather than waiting for the casino to step in. Our responsible gambling page has helplines and more tools, and playing in Canada explains the provincial markets.
Casino Classic review Canada: who it suits
This casino classic online casino review comes down to the site you can use. In Ontario and Alberta, Casino Classic is a regulated option with 30x wagering, an eCOGRA seal, published payout figures and, in Ontario, store apps. It suits players who like the Casino Rewards loyalty scheme and mostly play slots.
On the offshore site the picture is weaker. The first two bonuses at 200x are close to unworkable, wire withdrawals cost $50 or more, and the $4,000 weekly cap can slow a big win. Players there who want the brand can still play without the first two bonuses, and the third, at 30x, is the only offshore offer with workable maths.
Two habits make Casino Classic easier to live with on any of its sites: keep withdrawals to EFT, Skrill or a Visa card to avoid wire fees, and read which of the three sites you are on before accepting a bonus, because the same banner can carry 30x or 200x depending on the address bar. The same check applies to classic casino reviews elsewhere: a quoted wagering figure means little until you know which site it belongs to. For a wider comparison, see all our casino reviews.
