The offer terms write amounts as "AUD/CAD/EUR/NZD/USD", so the Canadian figures equal the numbers shown. One conflict: the FAQ tells players to use the code "welcome", while the offer cards use the codes above.

Wagering, the 3x win cap and other terms that bite
All five welcome bonuses carry the same rule: "Wagering requirement: 35× bonus amount". The deposit itself is not part of the wagering. The clauses that change the value of the deal sit further down:
- Win cap: "Cash bonus max win: 3× the bonus amount", and the same cap applies to free spins. A C$200 bonus can win at most C$600.
- Maximum bet: 80 CAD while wagering, including gamble features and bonus buys.
- Time limits: 14 days from the qualifying deposit for the bonus, 72 hours after activation for free spins.
- Which games count: only titles in the "Wagering" lobby category. Some slots count at a reduced rate depending on studio or payout rate. Table, live dealer and instant games (crash, casual, lottery, scratch) count for nothing, and jackpot games cannot be played with bonus money.
- Deposit turnover: every deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal, and the casino "reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal" if it is not.
The bonus-abuse list also includes "Maintaining a deposits-to-bonus ratio exceeding 50%", a clause loose enough that it is worth reading before you chain several bonuses together.

After the welcome package, LevelUp runs a 12-level loyalty scheme, from Level 1, "Launch Pod", to Level 12, "Ascendant Ark". Levels 8 to 12 count as VIP, and points must be re-earned within 30 days to keep a rank. What each stage unlocks:

- Weekly cashback from Level 4: 3% rising to 15% of net losses, capped at EUR 50-300 a week up to Level 9 and uncapped from Level 10. Wagering falls from x20 to x1, and the max win is x3.
- Monthly Cash Fuel from Level 7: a 100% reload with the code MCFUEL, wagered x25 down to x15.
Outside the levels, Daily Cash Drops release four prizes of $150 a day in set windows (07:00-09:00, 09:00-11:00, 11:00-13:00 and 17:00-19:00 UTC) to players betting at least $1, paid as real money without wagering. A referral scheme pays C$50 for each friend who signs up with your link and deposits C$25 or more.

Games and studios: three different totals
LevelUp cannot agree with itself on its catalogue. The international homepage says "7,000+ games from 130+ providers", the Canadian homepage says "more than 10,000 titles from over 80 studios", and the mobile page says "Play 2,600+ slots & games". We cannot tell which is current, so we quote none of them as the true count.
The named studios include Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, BGaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution, Spribe, Booongo, Playson, Gamzix, Booming Games, Gamebeat, Platipus, NetGame, Amatic and Play'n GO. The live floor "runs on Evolution", with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Lightning Roulette. Progressive jackpots include Mega Moolah and Divine Fortune, on their own jackpot page.

Interac, crypto and withdrawal limits
Interac e-Transfer works both ways: deposits are instant and withdrawals take 1-3 banking days, with a C$30 minimum, a C$3,000 maximum per transaction and no fee. Other routes on the payments page:
- Visa and Mastercard: deposits from €/$10 up to €/$4,000, withdrawals up to €/$3,000 in 1-3 banking days, to personal cards only.
- Apple Pay and vouchers: deposits only.
- E-wallets: the homepage names Skrill and Neteller for deposits; no e-wallet appears in the withdrawal table.
- Bank transfer: listed for withdrawals, from €200, in 5-7 banking days. The casino charges nothing, but intermediary banks may take "typically up to €16".
- Crypto: BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, DOGE and USDT are listed as instant and free in both directions; XRP, BNB, ADA, TRX and SOL also appear in the crypto list.
Two pages disagree on speed. The payments page says withdrawals are processed "within up to 1 hour"; terms 11.6 say "within 72 hours of approval". Plan for the slower figure. The minimum deposit is muddled too: C$15 in the FAQ, €20 in the terms, €/$10 for cards and C$30 for Interac.
Withdrawals are capped at 3,000 CAD a day, 7,500 a week and 15,000 a month, with progressive jackpot wins paid in full. Before a first payout you will need photo ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method, and a phone call may be requested. If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled.
Mobile access and customer support
There is no LevelUp app on the App Store. Android players can install an app file downloaded from the casino's own site, which requires allowing installation from unknown sources; it is not on Google Play. The homepage muddies this by saying both "no download" and "iOS app, Android apps". Playing in the phone browser avoids the question.
Support runs 24/7 by live chat and by email at [email protected]. No phone line is published. A French-Canadian version of the site exists, and the casino says its agents "work in several languages", but it never confirms French support, so French chat is possible rather than promised.
Is LevelUp legit? Licence, owner and sister casinos
LevelUp is licensed, but not by a Canadian province. The details:
- Operator: Novatrix SRL, registration 3-102-893958, Cartago, Oreamuno, Potrero Cerrado, Costa Rica.
- Licence: Tobique Gaming Commission, number 0000002. The commission's validator, generated on 28 October 2026, shows it as VALID for levelupcasino.com under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023.
- Disputes: unresolved complaints go to EGIS, a dispute service that "operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission". Any legal claim must be filed within a year, and arbitration takes place in Costa Rica only.
- History: the site's own text files still carry a copyright template for Dama N.V., a Curaçao company, and the FAQ still says the casino "falls under the laws of Curucao". That wording is out of date; the current terms and the validator name Tobique.
LevelUp names no testing lab and publishes no payout percentage beyond saying its games use "certified, independently audited RNG". We found no public regulator action against it.
Novatrix SRL is also named as operator in the terms of 24Casino, Casinonic, King Billy, Spin Samurai, Playfina, JeetCity, LuckyWins and BetandPlay. A shared operator does not mean the same offers or limits, so check each brand's own review.
How to sign up and log in at LevelUp
- Check your province first. Ontario and New Brunswick are on the restricted list, so an account from either is not accepted.
- Meet the age rule. The site states 19+ in most provinces and 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- Choose your welcome tier before depositing and enter its code; the tier's minimum deposit applies.
- Have ID, proof of address and payment proof ready. Withdrawals stay pending until you are verified, and players using Bitcoin must verify their ID before they play.
If a login fails, live chat and email are the routes the site lists. Accounts can also be locked if a withdrawal is pending and the casino cannot reach you for two weeks, so answer verification messages promptly.

LevelUp casino Canada: where the site takes players
LevelUp is offshore everywhere in Canada. It has no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario operating agreement, which Ontario's regulated market requires, and no AGLC registration or Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) agreement, which Alberta's regulated market has required since 13 July 2026.
- Ontario: not accepted (terms 2.4).
- New Brunswick: not accepted (terms 2.4).
- Alberta: accepted on the offshore site under the Tobique licence.
- Quebec: accepted, with a French-Canadian version of the site.
- Other provinces: the Canadian English version under Tobique licence 0000002.

Who LevelUp suits
LevelUp fits a slot player in Alberta, Quebec or another accepted province who wants Interac in both directions and likes to choose a bonus size. The low WLC tier keeps the stake small, and the loyalty ladder adds weekly spins and cashback for regular players.
Live and table players get nothing from the bonuses, since those games count zero. Bonus hunters should weigh the 3x win cap before taking a large tier: on the 1ST tier, a C$100 deposit needs C$7,000 in bets and can return at most C$600 from the bonus.
